I attended the restaurant this past Saturday night with 2 friends after an impromptu decision was made to get dessert after a meal in a nearby eatery. One friend raved about visiting previously and I am so glad we took her recommendation. We were welcomed so warmly and chose a seat in the arcade whilst all of the other diners were inside. I liked the decor, and while the arcade is maybe not as glamorous I cannot fault the restaurant as we made the decision to sit there. It was later evening, so we did not get much traffic walking past us and it was very quiet and allowed us to have a private conversation. We ordered a crepe suzettte and a bottle of champage. The crepe was absolutely delicious - the candied orange i would like to compliment above everything ! The action of having the flaming sauce poured at our table was alot of fun. All staff who served us throughout made us feel welcome and i felt as though they were genuinely happy that we had stopped in and I cannot wait to introduce my family to this lovely little place.

I was very happy to see that the savoury crepes here are made from buckwheat which allows any GF eaters to dine here too. Usually I would not have considered a crepe restaurant the first choice for a GF diet, but this point makes it seem very welcoming.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Service, food and atmosphere were absolutely terrible. Ordered 2 savoury crepes and 2 sweet. The food took a while to come out. We were almost finished our coffees by the time the savoury crepes were served. They were dry, over cooked and cold. We had finished our savoury crepes and the 2 sweet crepes had still not come out. We asked the wait staff what the delay was as it does not take long to cook a crepe and put maple syrup on it. We were told that the ticket fell down and they missed the order so will cook it now. The crepes finally came and were again were average. On top of the terrible food and service there were flies everywhere. All over the food and drinks, it was almost impossible to eat and turned you completely off. The staff also squashed tables next to us so much that I couldn’t even leave my seat. We asked for a discount on the food since we were waiting so long and we were offered 50% off 1 item. The bill was still extremely high at $75 for 4 coffees and 4 crepes. Extremely disappointed with this location as the Mosman one is a lot better.

What a lovely venue to share lunches with my daughter. Love that the waiters are French. Such an authentic touch. Service is excellent. Staff, very polite and accommodating. The crepes are delicious whether you're selection is savoury, sweet or in our case; both. Best to book if you don't want to be disappointed, especially on the weekends because who doesn't want crepes for breakfast, lunch or dinner? Inside and outside seating available. Takeaways available by pick-up as far as I'm aware. I didn't take photos of our savoury crepes as we were both too busy eating them. Here are: Crepe with Coconut Icecream and Belgian Chocolate Sauce, and Banoffe Crepe (Specials board) My savoury Crepe of Proscuitto, Goat's Cheese, walnuts and honey was delicious. My daughter requested maple syrup with her ham and cheese Crepe much to the Waiter's surprise. It's delicious. Something we often ate at home. If you haven't been to the Four Frogs Creperie, spoil yourself on the weekend for a little taste of France in Lane Cove.

Brunchin’ here on a Sunday morning with friends. Pleasantly surprised to find a lively atmosphere for a sleepy neighbourhood, so get in early to get a table quickly. Benoit, the restaurant manager is very charming & helpful, expect him to welcome you with warm French hospitality! Food wise, we were really satisfied with the taste & quality, not forgetting to mention that this place is a heaven for gluten free customers, because all their base batter is made with buckwheat instead of flour. Especially love their savoury galettes: lightly crisp outside and soft inside. Better news still, these are made with buckwheat flour so absolutely gluten free! . - Crêpe Suzette AU$23 (double) - Smoked salmon galette salad AU$18 - La tartiflette with raclette cheese AU$21 (add egg +$3) - Chorizo, mushroom & Swiss cheese galette AU$15 (add avocado +$3) - White chocolate ice cream, salted caramel sauce & almonds AU$18.5 (double) - Nutella & strawberry AU$17.5 (double)

I love the Four Frogs! Named after the four French men who opened the store. I have been to Lane Cove and Circular Quay and if you like crepes or galettes (savoury crepes) you will enjoy the food. I like the speed of the food service and most of the staff are French which adds authenticity. The cider is served in traditional pitchers and tea cups and is great for summer. The single serve crepes is not a hugely filling meal but does us for a light lunch. Can get away with less than $20 per person without drinks which I think is quite reasonable. Excellent locations, no views but you can enjoy the French atmosphere and decor.

If you love crepes on a Sunday (or any other day for that matter) Four Frogs is definitely worth visiting. This a laidback family friendly space, with plenty choices of sweet crepes with Nutella, lemon and sugar or other combinations. Alternatively you can order a savoury (gluten free) galette with lots of cheese and other delicious toppings like duck, bacon, chorizo or eggs. The drinks on offer are great as well - a favourite with the kids is the Nutella Milkshake or hot chocolate. The Coffee presents well but recommend you try the iced mocha on a hot day - filling but delicious especially if you have a sweet tooth. In the late afternoon or evenings grab yourself a mulled cider - French style and well worth a try. I highly recommend this place.

A lovely crepe shop in the heart of Lane Cove. The crepes were made beautifully and tasted fantastic. We had both savoury and sweet crepes. Of course, the Nutella Crepe with Strawberries was a huge hit with the young daughter (and dad), and the savoury crepes ( bacon and eggs crepe and a duck and hoisin sauce crepe) were hits with the adults. The fitout and service transported us to many of the crepe shops to which we've been in Paris. We will definitely return, but with the whole family next time.

Food was absolutely amazing, chewy but crispy crepe with cheese between it’s layers was perfect, but customer service was impatient and annoyed and too good even to receive a complement or smile from customer without cutting me off and making a disdainful expression, which unfortunately ruined my experience and made me feel unwelcome. Perhaps I had not dressed nicely enough to be seen eating in the restaurant or missed some French etiquette while dining in Australia, as I chose the place on a whim in place of a casual cafe feed. I would love to know what the issue was.

We ate at Lane Cove on the night of Wednesday 29th. The corner table we chose was not fully set. There was a dead cockroach on the floor which we had to point out to the waiter before it was removed. We had to get our own cutlery from another table, and the table mats were used. During the meal the staff did not clear away our empty beer cans or empty bottles or used glasses. There was no attempt to establish a rapport with us. The food was very good, ambiance was good, but staff were very disappointing. We will go back for the food.

Visited to celebrate their first birthday which included a complimentary glass of Mumm. Something not often seen is attentive, personal service and here they really have nailed it - it reminded me of North American hospitality and that's a very good thing. The gallette (Chicken, Swiss Cheese, Mushroom, Garlic and Parsley sauce) was light and filling, very much in the traditional style. Followed up by a Belgian chocolate and banana crepe. I actually can't fault this place, and would recommend a visit.

  • Paul Irrianto

One of the better restaurants that sell crepes. They sell both savoury (called galettes)and sweet crepes. The galettes was full of flavour and the ingredients were fresh. Definitely get the galettes with the egg on top. It makes the crepes even more tasty. The sweet crepes is also yummy, filled with honey and vanilla ice cream. If you're craving a little of france/crepes, do try four frogs creperie The restaurant is close to the Lane Cove subway, the restaurant is front door is colour red

Enjoyed my galette today, I love savoury crepes and four frogs is the only place you can get delicious and done well crepes. It's more on the pricey side but you can definitely tell the difference between these crepes and ones at food trucks or pop ups. Simple but very yummy and the crepe is cooked perfectly - thin and slightly crispy towards the folded edges. It's great for a light meal as they're not very filling unless you order more than one. Friendly staff and quick service.

  • Linda Chen

Really yummy galettes and crepes - we ordered the chorizo galette, apple cider sausage galette and Nutella crepe. Nutella crepe was so simple yet delicious. The service and decor was lovely too. We wouldn’t get the Belgium hot chocolate again though as it didn’t taste any better than a powdered hot chocolate.

Four Frogs should be called Fantastic Four Frogs. The crepe Suzette is absolute indulgence and matches any Crepe I've had in France in my four visits, and to be honest is probably better. Other highly recommended ones include chicken, mushroom and parsley. The staff genuinely want you to enjoy your meal. I recently made a mistake in my order and they took it away and returned minutes later with another crepe. They even checked to see if I was happy. Highly recommend.

  • Alexandra Barrantes

This place is a no, no for me. I was unsatisfied with my order and staff just walked away. Smoothie was full of sugar and my savoury crepe full of oil. That's it!.. the owner replied to my review saying they " do not have smoothies". Please find below YOUR menu. I asked your staff and they confirmed they had smoothies and milkshake. I find more disappointing that you do not even know your own menu. CLEARLY this is why I did not receive what I was expecting.

Four Frogs Creperie is a French themed restaurant focussing on delicious savoury and sweet crepes. It is fairly informal, but the service and food are both excellent. Personally, I had the smoked duck for main and the salted caramel crepe for dessert. Surprisingly filling. Order through table service or the scan code on the table.

First time at Four Frogs and we weren't disappointed. Savoury crepes were super thin with delicious fillings. Pork and apple with cider soaked onions and walnuts was tops as was the prosciutto, goats cheese, walnut and honey. Belgian chocolate and strawberries to finish but the stand out was the simple lemon butter and sugar crepe. Devine! Nice selection of wine and ciders from Australia and France.

  • Saku Notomi

We went there around 2pm, I had Belgium chocolate and strawberry crepe which was so delicious. Service was fast, we didn't have to wait long for food and drinks - approx 5 min after ordering. Friendly service, NSW dine voucher used. I rated here 4 star last year but I was really happy with my experience today so updated my review. Highly recommended.

Awesome, best outside of France and I loved in the UK for 7 years. Tartdeflain was tasty as was the goats and ham guilette. They have the right balance of crispy and not over done. French cider!! So French, reminds me of Montpelier! Don't forget a sweet crepe too - the belgium chocolate at this place isn't silly sweet like others so it's well worth a go! Will definitely be back.

  • Nin Roberts

One of the best crepe chains in Sydney, if not the best! We’ve only tried the sweet crepes here as we’re not a huge fan of savoury crepes and they never disappoint. Portion sizes are large and even their takeaway/delivery is good. Wish they could open more franchises in the north.

Watching them make the food is an awesome experience for anyone. If you are near ANY of the Four Frogs Creperies you simply HAVE to stop and have some of their delicious food.

Over priced and Burnt, $50, for 2 basic crepes, a milkshake and a coffee, that did however include the "weekend" surcharge, not a Sunday or public holiday but "weekend". Anyway its a bit rich for some burnt food.

Have been here a few times. Service needs improvement. Each time they have made a mistake with my order. Sunday surcharge 10% of the bill. Crepes are nice but could be more filling, savoury dishes too light.

Nice crepes and galettes that are freshly made to order. Good level of crispiness. I feel as though the simpler ones might be better though as extra toppings makes things go soggy. Unfortunately they do have a weekend surcharge (which is written in tiny print)

It's an Okay place , not great just Okay . Would give an extra 2 stars for the overall rating IF it had at least one table that was near a power point for customers to charge their phone at their own table and it's own toilets . Would
