The experience I just had with the cranbourne park store is absolutely appalling. I ordered a Shark cake for my son's 2nd birthday that was on display in the window two days before my pick up date I specifically asked if it can be made on short notice and I was told yes and was spoken to about the sizes and flavours. On pick up I got a total different cake that looks like a baby shower cake it was a baby whale cake I asked why this has happened and the response I got was you must have been spoken to about the short notice and why they can't make this cake and NO ONE TOLD ME OR COMMUNICATED THIS INFORMATION WITH ME. They told me in their end the baby whale code was entered on their records and I told them I don't know anything about codes this is what I wanted and I made it very clear! I wasn't offered a refund or able to speak to a manager because apparently it was my fault that I ordered two days prior and just had to deal with the cake that I was given

Had the worst service today asked a young girl l think her name was Alanna to put a a cake away for me as l needed to go to bank and get some money which l explained to her. She said no unless l payed for it then l said l will as soon as l go to bank l will be back in 5 mins she still said no. I asked to speak to manager she then said she was l then said with your poor customer service l dont believe it. And l feel sad for the owners of the business they pay your wages to work hard and to give good service. She then told me she would but was smirking all the time when l came back to pay for cake it was still sitting in window the other girl served me and gave me excellent service with a apology. If this is how cranbourne Ferguson Plarre treats customers l wont be back and l will tell others about how bad you are treated. The owners either need to retrain her or show her the door.

One of the worse customer service behaviour, gave me wrong product, I ask for vegetarian Spanish roll and she gave me quiche and when I saw before eat, and ask question, and I faced her unacceptable behaviour and she said f.......k off to us front of my kids,...I mean wow ..... I'm going to inform Franchise and email them their record behaviour...... I can bring 5 more people sitting next to your place as a witness, and for your kind information that cup cakes for my daughter and that your fake products was for me not for my wife, and I don't even had a full bite, Don't lie, o sorry you might used to it, and your video which shown your best behaviour and abusive language will be hand over at Keilor branch very soon. And you still didn't understand what the cause to used inappropriate behaviour and language at work place and front of the kids.

I went to this shop to get a cake for fathers day. The staff member who served me ( the Indian looking staff who was wearing big round spectacles) was so rude and not polite. When I asked for the black forest cake, she asked me if I want fathers day cake. I had no idea about any promotions and i just wanted a black forest cake. Due to the noise she did not hear what i said and she was making angry face and asked which cake i want in a loud impolite voice. Again, after paying when i asked can i get a bag for this she said “NO this does not come with a bag”. I said thats okay and left. There is a way to talk to your customers who pays money and get your cakes. Your cake may be delicious but no one want to see your attitude. The cakes and service are truly outstanding. The cakes were some of the best I have ever had, they were moist, flavorful and beautifully presented. The flavours were unique and delicious, I especially loved the chocolate cake which was rich and decadent. The service was also top-notch, the staff were attentive and friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The cakes were well displayed and the staff was able to give us detailed information on the cakes. Overall, I highly recommend their cakes and service. My first purchase here and my last. I ordered a cup of long black coffee and cake to dine in. My coffee arrived in a mug size which I did not order. When I questioned the waitress, her response was "If you can't drink it all, I can put it in a takeaway cup for you." People who order long blacks in a cup are usually wanting the double shot strength of coffee with a small amount of water, in other words, a strong and robust coffee experience. Putting the same double shot of coffee in a large mug, then filling it with water gives a weak brew with as much taste as brown dishwater. I left 2/3 of this in the cup on the table. I now know why there was a coffee queue at Degani (my usual place) and no queue here.

I have been a customer for years, never had any complaints. But today, I went there to place an order for a customised cake and this girl Billie there almost bit my head off and said they are closed. It was a few mins over 4:30, I was mistaken that they close at 5 pm on Sundays as well. This girl Billie could have said it politely, instead she was pretty rude. The other two girls there seemed nice. Next time I see Billie's face there, would go to some other cafe. Really disappointed. No body likes to be spoken to in this manner for no reason at all.

Order cake as one on display for my daughter’s first birthday and staff told me that we will bake one for us and ask us to collect next day. When I collected the cake they have give me one from display. When I asked if the cake is same on display staff denied and said it got sold but I had photos of display cake which I took at the time of ordering which I compared and it was same cake. I ordered cake to be made freshly but it was not. Not happy at all. Will never buy from this place again.

Cakes especially the cupcakes look beautiful but taste dry and stale. Hardly much of a choice of pies and assorted cakes that all the other stores stock.

The place is way to expensive my daughter brought a cake from there ..told her for the price and size no way I would pay that ..but she went and brought it anyway The design was great the TAste WAS YUK ...what a waste of $40 no one like the cake Lol next time she listen to me and get a better and bigger cake. From cheese factory or at safeway for less money and better taste

Just picked up the second cake I had designed and ordered through you guys. The quality is amazing, they have both been exactly what I was after and you have made my husband's lockdown birthday that little bit better. I will forever be ordering my cakes through you! (btw people reading this, their chocolate mud and white chocolate mud cakes are to die for).

Ordered a cake for my Daughter's bday. It looked beautiful exactly what I needed. BUT I wanted a vanilla sponge cake with NO Jam.. And I got a chocolate mud with Jam.. They ruined it. There was nothing we could do. Went to the place today just to give our feedback and they didn't even bother to say a Sorry. Very bad customer service. Never going back again.

The incorrect drip cake got delivered to the store however they rectified the situation and contacted me as soon as the correct cake got delivered. The cake looked amazing and tasted delicious. My daughter loved the pink buttercream. Thanks for making her day special with her wonderful pink cake :)

I cannot believe that they would have only one staff member to serve. Despite food and coffee bring good quality and certainty not at the cheap end of the spectrum you would like to think they take care of their staff and plcw them under less stress.

I brought a continental custard cake, all it was a big sponge cake with hardly any custrad in it at all. There was a some type of hair strain inside the cake that has been sent for examination. Wouldn't bother buying any expensive cakes thier, waste of money. They need a major improvement.

We bought the cake for my friend and colour was different and we wasn't happy about it. The lady was so rude and didn't say sorry poor customer service side. Lady said we can't do refund and when we choose the different she lie to us and side the cake was sold out i will never go back

I bought a cake from here on 16th April around 5pm, the cake was very nice but the overall experience was not. The manager was quite rude to the young employee and I felt very sorry for her. Did not want to embarrass the employee further, if not would have told her off.

We just got served by Tara! The service provided was amazing! She did disclose that she is new but it certainly did not feel like that. Very confident, kind and excellent service! So thank you!

This was the worst custard donut was stale and custard was off so was the shard on it with icing on it will never purchase again as should never have been on the shelf to be sold clearly don't care about what customers purchase

Excellent coffee and service. Many coffee shops struggle to get the right temperature, often leaning towards scalding hot. The lovely staff were also able to assist me with all my enquiries regarding their baked goods.

They should check and be more responsiblevwith the orders and not ruin peoples special occasions by not checking orders properly.... I will not be going there anytime soon again, or even suggest to friends....

They did the most amazing cake for my son's birthday in less than 4 days. The cake looked exactly how I wanted (even better) and was quite nice on the inside too. The kids loved it! Thank you Ferguson Plarre!

Ferguson Plarre have a good name and it is well earned. A great range of cakes (the Florentines are delicious) and the coffee is first class. Helpful, friendly staff round up a very pleasant experience.

Would have given them 5 stars except for the Rude young girl behind the counter. I had to repeat my order 3 times to her. Did not look like she wanted to be there other than that food was beautiful.

Never ever try the cookies and cream milkshake from this store. The milkshake looked awful and tasted like sugar in plain milk. It looked nothing like what they display.
