It's a Sunday and usual after a great badminton games we will look for a good dining place for late lunch. Service & Ambience [3.5] The place only has one dine in couple and so finding a table is a breeze. The lady boss is friendly and spoke Cantonese with us. There isn't much tables inside and the setup is pretty simple. Food [4.5]. We browsed through what others reviewers have ordered and as these are also what we wanted, so we had the same. Their food are tasty and serve hot. The stirred fried beef hor fun is slightly moist as we prefer the dry version. Overall we like what we have order and surely we will be back.

Special Fried Rice Beef & Black Bean Sauce & Garlic Prawns

Got the Szechuan chicken, prawn spring rolls, and chicken spare ribs. Prawn spring rolls were actually pretty decent, good, crunchy, salty. The spare ribs were soaked in oil, the skin on it was slimey and hard to chew, they were the worst absolute worst ribs I’ve ever had. We feel sick after having them, probably had half a litre of oil in it. Didn’t think it could get worse and boom the Szechuan chicken was a sickeningly ketchup filled disaster with no Szechuan pepper in sight. The chicken had a slight poultry smell to it. It was not appetising at all. I have no idea why this place is highly rated. It was an absolute disaster. Total damage for one entree two mains a bowl of steamed rice and a small iced tea was 65 dollars. Such awful value for money.

Great small local Chinese. I ordered 4 dishes and 2 rice and it was all ready in 15 minutes. The fact that the kitchen is open for you to see and is clean is fantastic. When a restaurant is willing to have the kitchen open it shows that they are transparent and know they they have a good standard as they have nothing to hide. The food was good, the xo sauce could have been spicier for me but I understand that they have to cater for everyone, not just those with a spicier taste. Although I did notice they were selling home made hot sauce containers for 50 cents so I should have got one of those. I would recommend this restaurant for their take away and I would definitely bring my family for a meal when all the covid 19 craziness eases and will come here again for takeaway no problems.

I recently dined at Hoi's Kitchen, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. The Chinese broccoli with garlic sauce was cooked to perfection, and the chicken nasigoreng was packed with flavors that left my taste buds dancing. The scallop dumplings were heavenly and the chicken skewers were tender and juicy. The roti with peanut sauce was a personal favorite, and the chicken with black bean had a rich depth of flavor that was simply divine. Been to this place a few times now and never once feel disappointed with the food. It’s a small yet simple setup restaurant but the food served is nothing unlike small (refers to the quality value). We had a small selection of their dim sum and I had to say that I’m very impressed. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients from the Prawn Dumplings (har gao), Siu Mai, Crispy Tofu Skin Roll and fried wonton! The colour of the fried wonton also tells you how fresh the oils are. Unlike those dark fried wonton you get from some well known dim sum restaurants, their fried wonton is golden in colour. I loved their fried wonton. It’s by far the best fried wonton I ever had.

My husband and I love this place. Was sceptical about trying as the last Asian restaurant failed but decided to give it a go, and what a pleasant surprise. Its a husband and wife that run Hoi's. You are always welcomed with a kind smile and exceptional customer service. They are happy to accommodate and food is always delicious, and when I say delicious I mean its so good that even though you are full you dont want the flavour journey to end (sorry I know that sounds douchy, but their food is worth it). The price ia very reasonable too. If you are passing through or live near Noble Park they are a must try.

Terrible food, complete waste of money. Tasted like everything had MSG in it, disgusting. The delivery guy was a complete tool, had a very stupid grin on his face while he took my hard earned money only to hand me over the WORST Chinese food in Melbourne. Beware this man is very sneaky and do not trust him, I saw him throw rubbish on my lawn as he left, disgraceful. His all out attitude was reprehensible. If you are reading this attempting to make an informed decision on this restaurant, the only advice I have for you is STAY CLEAR!! They arrived early, that is the only good thing I can think of saying.

I've been coming here for years. They have the best food, great prices and service. I've never had a complaint. I love the Satay Chicken and the Beef Balls! Tonight, for the first time ever, saw someone complain, they were looked after and compensated. An amazing businesses that looks after their customers!!- I wouldn't have looked after the guy - no manners and yelling - hope he never goes back, no one deserves old codgers yelling at them for accidentally missing a sauce.

Really good meal from Hoi's Kitchen. The fried dim sims were really tasty, pork mince, steamed and battered. The prawn tofu wrapped spring rolls were really nice and crispy. The Mongolian Beef was exceptional with a nice amount of heat. Special fried rice was decent as well. Sadly no photos on this visit but will rectify on my next visit to Melbourne.

Used to love going to the Camberwell store for the Peking duck.. Was disappointed when I drove past Camberwell and saw it had closed. But after a quick Google search we discovered it had relocated to noble Park, 5 minutes from my house!!! Came here last night and had the Peking duck and it's better than ever!! Service is also super friendly. The store size has downsized but this is a good thing. Definitely will be our regular peking duck place from now on.

Good for local people. And good for take away. The signboard lightening off...very dark around shop. The shop inside very clean and cozy. Absolutely sensational. Went there on Saturday evening, they were booked ou but allowed a table for 1. Meals all looked so great and fair price. Ordered 4 dishes, owner advised I only needed 2. Wow what I got was the nicest Chinese dishes I have ever had and thought I would order more later. Absolutely perfect amount and I was so delighted. Will return everytime racing at Sandown. Food was sensational and the Owner was so polite and Humble.

Love the fresh and hot Dim Sim on the menu! Simply delicious. Although the selection is not huge, it is enough for me. After trying lots of big Dim Sim restaurant, I am very happy with this find. Beside this, love the fried rice, fried hor fun, char keow tiau and rice dish selection. Owner is very friendly and most important, very nice. Offer of hot tea or water available. Delicious and fresh! My husband is gluten intolerant and they were able to make us some dishes to eat. We had Garlic prawns with vegetables, special fried rice, chicken with vegetables and ginger beef with vegetables and then satay chicken skewers for myself (non GF) Each meat dish had a decent serve of veggies. They were tasty and fresh. Will definitely be back again, thank you!

TASTES WORSE THAN SOGGY WEET BIX!!! I thought i would go here because of the 4.5 stars. I would strongly disgree with that. The special fried rice tasted nothing like it, just taste like plain rice and the meat in the other dishes were over tenderised, like it was sitting in a bucket of sauce and then just warmed up. Definitely would suggest doing somewhere else.

Friends recommended this restaurant to us, we have purchased their Singapore Noodles and they were amazing have ordered them quite a few times. Happy to give 5 stars. I'm sorry I can't say the same for their Special Fried Rice. The serve was very small there was plenty of spare room in the container for more to be added the meal was quite oily for this I can only give 1 star.

Nice little Asian restaurant. The staff are really nice and so is the food. We got a mix of fried rice, Mongolian chicken, tofu something and missed seafood fried rice. All if the mentioned items were really made very well and was delicious. The wait time isn't too long wither unless there are too many orders in the queue. Certainly a good place to eat or for takeaways.

We got takeaway from Ho’s Kitchen and the food was delicious. We went in to order our food and it was very clean and the service was amazing. She even came outside to give us our food as we were waiting for the food. Only toke 10mins for our food to be cooked. A family run business in here! The staffs are friendly and come with local human kindness. We ordered the dim sim, you can’t say it’s the best but you can feel and taste the fresh, like the crispy tofu skin or the soft skin of bun. A small restaurant but has lots of options!

Chef's Special - Crispy beef in Mandarin sauce - the beef strips were glued together like a ball , the sauce was way too sweet - cannot eat all Seeafood & tofu combination -- 2 medium prawns, 2 scallops, couple of pieces of squid & tofu, 1 fish cake , couple of greens all in a watery sauce for $22 - it's ridiculous Will not recommend these dishes.

I can't recommend this place enough! Every dish I have tried is fresh and delicious. Some of the best Chinese food I have ever eaten and the pricing is super affordable. Ivy always greets me with a warm smile too. Best food in the area and I have been dining in the area for over 15 years whilst working in the surrounding suburbs.

This place is a hidden gem. The yumcha menu is really filling (prawn dumplings and pork and shrimp siu mai). The fried rice is probably the best I’ve had in comparison with other restaurants that sell it for $20. Their seafood tofu combination has the freshest ingredients and the owners their are really wholesome and hospitable!

First time here for us and definitely won't be the last. The food for delicious and fresh, you can really taste that this food is both freshly made and has home made sauses etc. Thankyou for a wonderful dinner, and an added bonus is that the portions are very generous so we have a lovely lunch tomorrow to! Very happy customers!

The first time we went there they said we had to order a duck at least a day prior. We did that this time we went and ordered a duck last night and when we got there we sat down, got comfortable and opened a bottle of wine. Then we asked about our duck and the lady said there was none. Very disappointed

Just had a feed of prawn and scallop dumplings and kwai teow. Very nice although l would have liked a more smokey flavour like you find with street vendors in Asia. A little expensive for the dumplings at $2 each but the service was excellent. Yes l will be going again.

Affordable quality meals with excellent customer service. I ordered the pork spare ribs in mandarin sauce and it was beautiful! It was fast, fresh and the ribs were tender and very flavorful. I highly recommend this place if you're a Chinese cuisine connoisseur.

There is no consistency in the quantity of the takeaway. Sometime the box is full and other times it’s half empty with no change in the price. I have also found hair in the food. I’ve decided after my last experience that we won’t be eating from here again.
