Ordered a two tier cake for a sisters 21st birthday, was advised by the manager that I could custom the colour if I would like to, was also shown a book of colours available. requested it to be all ivory with white (Lace) & white ribbon, No black! and made sure that I repeated myself as well, everything was writtin correctly on paper although, On the day of picking the cake up I noticed the cake was all white with (Black lace & white ribbon), so I was extreamly unhappy that what I was promised was not delivered! I had no other choice but to use the cake for the occasion since it was last minute surprise, I had the manager remove the black lace, but could not re attach the white ribbon. As a paying customer I was not offered no compensation for the error. Inside the cake was not fresh at all it was very sticky and chewy I nearly broke a tooth, very embarrassing infront Of guests!

I went to celebrate my wife’s birthday to Melbourne and we were driving to great ocean road from Canberra and over the phone I order the cake and it was really beautiful also the server that we receive is Amazing and fridnely I never had a problem placing order from such a far distance anyways helped me with all my questions. Highly Recommended.

I could not recommend this bakehouse enough! The staff, each and every that I’ve been served by, are always super friendly and remember your order! The coffee is always superb and definitely my favourite in this area. I initially came for the coffee but keep coming back for the service. Thank you!

Nice and pricey. There's plenty of seating. And the super market is right there. Theres a stack of parking out the door thank God because there's zero parking in Douglas parade. Lots of high cholesterol cakes and nibbles and pies if your starving. Not much in the way of a Quick Takeaway salade.

Good coffee better than the cafe a stones throw away there. The usual two ladies there most of the time make great coffee.. However Take away coffee this Sunday morning was a huge disappointment very very bland tasted like water and milk, husband and I ended up chucking it.

Had a transportation theme cake for my son's 2nd Birthday... The cake was chocolate marble flavor. The design of the cake and the taste turned out perfect. The changes I asked Mamata to take care of were done perfectly. Thank you Mamata and Ferguson Plarre...

Terrible cake!!! Ordered butterfly cake but had cracks in the jelly frosting. Cake had salty taste and frosting was extremely sweet this wasn't expected from Ferguson . Hard earn money went waste. Will never order a cake again from this franchise.

They did an excellent job on my cake and cupcakes. The cake looked beautiful and delicious. I received a lot of compliments. The prices were reasonable as well. From start to end overall customer experience was amazing and friendly.

This place looks very dirty, smells like dead rats, they lie about the cakes being fresh but it looks they been there sitting for a decade. Obviously furgosen has to do a inspection of the employees representing the business.

Pies are beautiful but you can only get 1 of any one variety They are too afraid to heat up to many pies in case they have to throw some out customers definately don't come first
