4pm today got treated like trash by the girl with the glasses at the customer service desk. Actually I come here regularly and I have never been treated like this. Clearly she hasn’t got any experience in customer service. She does not belong there. Kmart must really be scraping the bottom of the barrel employing her.

Ohhh.. got fed up with this Cranbourne Kmart now. When ever looking for somethings to buy then, always "Out of stock". Please please order more stock, if Cranny is a busy place. Please Change the manager Or otherwise please shut down this store. I find this store is truly useless. Same goes to the Bunnings Cranbourne.

Worst customer service. my son dropped my coin for the trolleys so I asked if I could get one unlocked to b told “not really if you don’t have a coin you will have to go down to coles” while I had a hand full of things I left and I will never be coming back to this Kmart ever again.

This is a massive Kmart and we love shopping here. There is a big range of items, including clothing, homewares, and household goods, the products are great and the prices are hard to beat. It can however be a very busy store, particularly on weekends and school holidays.

Managers need to teach their staff to not discriminate against certain customers! I have come across staff members who are very bold in their racism towards minorities. Such a shame, these racists are working in customer service and not held accountable by their managers.

Kmart Cranbourne has never let me down, when my locals have no stock, this store always has it available. Located just down the escalator from the rooftop carpark, it's very accessible. Staff are always friendly and the click and click process was seamless.

Staff refused to unlock a trolley for me or sell me a trolley token. Apparently they couldn’t and then made me feel terrible in the middle of Kmart while I had 2 children with me.
