Had a bacon and egg pie. It was disgusting the egg yoke on top was dry and the undercooked onion that was all on the bottom was soggy. was more like a quiche then a pie but absolutely no flavour. really bland and made me feel sick afterwards. the bacon was only cooked in the pie hence the meat was pale and tasteless, if they at least seared the bacon first there would have been more flavour. I ended up giving them the pie back.

Their coffee is nice, apple cake nice and sweet and chewy (doesn’t have tangy bits of apple like other apple cakes but I still like it). Tried their banh mi. Would like if their bread is crispier, and roast pork was nice and so is the sauce, but not as great as you would get in Springvale but for this area, it’s ok. Tried their slices like the mint, the salted caramel and passion fruit one but they are nothing special.

Well 3rd time coming for coffee or mocha, 1st time cup was dirty! 2nd time mocha came out as latte? 3rd time today ,after saying mocha in a mug 3 times to 2 staff it came in a tea cup. ??? The beef sausage roll is definitely not just beef, but a mix of meats unknown? Frustrating when I want to support local. The owners won't train or pay to train staff. Sad.

I visited here and tried the chunky meat pie and a custard tart. I have to say the pastry they use was superb, light, crispy and cooked just right. I was a bit disappointed though by the "chunky" pie that had only a few small chunks (around 4 or 5) and the gravy was seriously thick. The custard tart also had great pastry and a lovely custard interior.

Well it's Grand Final week and lots are happening here, lots of Balloons and Posters as our team is playing, bet you can't guess our team But please remember the Bakery is open on Public Holidays. There are still the Yummy Cakes, Buns, Pies & Sausage Rolls, Fresh Bread & Rolls. But don't forget about the Coffee super Yum there....☕️☕️

Not bad food. Coffee good most of the time. Depends who makes it. Would like a bit more variety in foods available as they have been in the past. Definately miss the family sized Pasties & some of the cakes that used to be made on the premises. Many don't appear to be made on site now. Disappointing for a bakery.

Hands down, the best pies you will ever have. Made entirely from puff pastry with generous fillings, they have rightly so been a favourite of Croydon North locals for many years. It's great to see them back after the fire. Keep up the great work!

…offers decent coffee and good pastry. some weekends, I get to ruck up early enough to get the elusive and quick selling spicy chunky meat pie. this joint takes me back to a simpler time… you buy a pie or a scroll, grab a hot cup of coffee, then sit outside to watch a wee bit of life go by.

Awesome pies!! Some of the best in Melbourne for sure.. The vegetarian cauliflower and broccoli is absolutely heaven for any veggie lovers out there!! My meat eating friends tell me the other options like beef burgundy or lamb and rosemary are also a delight!

The usual bakery fare and always good value. But today...Physical distancing well done but mask wear leaves a bit to be desired. Old stained mask, the other inside out, hand washing steps missed. Really needs to improve and should be easy to correct.

This place has the best donuts I've ever tasted and really good chicken schnitzel sandwiches/rolls. I'm not even sure whether I want to write such a good review, as I'm worried about more people coming here and then they might run out more often!!

There yummy homemade Pies & sausage rolls are very nice ! There pies & sausage rolls have nice flakey pastry and are generally chunky beef or chunky lamb rather than mince pies :-) well worth stopping here :-)

A small but hearty bakery. A big fan of the Orange cake and Chocolate Mud cake from there. The Orange cake was soft and juicy and was great. Very friendly service as well. Kudos to the staff there.. Cheers..

One of the best home made pies n pastries. Chunky meat pieces rather than mince meat in their pies. If you are a vegeterian pls try broccoli n cauliflower pie. Sausage rolls are so yummy …

Great little bakery. Banh Mi was top notch, coffee was better than some local cafes and the pies looked delicious. Would recommend and will be going back for sure!

Friendly service and the pies are a little different but ok, but $12 for a chicken schnitzel roll where the bread crumb coating is thicker than the chicken …

The chicken/salad rolls are amazing. The bread rolls are freshly baked and crispy. Beautiful amount of salad, fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

Today I had a crispy pork roll and it was one of the best rolls I’ve had!! The flavour was excellent! I would highly recommend!!!!

Surprisingly good quality food here, prices are on par with other stores of this type, try the sausage rolls if you like garlic!
