Tried the vegan unicorn cake, and very disappointed. It was very dry, almost inedible. We had 1 small slice each, didn't finish them, and threw out the remainder of the 65 dollar cake in the bin. This was on the day of purchase, the same day it was deemed ready for collection but honestly, I would guess it was 3 days old. I asked the girl why it wasn't in a fridge on pick up and was told it didn't need to be, most other bakeries have kept their vegan cakes in a fudge, I'm not an expert but this could be the reason. It keeps a start for looking amazing, the unicorn was pretty cool

I just want to highly recommend & commend FP Highett & all their staff, especially Pauline, who went above & beyond for me when it came to a cake & platters for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. It was so refreshing to have staff who are invested in their customers & their creations, not to mention the shop itself is extremely clean & impressive. The cakes & platters were absolutely delicious & priced affordably. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Best coffee and cakes in the Southeast of Melbourne! Pauline is so professional, and Erica makes the perfect brew of fresh coffee every time, we drive from Brighton and go there every Thursday. Great cafe atmosphere and the best Ferguson Plarre franchise by far. Really friendly store and we get all our birthday cakes, and they taste fantastic! Pauline, Tania and all other staff lovely!! Florentines are very delicious and milkshakes good too. Good choice of vegetarian and vegan lunch options. Lots of sweet stuff to choose from too. My loyalty app was not working so the staff member (I believe her name was Margo) offered to look me up on the system so I wouldn't miss out on my points. Support local!!

Ferguson Plarre offer a huge range of sweet treats and some savoury options as well. I brought a plain jam donut, not a fancy one with cream, as I can't resist jam donuts, though if they were warm that would be even better! (Note the jam donut tasted stale, when i had it later in day). Coffee OK too but yes baked treats not like grandma used to make.

Surprisingly the best tasting coffee in Highett. The place is a little dated, but I am always pleasantly surprised by the coffee and small sweets/pastries here, especially in comparison to some of the newer, modern cafes out on Highett Rd. Highly recommended!

Purchased a cake and returned as the cream was off. They need to treat customers who return faulty goods more kindly. No refund, no replacement, just 2 fingers stuck in the cream by Manager and the Assistant then handed back to the buyer.

When we moved to Highett we tried all the coffee places near us, and this is the best one. It's become our go-to for coffee and occasionally a sweet treat or a sausage roll. The staff are lovely too. I would highly recommend.

Ferguson plarre has the best food no matter what u get. Sweets savoury hot cold it always what u expect. It's quick delivery and never has missing items. Always hot on arrival. I highly recommend. And im one fussy eater.

Purchased the chocolate drip cake last minute from one of their lovely workers. The cake is by far the best chocolate cake I have ever had. Everyone loved it ! Highly recommend !!

Very helpful staff. I had to pick up an order because menu log sucks, and my ice coffee was upsized for the inconvenience to myself and tbf the business.
