Really nice spot for a walk. Varying scenery and terrain with woodland, open grass and water at different spots across the area. Dog friendly but must be on a lead in certain areas. Various parking areas available. Cafe and seating also there for some refreshments.
Lovely place for a wander. Parking on borh sides of the park plus a cafe on site. Open countryside, wooded areas, and a small lake. Remember to bring bird food, not bread, if you want to feed the birds. Lots of seating all over. Great place for people all ages.
I love this place. So many quieter areas to walk the dog in peace. Beautiful flowers everywhere you look. Good parking options with an ice cream van. A big pond with ducks, restrooms, plenty of benches. And the cafe is fantastic with great food.
Very nice park lot’s of seats lots of space for kids to run around. Nice walk round to see the ducks and swans don’t forget the bird food. Nice cafe bit of a wait for food but it was busy on a nice day. Parking could do with with more spaces.

I used to go here as a kid, when we used to visit my grandparents in adel... remembered it n knew my girls n doggy would love it too. Cafe is always busy on sunny days.. its a lovely place to walk with or without dogs/kids. Beautiful woods
Lovely park. Easy free parking. It is large. Lots of walking available so take good shoes. So much to explore. A lovely lake in the center. A coffee shop too. The former historic miniature railway line. Lots of grassy areas. Plants, trees
A nice free park. Lots of birds if you visit at the right times. Even seen a fleeing deer once! Can be a bit busy, which spoils it somewhat. Cafe is good but expensive. Car parks can be busy - make sure you know where both of them are at
First proper visit and a good chance to see the park on a lovely sunny day. Marvellous Park with lots of variety. Woodland, wide open spaces to picnic or play, a lovely lake and a traditional garden with cafe and kiosk. Cafe was
We've been going here for years now. Lovely park that's bigger than you think. Lots of different areas to explore. A great place to visit in any season. Nice cafe on site too. It's sometimes difficult to find parking though.
Lovely place to visit any time of year. The lilac trees are beautiful and so many different walks to choose from. Absolutely worth a visit. Watched a mama duck with her 15 chick's playing in the lake. Beautiful.
Brilliant place to take kids, lots of trails. Paul's pond is worth walking round and take a look around the walled garden. Its a shame they haven't rebuilt the greenhouse. There is also a lovely coffee shop.
Living in Leeds and driven past the Golden Acre Park it was about time a visit was undertaken. On a dull day in November we arrived in one of the free car parks off Otley Road
Hidden gem of a park! The new dam nature reserve area was a great surprise, and lots of variety in the park. Toilets v clean, cafe great. Oat milk for coffees, tasty scones.
Easy ( and free ) to park - lovely walk through a mix of woodland, grassed and planted areas and a link to the Meanwood Valley Trail. Decent cafe with sitting areas on site
I went there for the first time this week. I am a wheelchair user, we had to leave after having a most enjoyable time, The wheelchair couldn't cope with the gravel paths.
I hadn't been here in years, but took my 2 year old last week and we had a lovely time! It's such a peaceful place and we managed to see lots of wildlife (butterflies,
The most peaceful and beautiful park I've been to. A great place for a casual walk or even a picnic, there are also plenty of parking spots. More
1st time here in a while. The car park is a little small so was full when we arrived. We did park on the main road as did a few others.
Good cafe bar, lovely gardens, wild fowl lake and arboretum. Great for kids and dogs to charge about and some wonderful walks
Great park for a visit. There's a Nature Reserve in the park which is a great walk (and has bird hides). Also a few ponds.
A wonderful place to visit and enjoy different kinds of flowers Check the weather for rain before going ☔️ …
