I went to there to have my fingerprints taken and I was accommodated accordingly by officer Timms (lastname). I initially spoke to him via the intercom, he didn’t have to but he went out to see the papers I have and allowed me to have it done. I understand how they are trying to limit person to person contact because of Covid19 restrictions but after explaining how urgently i need it, and how important it is to me, he took me in and had my prints done with the help of officer Keats (lastname) and officer Liam (firstname). I am writing this review to thank the 3 gentlemen mentioned and to let them know how I appreciate their help. Thank you so much! I hope this gets to the proper person and hopefully you three will be given recognition, or be given a tap on the back at least, for the help you have given me. This review is not ment for the Springvale police but for the JP document signing station. I have being there many times and always had good experiences before the last time. l went there around 6pm on 07/10/16 for getting statutory declaration. The JP there(unfortunately I couldn't get the name of this gentleman) was extremely rude to me. This was the first time I wanted a statutory declaration ,I did not have a proper idea how to do it. He was talking to me arrogantly rather than properly explaining it. However,He was talking to other asian ladies very nicely.This was only for me may be because of my color. I am very disappointed with this experience. I don't think these kind of arrogant people are suitable for helping profession like JP. Don't deserve a star.

Pretty disappointed with the poor attitude and response I received tonight. I called to inform them of a noise complaint (neighbours singing horribly along to load as music for hours, two weekends in a row). The response was,"wait till 12:30 and call back", I responded with," but the law is 11pm on a Friday, he said " well I don't know where you got that from?" I said," The Vic got epa website".... "Oh", he responded... "well just give it till 12:30 and call back cause everyone is busy right now", when you call back I can create the job... So, pretty much contradicted yourself in two sentences there and don't even know the local noise laws. Pretty disappointing Springvale police.

I don't even feel like clicking one star. Very poor service, no professionalism at all. I followed up for my pending case after 38 days of not being informed to me and the constable 1st 41761 or something that he told me when I asked his badge number told me that he was not going to repeat his badge no more than ones and was very ride to me and hung up on my call before I finished with my request. I will be escalating this case, not just stay quite. I am writing this just to address public not to seek this useless police station with unethical staff.

I've told the police awhile ago about my bike tyre being stolen. I waited for at least half-an-hour to report a stolen item and I was a bit nervous. However the man that assisted me was nice and helpful, I gave him my details and description of the stolen item. At the end they said, "We will do the best we can solve this issue. We will contact you if there has been an update".

I was riding my bicycle home last night with a friend , and it was past the 9pm curfew . Got pull over by 2 police officer that was walking around and gave us a warning. Didn't give us a fine. Would like to say Thanks and there are good Cops out there and is understanding and forgiving . <3

Police officer refused to take stolen property seriously and instead opted to try and intern me for being concerned over the theft. He failed, obviously, but don't expect these useless people to help with anything relating to justice or enforcement if they have to get up.

There is NO POLICE officer anywhere visible!people before me were waiting for 30mins+ and all left. I have never gotten in trouble with the police just wanted to hand in lost property but obviously they don’t care. The ticket machine was also not working.

very dispointed ,i lost my wallat and try to call the police to set up a file ,the attitute of the police officer is so rude and unprofessional .not even ask my name and just hand up the phone ,i wouldnt never want to report anything to them

Pretty useless police officers that work here. Have reported criminal damage and death treats multiple times yet they refuse to investigate. They claimed that there were no security cameras in my street when I've found 7 by myself.

Being a health care member, I went there to certify my documents to apply job as graduate nurse. The police officer on speaker was very rude and kept repeating what are ur reasons to be here and then said we don’t certify documents

They turn a blind eye on hoons who terrorize our peaceful neighbourhoods. Especially on Princess hwy, hoons are racing every weekend! Its like we are living in a third world country or something. Shame on you.

Justice of Peace (for document verification) no longer resides at this police station. It has been moved across the road into Springvale Library reception area. Timings: Monday to Friday 10am - 1pm 4pm - 7pm

Sooooo .... Im trying to report a break in my car... But obviously its not a 000 Matter... Trying to call the statio twice... Both times no answer and its ringing out for over 10 mins... …

I went to Spingvale police station 6 times to report, each time cost me 1 or 2 hours to line up but they lost my reports and document. Waste time very much.

Apart from generic vic pol services, Justice of Peace services are available here. Not enough parking for visitors. Expect a ticket if parked incorrectly.

Called twice for Neighbour's Loud music hosting a party on a Monday night and it went on till midnight, apparently they were attending more urgent jobs.

Three group of people were waiting in front of reception for more 10mins at least, no any officer behind the window. Is it a POLICE STATION? Seriously?

Receivd a great service and back up about a hit and run incident that happened to me. Specially from an officer called Steven Burns. Thanks for that.

for the plate theyve been given and the little amount of officers they do keep the streets safe but thier is room for improvment
