I purchased the Navy velvet chaise from Future Classics Furniture just over a week ago. I received my chaise yesterday by lovely two gentlemen who assembled my chaise very quickly and left no boxes behind. They messaged me 20 minutes prior to arrival and were on time. The delivery was to Melbourne, therefore I was expecting delays, however it was shipped and delivered quicker than I expected. The chaise is in perfect condition and the delivery gentlemen also showed me how I could adjust the legs on an uneven surface. As you could probably tell, I am very satisfied with the customer service I have received and the product delivered :) Thank you

Ordered a couch from here and delivery was fast yes, however, they didn’t even bother to wrap it properly. Couch came with a super light piece of foam sheet around it. I bought a couch from Brosa recently also, just weeks ago, and it came very well packaged. With a plastic covering around the couch so no dirt or dust could get in. My future classics couch, on the other hand, I opened up the box as soon as it got here and the couch was dirty (not used but small dirt and dust particles were on the couch). So disappointed, wish they would have wrapped it better, now I have to clean it before setting it up in my living room.

We recently purchased a lounge set from future classics furniture and we absolutely loved the set! Their quality is amazing and the service is exceptional. I purchased my Odyssey sofa and two Bengal velvet chairs on line and was anxious as I had not physically tested the items in the store My on line shopping was smooth and Phil was most helpful and obliging. My items were delivered as promised, on time and handled by a courier who was gentle with the furniture and arranged same in my apartment and to my satisfaction; also removing & disposing of the packing materials. My furniture items are both quality, modern , classic and comfortable and I am more than delighted Thanxs guys for the best ever furniture shopping experience

We bought two Marshmallow Swivel chairs and the Adriano Sofa, both of which have been delivered recently. We were concerned about making such major online purchases without physically inspecting the items. To say that we've been impressed with the build quality of the furniture would be an understatement. These are impeccably crafted pieces. Head office kept us informed with the status of our order and the delivery was unpacked, assembled, with all cardboard removed, by two gentlemen. The customer journey from start to end was exceptional.

Great customer service at the showroom according to my hubby. And very easy to communicate with (email). We bought the Camila dining chairs (black and cream) and we love it! Easy to keep clean, great back support, very comfy to sit on and looks very sturdy. They came already assembled so we were able to remove them from the box at the pick up location and easily fit them in our suv. I only hope they have the color tan for these chairs next time.

I purchased a dining table and chairs from their platinum collection which got delivered last week. Absolutely stunning and perfect quality. I am in love with the whole setting. Delivery guys were awesome to put it all together for me and had a few laughs along the way lol. Both Phil and Daniel are so lovely and professional to deal. About 2 weeks ago my wife and I bought a "Floating Gold Coffee Table" from "Future Classics Furniture" and we couldn't be happier. The web site said 10 to 20 day delivery (depending on where you lived) and we received it in less then a week. The 2 gentlemen who delivered it were also very helpful delivering it already assembled. If we ever want any classic furniture again we'll certainly be using Future Classics again.

Amazing fast service the couch arrived today ... and I love it .... we had a small problem with bolt size to attach the front feet but such a small thing isn't a hassle . We love the lounge and we are so happy with the service . Delivery guys were amazing . Awesome made us all smile in a really bad lock down . Thank you so much for such a great experience . Lock down in our lounge room will be done in style now .
