I'm very very upset with the people who works in this post office . A couple and a younger man, probably their son. They are all equally rude. Worst costumer service . The service is very bad and the man who works there is very rude . Me and my family felt very unwelcome in this post office . I wanted to send parcel back and he refuse to receive my parcel shouting on me " You need to put a tape here I'm not going to take it!!" Even my parcel was totally sealed. E refuses to borrow me a bit of sellotape. I had to buy it . After that he went inside to pick a peace of grilled chicken eating in front of the clients with his hands licking his fingers while he was touching on my parcel. Was so disgusting. Place without any hygiene and organisation. Looks like they live there . It's disgusting. I'm not going back there and as a costumer I don't this place should stay in operation

Absolutely dreadful customer service, probably the worst I've ever experienced. It appears the staff are a couple and a younger man, probably their son. They are all equally rude. The woman working behind the till of the shop said things like: "What is the matter with you?"; "Do you want to be served or not?" The man working in the post office shouted at me for asking for a cheaper postage service, suggesting nobody should argue with him. The son, who works behind the till of the shop, made unpleasant, rude remarks. I am a hospital doctor and I would never dream of treating people half as badly as these bad-mannered, unprofessional people. Clearly, they have absolutely no idea of courtesy, manners or people skills. Needless to say I would never go back there again.

Hello everyone. Been Elford Grove post office I gain a really bad experience there. The post master was a angry birds. His behaviour and eye contact was too bad. My only fault I was requested to do 1 monthly road tax. His first word was I can not do F**king 1 month don't mass about. And then I was shocked. Also I seen other day shopkeeper lad arguing with an other meddle age lady like a COWBOY. Be care full. Stay Away from them.

I've been using this branch semi-regularly for about 18 months and haven't had a problem. The staff all seem competent, although they can be rushed off their feet at busy times like lunch. It's not the most up-to-date, but it's super convenient for work and they're open later than the Post Offices in the City Centre.

Horrible customer service... i went there today and they was yelling on me because i was asking questions about my parcel. I still need to go there to collect it because nobody helped me today... i would rather pay someone to go there and collect for me than going there myself. This is how bad customer service was

A FIVE-STAR SERVICE FOR THIS POST OFFICE BRANCH. This Post Office Branch is one of the best in this area. As an office, we use their service almost every day. I also use their service for my personal use. The Staff are very polite, helpful, caring and considerate. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF WHO WORK THERE.

Poor experience. The man behind the counter refused to give me a stamp for a single letter, which I know can be done at all other post offices and told me to join the very long queue to main post office desk. This was despite seemingly having nothing else to do, very poor customer service.

Post master can be a bit un welcoming sometimes, was told by PO online my item was at the post office but with no I missed you card left. was told to bring id and proof of the post. Walked in a was angrily told no card no parcel! after a bit talking i eventually got my parcel

Now this post office have new owners . Very nice people always with high manners, the lady is so lovely and very helpful. When you enter the post office the atmosphere inside is just welcome you . At the moment the best post office in Harehills.

Excellent customer service, staff very helpful and polite, I always use this PostOffice for my mails, amazon pick up and drop off and several other services. Although it is a busy PO at times but the staff try to help with much patience

Stay away scammers I gave extra £20 on purpose to cashier while depositing to see if they’ll acknowledge extra cash quietly kept it. When I confronted oh sorry I didn’t realise!! But you would have realised sooner if it was short!!

Worst customer service ever! The old man was shouting at customer, cussing him out using the F word! When it was my turn, he was rude in the way he talked as well. I will never go there again and not recommend it to anyone.

The whole Team at this Ceryain post office are always informative, helpful and caring. I use this place for my work and my personal work and home always. It is almost 3 years that I go there. It is a 5 star service.
