Not only was Crystal Movers 4 hours late, you can not get a hold of them via phone on moving day. Wben they do actually communicate (via text only) an hour after they were supposed to arrive, they text in broken english and continue to make broken promises of when they will arrive. Don't expect an apology or even a discounted service if this was the happen, they simple say "you're at your own house, just wait and read a book". Moving house runs on a schedule. 4 hours was unacceptable. I am not sure how they ended up with 4.6 stars on Google, they are 3 on FB and WOM. They should be 1. Booked in for a future move? Beware. I would recommend booking elsewhere where you know they will respect your time.

I found the company extremely good and responsive with all communications, whether it was verbal or written. The 3 guys took extreme care in moving my 9' slate pool table, using heavy duty blankets on and around the table edges and then going around the outer edges with a clear wrap to securely hold the blankets in position. Without hesitation I would recommend this company and I would most happily, use their services again. Without even asking they did level up my table and put the table precisely in the middle of the room, at my request. Nothing was too much for this 3 man team. Keep up the great work guys. I’ve booked 2 people to come and move all my furniture and not happy with the service at all. We booked for a big truck and on the day they run up with a small truck without letting me know in advance. They could of done 1 trip but we had to do 3 instead. They’re amateurs. They scratched and damaged my furniture which I’ve told them a hundred times, slow down and take care of my furniture. They are not professional movers. Professional movers know how to move/place furniture around in order to make them fit through the doors but these guys had no idea. I had to guide them in order to make it work. Do your self a favour and get some professionals to do the job, not them.

We have just used James (and his team) to move our home contents into storage. He was quick to respond when we contacted him by mail, on one occasion responding to a mail sent at 10 pm within a few minutes. He and his team arrived well prepared and as another reviewer mentioned previously, got straight down to business. No time wasted. They were very polite, professional, quick and careful with our household items. The price was very reasonable considering the number of items and the extent of work involved in the move. Booked with Crystal Movers for a same day settlement move. Not only did they not show up, but they did not answer their office phone, mobile or email. I got a text message hours after settlement to say that his wife had a baby - which I highly doubt was true and makes no sense as to why no one in the company was working that day - if they were organised surely the other movers would have been assigned and ready to go or could have at least called? Horrendous service. I luckily got Obrien Removals at the last minute. Book with them instead.

Mohammed, James and the team at Crystal Movers are a great removalist company. Have used them before and am a repeat customer. I only needed one item moved today but it was a heavy bed and there were stairs so I went with Crystal Movers because they have the truck with the hydraulic lift at the back. They know what they are doing and it is much better to get a proper removalist if the job is complicated. I've also recommended them to a friend and he said he was very happy with the price and job Crystal Movers did for him and his family.

Crystal movers did a great job moving everything from our fully furnished 4 bedroom house to my new place. Amin did a great job organising the stuff in their 8 ton truck so everything was moved in one trip with no damages to furniture. Ricky was fantastic on loading and unloading and made sure items are unloaded to my preferred room. He is equipped with good customer service as well. Thanks James for taking the booking last minute when our booking with another mover was canceled. I’ll definitely use Crystal Movers again.

While other local billiard businesses and services declined to install the table. James (Crystal Movers) took on the offer in installing the table despite the difficulty and unforeseen circumstances. James and his apprentice did a very good job for the installation of my 9ft American Style Pool Table. He is very polite, honest and professional with the work of the installation. I definitely would highly recommend this service for moving your pool table or proper installation of your pool table.

Avoid crystal movers! Honestly worst experience. My husband and his brother ended up moving the items for the driver. I was trying to help them out by saying we can assist when they arrive. As soon as they heard that one of the workers went sick on the way to our house leaving us to unload the truck. And I mean actually lift every single piece of furniture off the truck while driver watched. Very rude also. For your own sake avoid pay a bit extra and go with someone else.

James and his team at Crystal Movers were excellent and cheap at twice the price! Arrived early, started on time, clear with all their communication, went the extra mile, friendly and respectful - there's nothing more we could want in a good removal company! We will definitely use them again and particularly since the other 8 removal companies that we contacted were so late in replying to us, if at all, and expensive.

We used Crystal Movers two weeks ago. We moved from a 4 bedroom double storey house but this was not a problem. They were very careful with our furniture and boxes, and ensured everything was wrapped, protected, and secured. They were very polite and friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. I have moved many times and used numerous removalists and by far Crystal Movers were one of the best. They moved my upright German piano that is 100 Years and very heavy , in an expert fashion. They took much care and were professional and friendly. For a half a days work the cost was by far the most reasonable. I will use them again and highly recommend them !

Absolutel irresponsible Manager director James who I called a week before booking, made the booking again called 2 days before the date texted him all the details. On the day of moving didn’t pick up his phone or reply my texts. After huge stress send me small track and asking for $99 per hr!! Would not recommended them. Horrible experience

I booked Crystal movers for today to do a move from Cranbourne North to Cranbourne West. Two men came in and during the first trip they did it quickly and the second trip took a little while but the owner reducted some extra money they charged from us as for an unpleasant incident that happened to us and returned it back to me.

Hired Crystal Movers to help my Mum move house, they had to pick up from 2 locations and were absolutely amazing! One bed was a hospital bed which the guys set up (also set up the normal bed)! Highly recommend! Will be keeping them in mind for if the time ever comes for myself to move!

Dangerous parking. Crystal Movers truck 1GK 8CK (or something similar) is now parked in Nicholson St North Fitzroy in a no parking zone and blocking part of the entrance to Bik Lane. Couldn't hear what the driver said when I pointed out 350 people live in the lane

James and Crystal movers we great - we have used them several times and had very good experiences on each occasion. They have always been on time, worked hard and efficiently but taken care of our belongings - all you could ask for! Highly recommended.

Fake reviews. They never show up on time. Will leave your pick up and wont answer your call if they get another customer with higher price. Never book them on your settlement date if you dont want trouble. You may get trapped with their cheap pricing.
