ABSOLUTELY , ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC WORK BY EASTERN SUBURB REMOVALIST -l did my research on the internet and discovered ESR and saw their review records with a HIGH 4.5 points so l contacted them and made my booking ( Note: the company is GOOD and POPULAR people book months in advance ) -I was greeted by an extremely FRIENDLY , COURTEOUS and INFORMATIVE administration team member named Naomi , followed by SIMON who informed me DETAILS of the condition of their SERVICE -JOHNNY and his team came PROMPTLY at 7.30 am and work constantly ALL DAY -It was IMMEDIATELY EVIDENT that they LOOKED and PRESENTED themselves as REAL PROFESSIONALS REMOVALIST with their CLEAN ADVERTISING LOGO of ESR on the TRUCK , followed by their very NEAT and ORGANISED PROTECTION BLANKETS ( uniformly folded - a sign of confidence for us ), numerous neatly placed STRAPPING used to SECURE all items in a SECURE and SAFE MANNER to PREVENT movement is in the truck , and these straps were used to tie onto the very strong METAL BAR /POLE on the side of the truck -IT was also EVIDENT that JOHNNY are his team were EXTREMELY EXPERIENCE as JOHNNY understood what was to shifted and EFFECTIVELY PLACED IN THEIR TRUCK to get the MAXIMUM LOAD so as to MINIMIZE TIME AND COST The team USE STRAPS around their arms and shoulder to EASILY LIFT HEAVY ITEMS ensuring that the items were SECURELY LIFTED for preventing accidental breakage and SAFE PROFESSIONAL OHS techniques were employed for the workers (peace of mind that the load could be moved safely ) -OFFLOADING was again EXTREMELY WELL DONE - QUICK AND EFFICIENT -moving the items into the house was again done professionally , as the EXPERIENCE was EVIDENT when ALL items were able to fit through standard size doors ( even EXTREMELY HEAVY ,LONG , and AWKWARD item fit through our doors ) and NO , NO ,NO DAMAGE or ACCIDENTS OCCURRED , even though we knew insurance would cover any incidents -We had VERY EXPENSIVE ANTIQUE FURNITURE and numerous PIECE of GLASS ( which they meticulously secured them with blanket without any breakage ) - They were able to disassemble and reassemble couches easily -Then they positioned furniture numerous times around for us to position each item exactly how we wanted -on a humorous side the colours of their logo are WHITE , YELLOW ,RED and BLACK so if you are an AFL fan you easily see that combinations of RICHMOND , COLLINGWOOD , ESSENDON ,ST KILDA ,SYDNEY SWANS etc can be derived which they would easily support your favourite team SO WITHOUT ANY DOUBT WE WOULD HIGHLY , HIGHLY ,HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TEAM OF ESR to be your REMOVALIST PAUL - DONCASTER and TEMPLESTOWE

We had a long-distance move from Melbourne to country Victoria. The 3-man team led by Jonny arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently to load the beautiful and spacious truck. We were on the road in 2.5 hours. The team arrived at the new home just after us, having taken a quick lunch break. They unloaded just as efficiently as the loading and were on their way home by 3.30. They had one more stop to drop a piano at my daughter’s house up a winding country road. This too was accomplished safely. The team were professional, friendly and all care was taken to move things safely, including two pianos. They were equipped with all trolleys, ramps, piano trolley and many blankets to ensure care in transport. The overall cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend ES Removals.

I was recommended ESR by a friend. After filling out an enquiry form on their website, I received a call from Christine who was very helpful giving me a proper quote and explanation of their moving and payment processes. Anthony and Jesse were very hardworking, quickly but carefully removing my furniture. They properly wrapped everything in blankets and secured it into place inside the truck. After an hour’s trek to the other side of Melbourne, I was pleasantly surprised they arrived at my new house only 10 minutes after me, given the large size of their truck. My furniture was put into place exactly where I asked, all undamaged. I would definitely use ESR again and recommend to others. Thanks for your Great Work!

I ordered boxes and packing paper, which did not get delivered on the day agreed. I attempted communication by email, which was not responded to. They eventually turned up, with apologies. After a shaky start, I was a little concerned about the actual move. But no issues there. The men and truck arrived as planned. They tackled our 3 bedroom house move in an efficient and planned manner. They were friendly and helpful, moving all our furniture and boxes, including our piano carefully and safely and were willing to rearrange furniture when we changed our mind about placement. It was an exhausting, stressful day, made easier by the professionalism and knowledge of the guys. I would recommend.

Outstanding service. Communcations were excellent, the team was punctual on moving day and a great bunch of guys that went above and beyond. The resident of the house we'd purchased had issues with their removalist and were running hours behind time, the ESR team dived straight in to help and made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend. There are a lot of cheap & dodgy removalists going around, spend the extra money and get ESR to do the job. You took so much care with all of my items and with my new house making sure not to damage anything. Just amazing! They're friendly, efficient and offer some excellent advice relating to furniture of all kinds. Their experience shows when they can think outside the square about how to approach restrictive access. (They helped us move a large piece of sectional couch through a window when the doors turned out to be too narrow.) Best of all, they are punctual!! Excellent service plus a really helpful and efficient team helped us move. We had two pick up points and a pretty disorganised storage unit and they were fantastic throughout. Took everything we asked for and did it all very quickly. Took the time to ensure all our items were placed where we wanted them in the new house and even rearranged a few things we decided were put in the wrong place. We just had a piano moved across Melbourne, and couldn't be happier with the service we received. They were so friendly and professional, and really cared to make sure our floorboards didn't get scratched. We hadn't organised felt pads for under the seat legs, but they put some on before leaving - they didn't miss a thing! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had 2 moves within 3 months. ESR moved my goods into storage, then from storage to my new home. They were very careful, new how to stack it in storage to ensure everything would fit. Everything was returned in the same condition prior to the move. San showed initiave, hooking up washing machine etc. Very strong & efficient workers. I highly recommend ESR.

Professional, fast and awesome. We had the second booking for the day and I was worried they wouldn't turn up. Instead, they rang mid morning to keep up updated and ended up sending 2 trucks.
