2019: ok so I decided to update my post since I have moved to different areas and have had assistance from other police stations … It hasn't changed my opinion !!! I have called this police station - and none of the calls are recorded - so if you are expecting any real service .. you wont get it !!! You will only get a bitter person on the other end - very gruff - and no intention of helping - just passing the blame Police officers at this station are so very apathetic !! they only care about the charge even when it is not valid - so they can be promoted to another role … for example … a sergeant Pulson .. who knew that we were attacked, simply defending myself, and my neighbour and my sister from a couple of neighbours with charges longer that could be ever listed .. decided to choose to charge me and my sister and my neighbour .. yet had to pay various court costs due to bad police work .. and yet when it came time for court - after various court appearances, I was advised that if I didn't plead guilty they would upgrade all charges against us few .. THIS IS BLACK MAIL .. After a couple of years I pleaded guilty to affray with no conviction, though the judge at the time had no idea as to why we where pleading guilty - but we simply couldn't afford the cost for representation any longer .. after 22,000 thousand dollars .. I gave up battling Completely disgusting !!! I have had 2 neighbours since very comparable to this neighbor - and the police helped !!! Even though I didn't want to call them and was forced to from girlfriends !!!! I have gone from a 40 y/o male with not a single charge to a blemish on my record … 1 … and I am a peaceful hippy Shame on you Frankston Police .. instead of focusing on your career trying helping those around you !!! 2016: This police station is very corrupt They do not help ... If you need help ... ask a stranger ... preferably a tattooed one .. Much safer than seeking help from these very bad people

I went in there to collect a court form, as the cop put me in the room, he did not give me a estimated time frame of how long I would be inside the room, I felt as if though my freedom was taken from me, when I asked to use the toilets, the janitor told me to put my mask all the way up to my face and suddenly when I was in the toilets there was human waste all over the toilet seats. I asked myself the people who work here are way more concerned about me wearing a mask, as a oppose to a toilet being cleaned? If they were so health conscious shouldn’t both toilets for people to use be clean along with people wearing their mask? I have the upmost respect for police officers and the stress they deal with, however Australia is not a third world country and when I was in there I seriously felt like the people who worked there did not even care about how I was treated. I was misinformed, and escorted to a restroom filled with human waste. In a upscale community which is in Frankston South. Based on what I observed today I felt people were there to do one thing and and that was their job nothing else. I’m not sure if this matter will ever be looked into but if it is, there really needs a bit of tidying to be done and more considerations for pedestrians and less intimidation. I’m quite sure if things change police officers will be at ease when it comes to their jobs. We are all human

So a resident of frankston uses services, and at the time of paying starts drama and doesn't pay the bill and decides to do a runner. When the business tries to get their money, Police supporting that person? So it's completely OK to pickup something from local super market and walk out, and police won't do anything? Because that's technically what this lady did? And you are supporting that person and telling the business off? You should be telling that person to pay the bill. Or maybe the officers are racist and taking side of local person vs an immigrant regardless who broke the law?

The general number is always engaged when I called and gave the officer the inquiry he said he was from a different department and did not write down the inquiry. Instead, he said the call the same number that is always engaged rather than being able to pass on the related inquiry that he had just received over the phone. He said he was busy and hung up on the caller. The hold message for Victoria police says that they try to keep the community safe. Hanging up on a caller and telling them to call back again is not practising safety in the community.

Police don't want to help Someone hit my car and run away while parking car on Kananook Creek BLVD i have send the location and photos and found cameras but they don't borther to look the footage when i went to second time police station senior police says people do they just hit and run they can't do much i haven't found any witnesses and that is reason i went to police station worse place and worse police station Please contact me if you have seen any witness on 4/06/2018 i woun't give the star one as well

Okay...i thought my car and house keys were for nefarious reasons stolen and contacted police... not sirens etc ..just to alert them to possible robbery ...2 lovely policeman came to my door within 1 hour of the possible robbery ... and even though I'd searched high and low for missing keys ...they shone a torch and found keys under my car ....OMG ..you cannot feel how silly I felt ...thank you my darlings ...you guys are so wonderful .. with so many more horrible things to deal with .. MY HEROS !!!

This police station is very corrupt, and inefficient. Two cops ruined six lives. While two criminals had a real ball and were treated like royalty. The prosecution is a complete disgrace and pure liars. If you need help ... ask a stranger ... preferably a tattooed one .. Much safer than seeking help from these very bad untrustworthy people. I will never trust or help a cop after the five years of hell that we have all been put through.

Got arrested the other day for stealing some gummy bears, 10/10 experience the way the police officer put the handcuffs on my hands was very nice, he did it gently and making sure not to hit my new tat (a gummy bear). When i got to the station the officers let me go in without having to take my shoes off, my mum never lets me do that. I had a great time and would recomendo getting arrested.

In Young St today I was unable to pass at a social distance from the three officers walking abreast on the pavement. I asked could they please step aside so I could pass at a social distance. An officer shouted they were “patrolling the street and walk around us” There wasn’t enough room to do that, which I pointed out. He then shouted “ well go home!” I was attending a doctors appointment.

Got arrested for racking some shoes from JD Sports. The officers who cuffed me were very kind and even asked me if I wanted some water. The cruisers were very comfy and they didnt even locked the doors, which calmed my anxiety. Sgt. Jim and I even ripped some cones in the carpark. I also hope Sgt David's son gets better after his footy accident. 10/10 would get arrested again.

Thank you Frankston Police for your help and support when my walker/trolley with spinal therapod cushion was stolen from the Frankston Grand Hotel. Thankbyou Lucas for your encouraging words. You have no idea how much I appreciated your prompt response. The woman that stole it returned it. I will sleep on it whether I will pursue. Thanks again!

Rocked some dude near the station, police caught me and took my knife, he asked where I got it and took me into the station while he got my number, the next day he rang me up and said he'd just ordered the same knife online, he dropped the investigation and case against me, Legend

Handcuffs weren’t put on too tight, the back of the divvy van was clean with plenty of room. Friendly and professional staff all the way through from arrest till fingerprinting. Look forward to sharing our day in court together. Would get arrested here again, 10/10.

good at stole a car, the cops didn’t give up chasing me when they got me out the car they bashed me but it felt good the back of the car was comfortable went 60 around a corner and hit my head. would do it again recommend getting arrest

great staff, very friendly, go out of their way to help you. They were very helpful with an interstate matter I was looking into with a missing person. Confidentiality was respected when asked to speak privately.

I have make a report to the frankston police about online fraud and scam that threaten me . But they haven't gave me any response, it has already take weeks.

Thankyou to Frankston Police for helping me and my family in any and every way they could possibly could, making the last few days a little bit easier..
