So rude!!! I just walked out, late in the day. I wanted to buy a couple of the small pies, a coffee & some desserts. I asked what type of pies there are he huffed and said all types tell me which oned bearing in mind the labels don't match the pie. I said I want to buy two not sure , which ones & I asked the flavours. He said they're all meat. I asked beef? He huffed different types of meat. I asked which of the labels he had. He slammed the register shut and came around the countery yelling at me that they're all dodifferent beef flavours. I couldn't leave fast enough, I have never experienced anything like it before. I come here once a month I refuse to be treated that way and advise others to be weary.

Best customer service! We organised my daughters 3rd bday last minute and every cake store asked for 3 days to organise (frozen Elsa cake) as I called Ferguson cakes in craigieburn plaza and I explained the situation and the guy was so helpful and I ordered everything on the phone with him and second day picked up the cake and couldn't be happier how it looked not just that, the taste was amazing. Thank you so much.... you made my daughters 3rd bday extra special.

They make the bestttt donuts ever!! Also the customer service is commendable. I ordered food from Menulog and it took more than 2 hours to arrive but the guy who i was talking to was so helpful and nice. He also added a free cupcake for me which was the sweetest thing anyone can do.

My coffee was really good. I ordered a fresh, cream lamington - it was light and fluffy. 10 out of 10 for the lamington! My 2 friends both ordered vanilla slices. The vanilla slice custard was firm and gluggy. Staff were friendly and gave great service.

Rude staff! As i was paying for 6 doughnuts at the counter, another staff told another lady that they dont have timtam donuts anymore. The staff serving me took the timtam doughnut in my box and give it to her. I can't believe someone would do that.

Ferguson used to be about the pies and sausage rolls, I was sold two mini sausage rolls that were warm and soggy, not crispy pastry at all. It was more about making a sale rather than quality of food. So so sooo disappointed!

Cakes are worthy but if you want designer one do order before a week or two, otherwise they will not accept your order. Also they serve one of the best coffee in Craigieburn.

Had a cuppa tea, nice lil place clean and friendly. Not a huge fan of Craigieburn bur was there for work and this little bakery was delightful... x
