I was at this station at 10:38 am on 15/9/2022, served by Serge. His attitude and customer service were kind of the worst I have experienced at a petrol station. He was playing on his phone until i say hi to him. During my transaction, he misoperated the system, so my fuel offer was there at first then gone. I asked about my discount as i saw it from the monitor. He insisted there was no discount at all. I didn't buy it, back and forth with him a couple of times until I asked him to scan my offer agian. Then of course, the discount was there! The entire conversation I had with him, he was not in a working shape and showing nagative attitude. He just dosn't care. What a shame.
Horrible customer service during 5.45p.m. To 6.p.m. 26/12/2021. I've been got petrol here for the last year since moved here and use my 4c fuel discount from woolies, today it was the first time there was no discount (could be a lot of reasons though), and I was a bit confused back then and asked could I please scan again? the receptionist was very impatiently and rudely said he already scaned it he won't scan again after this time, instead helping the customer solve the question. Won't go back again as how rude the customer service this receptionist provided.

Happened to me yesterday with this employee Saffat who didn't know what he was doing. Perhaps these employees are taking the free gifts. I will never top up fuel here again if you're hiring employees with no understanding of what they are doing.
Terrible experience yesterday 4/1/22, approx 1.30pm. Went to pay for gas and petrol, by using 4 cpl fuel discount voucher, wouldn't scan, charged full price! Second time in 12 months this has happened! Another time by using 4 cpl fuel discount voucher, again wouldn't scan, but the operator was able todiscount!

Someone always helps me. Either staff or customers. People older or with disabilities need to be looked after. It’s not just making money. No customers no money. Reasonable price usually.
Wrong measurements of the fuel, i got charged 5.53 litre in 5L fuel container and the staff said it is legal to charge that much and nothing wrong in that.
Depending on the time of day the people who serve you here have a good attitude and are very nice. Have not had a negative experience here.
Staff are fine, but fuel prices always higher than the avagare.
