At first, I was not sure what to expect from this place, but after a while, shopping there became a routine for me. The place has an easy wheelchair friendly parking lot, and the entrance is easily accessible with a wheelchair as well. Exotic Aquarium & Pets has the friendliest of staff working there that even the staff that cleans the tanks and floors are knowledgeable of the products sold there. I would not take my word for it because other people might experience things differently. All I can say is that this place is more than awesome, and there aren't enough star ratings.

Pets are not toys! I struggle to see myself supporting a pet shop that sells fish to 8-10 year old kids without parental supervision. Especially for a new tank setup! This is simply selling for profit without considering/advising the necessary steps for the creatures' wellbeing. Such a shame, because it's a nice shop...

The Eels are kept in terrible conditions - the tank is far too small for both of those animals - please move them, they are visibly stressed - it’s cruel, after seeing that I chose to shop at your competitors down the road. They are far better

Overall a quality pet store, with helpful staff and quality pets and goods for a large variety of pets. I would like to see a website soon as I believe it would help boost your store quite a bit
