My husband and I went to visit Johnny’s Penrith just to “have a look” before we headed to the Campbelltown store. Upon entering the Penrith store, we were greeted by Lauren who is very friendly. We told her we were there to have a look as we were wanting to get ideas for our home that was in the final stages of its build. Needless to say, our “have a look” thought process ended up being at this store for 4 hours buying furnishings for our home. We didn’t end up driving to the Campbelltown store. We were greeted with friendliness and were provided with professionalism by both Lauren and Joey. Both Lauren and Joey even allowed us to move furniture around to see how furniture pieces would look put together. I don’t think other branded stores would do this and with passion for their products. We told them our vision and they delivered. Lauren and Joey both went above and beyond for us. Made us feel comfortable with our choices and was not pushy into selling us products. The quality of the furniture and the designs are just absolutely beautiful. Joey went above and beyond to make sure that the issue we had with dining table was sorted right before xmas. Joey and Lauren thank you for your service. I will be returning to your store again. Loving the furnishings that we have received so far. Looking forward to seeing it all come together when the rest arrive from back order. I will surely upload photos.

Only been to JF once and that was at Parramatta about a year ago. Bought nothing there and just want to exit the store asap after a quick browse of the shop. Today I was shopping furniture at Penrith and just happened to be next to a JF shop. I walked in with 0 expectation of buying anything (from the last JF experience). But wow, the team Joey, Mitch and Vicky has provided me a world class of customer service! Even thought I live closer to Parramatta but coming to Penrith store is definitely worth the extra 30min drive! The team were super helpful for helping me and finding the items that I want! Ended up buying a big list of furnitures! Thank you Johnny for hiring Joey for this store! I will definitely visit again!

Love love this place!! Came in and purchased items today and from the time we walked in JOEY was awsome welcoming!! He had a smile on would leave us alone to discuss but would let us know he was there if we needed him then would check in on us!! Seriously not only love the items but il make the trek out here to purchase even though there is one literally next door(marsden park). Because the service is that good il come here everytime. Love love love this store! quality furniture! I was there with my husband recently to have a look at a coffee table we wanted to purchase and then we ended up getting that and other matching furniture pieces as we couldn’t resist with the lovely sale deals they had running at the time too. The new Manager Joey at the Penrith (Jamisontown branch) is really such a lovely person and good salesman. This store would be our new go to furniture store as the its stunning and customer service absolutely superb!

After what was an initial misunderstanding with an order and a bit of back and forth with another previous manager who was less than helpful, we are now today extremely happy and love our lounge. Joey stepped in straight away and sorted out our issue without hesitation, his customer service was above and beyond, calling to make sure we were happy. Me and my partner went in to look at lounges and when I say this was the best customer service that I’ve ever had that doesn’t even do it justice. Joey served us and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we walked out with exactly what we wanted for a great price and was very honest about what would be best for our needs. Wow! What can I say...I am speechless with the quality of the couch I have purchased from Johnny's Furniture. The experience truly was pleasant as it didn't feel like a typical sale showroom. The customer service from Joey was beyond phenomenal, he was not pushy, nor did he try to upsell when I had my heart set on a certain couch. Thank you for not only the experience but a beautiful couch that I will treasure!

Joey is the best example of customer services, he does not push you, he makes him self known and lets you know whats where and he also leaves you alone to discuss between each other. Joey is so patient - We spent 3 hrs with Joey discussing what we’re looking for and he let us rearrange the furniture to visualise the different way we can set out our lounge. - thank god for the management change!!

Exceptional customer service. The staff literally moved furniture around so we could see it against furniture that we have already purchased from them so we could make sure it went well together. Felt very looked after in a non pushy sales way. Manager and the team were great.
