Worst ever police station. Police officers clearly abuse the law. If you ask them to make entry/ file a report on about crime ,they give you hundred excuse not to do it. I went to make complain about a crime and they did discourage me and waste my time. Another time I handed over item that I found, but they refused to file lost property report. They lied to me with many excuses. Unfortunately , victoria police has no reputation of fairness and credibility.They are very bias. I went to many third world countries, their police officers have better support to public than this mob. There are many cases of abuse, corruption and misconduct around victoria police force. So, there is no place to complain.Even you complain about officers they go away easy. Even worst cases , last thing is police minister come out and say " I will defend my police force" to public. They hushed up anything.So you are alone. That make easy for them to abuse law and mistreat you.So , you must prepare for lawleness when dealing with police station like Fawkner police station.Most importantly , do not trust them in any case. They just there to protect their masters and favoured ones, but not you.Be cautious. Good luck!

We had robbery few days before we lost expensive gold jewellory we call cops they came just for formality even they did not collect properly evidences from crime scene the most disappointed thing was cops clearly said they can't do anything to find robber and stupid statement was this is happening every day in glenroy and my question was so what is the police doing to stop these robberies instead of doing anything police was accepting their failure. I think police just encourage people to get insurances if we get insurance of everything then it means police department is not for crime stopping. Yes they work to make Money they are very good in collecting fine to give you fine. But when it comes to individual benefit they can't do anything. Very disappointing

Useless. They don't even have a bell at reception. I'm trying to swap number plates over that are locked on with anti-theft screws. VIC roads (just as useless) claim they can't touch them for "insurance reasons" after charging me an arm and a leg for my new number plates. The police station couldn't give me a straight answer on the phone either and days later I actually went there and there wasn't even anyone at reception to see me. I waited for 15 minuets and no body. However, there was an advertisement for their anti-theft numberplate screws on the wall, ironically the same product that is now literally screwing me over. This precinct is a joke.

Greetings You are cordially invited to the Fawkner Street Drag Events staged every afternoon in the Fawkner area vicinity of Jukes Road. There are often different cars of interest for you. Some have loud exhausts to delight your senses and the smell of burning rubber should excite your nostrils. Entry is free. Usually there are 3 cars to drag, perhaps along Jukes Road or the back streets nearby. Fun is guaranteed every afternoon so why not attend and join in. Best times to participate are about now, 1515, but we usually keep going until dinner time at least. Come and have fun, Who knows you may meet some of your friends.

Very friendly staff when I went down today. Interview officer very calming after having to report an incident. I waited on only 20 mintues, which is nothing compared to the amount of work they have to do, check, recheck and confirm. All counter staff where very friendly and professional to some very shady or slightly agitated clients. I watched while I was waiting knowing I was going to write this review. Some else’s fork lift license got mailed to my house, I did the right thing by taking it to the police station in the orignal envelope it came in. The police officer asked for my details, he wrote them on the back of the original envelope, 1 weeks later, the original envelope and the Persons forklift license arrived back in my mail box...!! What on earth! I’ve since used it to open up a line of credit at the bank. Thanks.

At our local Bunnings store in Coburg this morning and my father and I noticed that there was a tent set up with 3 police were installing anti theft screws to number plates. These were three of the most friendly welcoming and helpful police we have come across. There is all too often a bad comment being posted about our police so thought it was worth a positive comment. Well done Vic Police :-)

Thanks a million to the dedicated and hardworking VIC police especially (Fawkner Police Station Staff) who found our lost items less than 48 hours. My daughter who is just 4 years old wanting to be a Police officer in the future and after this amazing act of Vic police my daughter's believes to be an officer became even stronger, thanks to Vic Police. This is for Vic Pol more than anything. Tried to report vandals at the local bus station whos tags are all over the Cumberland rd. They were sitting ducks for 15 mins, spray cans in there bags and all couldn't get through the phone service and wait time, then they were gone. VicPol have to be the most disorganised system in Victoria. Get it right!

An office called Gill Dylan thinks because he has a badge he can do what he wants and so does most the police I’ve been trying to contact him for the past 4 months to get my phone back which his had for 3 years after finishing all my court cases which by law I get it back by now I’ve called more then 20 times and been then couple of other times

Everytime I deal with the police they prove why they have the stereotype around them. Another rude, authoritative officer that is itching to hand a fine out. Accused me of something I didn't do, with no proof. Feel sorry for the other officer who looked like he was in training...what a great mentor to have! GL

Never talk to the police at Fawkner if you want anything done. Call a neighbouring station. Go anywhere else. Fawkner cops are the laziest in Melbourne, and will do anything at all to avoid doing their jobs. They're also queerphobic as hell, so if you're queer or trans they will want nothing to do with you.

very friendly staff when I was arrested by Nick lamb years back in the days, he was good at giving me fractured ribs and so nice at escorting me into the van. I would also like to thank Joel Smith and the rest of the crew for helping with the PTSD caused thank you, I will be back soon xx

I went in there after having been involved in a car accident. The officer who helped me went over and above to really help me out. He was really friendly and gave me excellent advice that actually saved me time and money! I've never met a more benevolent policeman.

They called me asking me to call back on my voicemail I call back two minutes later they say what are you calling about so it makes me look like a fool for calling back next time I won't be calling back because I was trying to do the right thing

They are not providing access to public washroom in the police station as we hav to wait alot for our report processing time.They are saying we are running out of water. I am very disappointed because i hav a kidney problem.

This police station has no service Few years back complain a report in person for accident with the car number plates and no results after calling them many times and today also call for two to three times and no answer.

I called because I was trying to recover my lost car keys. The officer I spoke to was horribly rude, and refused to check lost property, even though I was willing to give a description of them.

Property lost in a Melbourne taxi was handed in to this station by the taxi driver. They went above and beyond to get it back to me in my home state of Tas. Great service and very helpful.

I know police have a hard job but I was the victim of an assault with witnesses, and had to go in there 5 times before they would take my statement

Takes weeks to respond to a theft crime scene. In other places I have seen police responding in minutes to such cases.
