Disappointing experience… don’t shop in-store. No refunds for in-store purchases (zero flexibility), but if you purchase online you can. Very odd, haven’t experienced this before. Highly recommend buying from SSENSE, Matches, YOOX, etc or from the designers retail stores directly if that’s an option. Overall the staff is friendly and store is relatively nice. However, their selection in store is quite gauche frankly. Understand the designers they stock need to match the CBD’s market but unless that’s your aesthetic the options are limited here. If customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance this wouldn’t have happened in the first place. Looks good as a response though.

I have had the best experiences at Harrolds Melbourne. As a busy working mother, it’s not easy to invest the time to know what you are looking for, but Jessica has been fantastic. She really understands your lifestyle and has positively complemented my existing wardrobe with classic and versatile pieces. Jessica successfully helped take the stress out of preparing to pack for an important international conference; I felt confident and comfortable! I am so grateful for the exceptional range of products together with the first class service.

My first time visiting Harrolds in Melbourne and Olivia was absolutely amazing! There was also another lovely lady by the front door that had amazing service!! I didn't get her name but she was wearing a beautiful coloured outfit, glasses and was using an ipad! I am very pleased with the service I received and can't wait to come back next time with my friends and family! The staff make you feel very welcomed Highly recommend

Was dealing with a racist employee called Dominic at the city store, who uses racial slurs and is not of a black background! After reporting this to the manager, I was promised to get a call back after a week but I haven’t been contacted in over a month as they clearly don’t care about this kind of matter!! Very disgusting!! wouldn’t recommend shopping there, unless you don’t mind being discriminated against

They really need to up their game here. The staff do not know how to communicate and reply with only a yes or a no. I feel that they only cater to one particular type of clientele, but I won't go into that. I don't believe them when they say "we don't have that in your size" because I feel that they are saving it for someone who they believe is more likely to make the purchase. Very disappointing service.

Monica and Sean were really helpful, they were showing us around and showed all the sales in the store (both for men and women). They made sure we were comfortable and kept asking us if we wanted any drinks (maybe we look that thirtsty looking around the shop ). Overall, a very good experience. I wish I could rate this lower then one star. Terrible service. Took my money, couldn't provide the product (apparently out of stock), took a total of 9 days to even tell me that (after I contacted them to chase them up) and then they just refunded my money with no explanation or apology. Strongly recommend that you do not purchase from this retailer. Complete and utter waste of time and energy.

Security guard whose on the door on the weekend wouldn’t stop following me around and would be near by sniffing down my shoulder or staying at a distance trying to observe me. And upon leaving quickly took the elevator up while I took the stairs and pretended like I hadn’t seen him the whole time. I spent over a grand on the clothing more then he probably earns a week and I’m the criminal.

Will never buy from Harrolds again! They put items on their website as available, when the order was placed and paid for I did not hear anything from the store. Had to call them to ask where my order was to be advised that they no longer have the item in stock. Not good enough, can see why they closed their Gold Coast store which this poor level of communication and support.

I had an amazing experience with a selection of clothing leaving most shops behind. The shop assiatant that attended me Clarence was knowledgeable, professional and engaging and with a brief description of what I was after he proceeded to present me with options which in turn I purchased exactly what I was after. I will be back for my next purchase. This is a must visit

Probably the best high fashion emporium around! Popular and niche designers from around the world in the one store. Impeccable and kind service from the store assistants have always made what I’m looking for much easier - whether something for myself in a jacket or for a very special birthday gift. McQueen, Dior, Thom Browne - it’s all there. Harrolds is amazing :)

Had absolutely amazing service regarding my wedding suit. Antonio from the Tom ford department has gone above and beyond to accommodate my wishes, and the entire process from start to finish has been impeccable. Would recommend this store and his services to anyone out there who is looking for a great suit for a special day, and get the royal treatment included.

My second year for Christmas shopping here. Excellent experience with friendly and attentive staffs. They are very helpful and find what you need. I was very impressed from last year shopping, and this year indeed, they are also exceptional. At least I got what I needed for a gift and something for myself. LOVED IT!!! found my Manolo Blanik n Balmain. Did a happy dance found this place accidentally. Always thought there was only one n in london. Downside i was lucky to find my manolo. Acc to the sales lady they never always have every size n colour. N one has to wait and check now and then if one is lucky enough for it to be in the store. So that sucks.

VERY UNORGANISED! Very unorganised staff, their opening hours stating at 10am sharp, I’ve been told I have to stay outside till the cleaning is done, been waiting for 20 minutes till 10:20am, even the staffs came out to see the display and ignoring me while I was waiting, as har to leave for my carpark was going to be expired by 10.25am. ZERO management.

Shopping experience was great - Anthony was really patient with me trying out different outfits and sneakers. Felt comfortable walking around scanning at different fits. I'm giving 5 stars for great customer service and the fact that they sell various different luxury brands here - so you could compare fit and comfort. Happy with my purchase.

A surprisingly drab collection of menswear. (I didn't look at the womenswear - it was better presented, at least). On the *one* jacket I liked, there was no evidence of tailoring. If you're a brand junkie you might be OK. No evidence of instore service - I guess we didn't look like the preferred type of customer

Always great service and products. Gift finding is never an issue as there is something for everyone there, and you end up picking up for yourself too. Love walking in there with the friendly and knowledgeable staff able to support and assist, as well as converse on your level.

I shopped at Harrolds this weekend for a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers and received amazing service from Clarence. He was very polite, friendly and happy to help assist (nothing was a bother). Clarence provided such professional service and is asset to the store!

Lovely store with some killer sales and some bank destroying prices. Don't expect target clothes but if you love clothes it's the place for you. No complaints apart from the lady working there picking her teeth rather than helping customers.
