I like Kmart, have always gone there my whole life. This month on the 5th I took my niece with me to Kmart Greensbourah Plaza , i went there with plenty of bags because i was on a shopping spree, i was clearly not coming to just play around , i needed a few shoes . I had 5 shoes I spent ages deciding and looking for as i went to try on the first pair , the woman in her 50s came over and told me I was being rude for having 5 shoes next to me to try on with my niece sitting there all happy had to whiteness this RUDE woman working near the shoe area at 4pm , she then just grabbed the shoes i had just grabbed down and hung them back up , i was seriously appalled by the fact you had a staff member with such a rude mentality that would probably if in hospitality been fired after the first day. I work in hospitality and with a big company also , so i know how you have to treat people. I ended up only finding 2 of the shoes that I had picked out and wanted atleast 4 but this woman , even though i was super nice was gonna leave it alone but nobody should be encountered with such an attitude seriously dissapointed with your team selector for keeping such a rude entitled person.

This is more about a particular staff member, rather than kmart as a whole. Went to pick up a click and collect order, and the rudest woman was serving. First she snapped at me for not being in the right spot, and barked at where to go - which was outside and had absolutely no signage. When arriving at the outside bay, there was multiple signs telling me to go BACK inside and speak with the staff there. Then when i got back inside there was a large line of 6-7 people waiting, and the same woman was just having a chat with one customer for over 10 minutes while people are waiting, forcing the other staff member to serve all the customers himself! She was an old woman with silver hair styled in a sort of bob about shoulder length. She provided the absolute worst customer service, and made me feel stupid even though she was in the wrong.

We traditionaly try to spend money locally but have tried to spend money on 3 colours of hp cartridges to be told despite the availability labels were sitting on the rack that in fact two out of three colours were not in the stock room and this was the second time over the last month. We nornally buy fish food flakes on our visit which strangely enough were in stock today but normally arent come on k mart lift your game your just giving the printer ink biz to the llittle independant that has started in greensborough we wont drive to reservoir local people here do buy if you put stock suggest your logistics refill people lift the game

Kmart is Kmart. Nothing is usually different, but the thing that differs each Kmart's from another is each individual customer service. Today we went to Kmart to buy clothing for our internship when my partner couldn't find his shoe size. Frustrated we asked the woman in the change room named Stephanie. She was amazing and was determined to help us. She called multiple stores asking if they were in stock. Unfortunately they weren't but she was very kind and wanted to help us. It would have been easier just to say there isn't stock left anywhere but she went the extra step for us.

Really not a fan of this store in these times. Wanted to buy a helium ballon kit via click and collect - it is unfortunately available instore only. Tried to buy 1 via their front door service, just to be told to order it via click and collect. The more I argued with this inconsiderable person about the scenario, the less interested she became to help me. I tried to call the store twice to speak to the store manager, just to wait for the phone to ring out. Poor service in these times! 1 star is still too much.

Messy store, very unorganised!! I asked one of the employees here what the name of two girls were that I pointed out to.. shocked to be told one is a manager !! McKenzie & Till really disappointed to see you both shopping with your baskets & trying clothes on whilst you're supposed to be working!! Not to mention the lack of customer service skills... you girls were so busy on your phones & shopping that you totally dismissed my husband & I .. really hope they can get better staff back store! Disappointed...

Rang to see if a book was in stock before I came in and the lady on the phone said that it was, so I came in and couldn’t find the book so I rang up again while i was in the store and the lady answered and told me that she hadn’t even gone to view the book and that upon further inspection the book was not actually in stock. She then proceeded to say that I should have just come in and look for myself which is exactly what I did after I had rang up to confirm it was in stock...

I spent 20 minutes just now on the fone trying , On Monday I went in and stood in a queue at the service desk for 40 minutes before I had to leave prior to that I rang twice and got nowhere all just to find out if I could pick up my click and collect purchase from the loading dock like parcel pickup I still have no clue I’m frustrated and quite surprised that Kmart has gotten so sloppy and aren’t providing their staff with information they need for basic customer service.Boo

I called up Kmart in Greensborough today as a few weeks ago I had a few things missing from something I had brought. Due to family issues I was unable to go in to get them, today the service was great I called up, my items had been put back as expected but they got them back for me. I spoke to a guy called Nick and he was very helpful even though I know it was probably an annoying process. I've always loved Kmart and this experience made me love it even more!!

Old angry lady worker yelled at and profiled me as a young person, I have saved up money for a bike and went in, I never even got to hop on the bike and take it for a test before an old lady worker yelled at me to get away and said I don’t like like I could afford it, I was appalled and left the store to see her follow me and my boyfriend once we left the store and told a security officer we were "suspicious" all because we looked at bikes.

I went into Kmart today to print out some photos and was 20 meters out of the store when I heard a female staff member shout out “Hey lady!”. I turned around and she called me back into the store to check my bag. Her tone of voice was rude and not appreciated. I understand that as a school student with a large bag that it can look quite suspicious when we are about exit the store but that was no excuse for this staff member’s behaviour.

It's terribly disappointing to see KMART promoting unhealthy obesity as though it's a desired choice...I notice in store that huge tracts of space is given to this group ....KMART may do these people more of a favour by encouraging healthy lifestyle choices which would improve their longevity and decrease the strain on our burdened health system.... in short obese people need to take responsibility for their own well being

Absolute worst experience I've had ever staff was soo rude I called to ask something and she says she's transferring me to the right department and then ends it this happened 3 times in a row I called again to confront her and she transferred me to checkout when I asked for the sporting section and even the check out ends it on purpose when she also said she's transferring me to the right section

If I could do zero stars I would. I am astounded by the horrible customer service, I tried on clothes in the changing room, then came out to be accused of stealing. I did absolutely nothing incriminating and to be treated in such a manner is appalling from such a well regarded company. You need to do better training your staff this behaviour is honestly upsetting and has ruined my night thanks a lot.

Just had the worst experience - a store person stuff took stuff out of my hands like excuse me?? Sure kmart isn’t a high end store but staff still require professionalism and taking items out of my hands and slamming them onto the desk when I was just asking if I could use the change rooms?? Never had such a problem until a staff named Sarah decided to do this - very unhappy about today

good Kmart. got most things in stock. as with all Kmarts, prices are very affordable. can always leave here with a bargain! it's also organised which makes it easy to find what you are looking for, and if you can't find something there is usually a staff member around to offer help. checkout line can be a bit of a wait at times so ensure you have a bit of time.

Very good as you find more here or maybe because it is in order you find easy everthing Customer service good I prefere a cashier near the exit as there sometime the line is long and you can’t pass to check woman dress It is less stress I suppose even for the persone work on entry and less people stolen as less opportunities I think it as I have work in a shop

Staff are really helpful and approachable. Recently, I was looking for something but couldn't find it so asked a staff member and they checked the stock level on their electronic device & let me know it was out-of-stock. I shop here regularly and the store is well-stocked and clean. I have organised several Click-and-Collects and had no hassles or issues.

Cool stuff at cheap prices. But I absolutely hate the layout of their checkout! Right in the middle of the store, with the stupidest self checkout system ever!! Even the staff hate it. Then they ask to check your bags on the way out. Ao contradictory-- you trust me to check out my own purchases, but then are you accusing me of shoplifting before I leave?

Staff either not very interested in helping a customer find what was needed or uneducated on the location of the item. "Its just what we have out" is a cop out for "i can't be bothered trying to help you find it" ... The second person i asked for help was much better, and phoned another staff member (obviously not the first girl) for clarification.

Yay it’s Kmart it’s a big shop on the top floor of Greensbough shopping centre. It is all you can expect with this type of shop . The staff are friendly when you can find someone to help you . I don’t like the way they make you cue up in the middle of the shop like sheep. Giving it a four cause you can’t give Kmart shop a 5

Often loud and expensive but you can find some good deals. Toys and trendy items are also being restocked and sold more often now and they have a disability/family changing room with lower clothes hooks, a support rail and a bench. There is often flickering lights from the roof or scanners if you are sensitive to that.

Staff need lessons in customer service and common courtesy! No door staff from 7.40pm onwards, lights around registers, sporting goods and kids clothes were all turned off at 7.45pm leaving customers to check out in the dark. Team members were talking and laughing together in a group. Not sure where the manager was.

Excellent. We haven't been for a while, but I was surprised at how full the shelves were compared to the other 3 Kmarts I frequent in the area, which are always very low or completely out of a huge variety of stock these days. So I'd definitely give it a go if what you needed was out of stock at other Kmarts.

I always find the staff friendly and helpful. I recently called to query stock of a particular item and spoke to Carmen. She was really helpful and put one aside for me to collect as there were only two left. I arrived and spoke to Carmen Face to face, picked up the item and was delighted with the result.

The store itself is the same as every other Kmart but it's located on the top level of Greensborough plaza so if you plan on purchasing anything large you might need to take this into consideration. Greensborough Plaza is equipped with elevators and ramps so manoeuvering a trolley shouldn't be an issue.

Huge store with heaps of items. We came here after travelling from geelong. I was born and bred in Heidelberg but this place was a great day trip. The staff were excellent and my little boy bought a godzilla toy. He loved the place. Can't wait to go back or shoukd I say the young bloke can't wait!!

I came here to get Easter eggs for my kids, as the selection at other stores nearby was reminiscent of a Russian supermarket suffering from western sanctions. Good range, with good prices. The checkouts in the middle of the store is interesting, but the line moved fast, so who am I to complain.

The service desk at the back of store was sooooo slow. A queue with 5 or 6 people waiting for 20 minutes while one staff served and the other pretended to be doing things at the rear bench. No acknowledgement of customers and certainly no apology for such a long wait. Disappointing

I don't understand why a price list for print services such as canvas prints isn't easily available in store. I don't want to have to line up for 15min just get get a price. This slows down service fur people making a purchase and wastes my time. Just display the prices!

You never come back dissatisfied with Kmart when you want to do shopping on a budget. It is not worth looking for a lower price elsewhere. The quality of the products is great and upto the expectations. However, take your time in checking the products before you buy.

I like Kmart but hate the checkouts being in the center of the store. I suppose it does stop me from getting those impulse buys on the way out. No one wants to go back through the checkouts a second time. You are losing business through poor positioned checkouts.

I'm a huge Kmart fan, great design at 'dont have to think about it's prices in all departments. Availability is my only bug bear, they always seems to be gaps in the shelves and it's a bit hit and miss as to whether I will be able to find items in store.

Good Kmart. Stocks are good even in busy periods but today's review is about customer service in the service desk.They never get enough people there considering how much people do online shopping now & needs refund/exchange. The wait is always long.

A wide variety of stuff. Really good prices and the quality is overall pretty good. Have bought a lot of camping and fishing equipment and it all seems fine. Checkout experience can be a bit hit and miss - they're either really busy or nearly empty.

Find cat tunnel available in store, when we came for this item, the staff helped us to look for and said there are 12 available, but even the store manager doesn’t know where to find, terrible management, never came back to this store, disappointing

Greensborough kmart was a terrible experience. Unable to book a click and collect, when I called the line would just disconnect. When we got there we were then told that we needed to go to the loading dock. Terrible experience. Won't go back.

Rude staff, I purposely walked out of the way for a woman who was stocking shelves where i wanted to look and she came behind me with a gigantic trolley which i was already trying to avoid, said excuse me and i asked which way she was going

Kmart nowadays is quite good with an uncluttered layout, good pricing - including on brand names such as Lego, and a good range of homeware, clothing and toys. Only criticism is the checkout in the middle of the store instead of the way out.

This Kmart is usually well stocked, most staff are reasonably helpful, especially the friendly guy that is often greeting you on arrival, and Lesley from the service desk. She went above and beyond assisting me with some photo printing.

very weak suction and sometimes it failed in some positions, I used it for a few months and when I needed to make 5 bags in a row, the machine could not stand it and broke. I do not recommend. This vacuum sealer need a improvement.

Well laid out, staff are helpful. Not always the best online shop experience for click and collect but I don't think that's at the shop end. Best to check stock availability online before coming into store as turnover is very quick

Has the stock you expect. Sometimes low quality to match the low prices. Often good finds and bargains. Seems understaffed, particularly at checkout, where waits can be long. Some good clothing and seasonal fare. Avoid busy times.

Surprisingly larger and more robust, as a shopping centre, than expected. Large retailers like Kmart, Target, JB Hi-fi etc and lots and lots of service shops like hairdressers. Very good place. plenty of food options too.

Can’t seem to put the right price cards in the right spots. Then continuously not honouring the price on the shelf. Customer service isn’t great either, I suppose that’s what happens when the store is run by children

Cannot believe that NO ONE answers the phone, regardless of which department type you press. All departments rang out for over 30 minutes. Why they bother having a phone number/manager is beyond me? Horrendous.

Good prices and range. Have bought a few things during covid which have been in good condition and delivered on time. My only criticism is that two items of clothing have come with security tags still on them.

Currently not a lot of stock on the shelves. That is no reflection on the store, I imagine covid-19 is slowing stock arrival considerably. Staff was more than happy to help find items or check stock levels.

Only shop at the self checkout if you want to purchase a few items. Self checkout stops at every other transaction. Staff are not attentive enough when the system stops working with a bag or checkout issue

It's a bargain department store. Don't expect miracles. They are very helpful though, the staff know where stock is...and if their store has none, they can always find a store (and order it in) for you.

There are 3 storey shopping centre with a lot of shops, fresh food and supermarkets are at the bottom level. Not crowded in spite of Christ. Good to see Christ, Mary and Christmas story in display too!

It's Kmart. Kids ditch school and come here to hide. Singles dads cry in the toy isles. Bogans get their foundation and mullet clippers here. Once i saw a pigeon in the cd section. Who buys cds anyway?

Kmart is kmart. Always a bargain to be found. This store is on the top level. Undercover parking is kust an escalator ride away but tight spots when you drive a Chrysler Voyager. Decent sized store.

Solid Kmart, really good range of items and mostly helpful staff. One particular guy checking the bags at the front can be really annoying and will search every crevice of a bag every single time

Customer Service is woeful at the store Customers want to go through a checkout which creates massive lines as no one wants to use the self service checkouts and the Staff dont call for help

Good products but the staff do not answer the phone even before closing time they still do not answer the phone. I waited on hold for and hour between 9pm to 10 pm and still no answer.

I've been calling the store for over 28 minutes now, and no one has picked up. Really not happy. Other than this, the products are of good quality and the staff seem to be nice.

Please update your website. I'm sick of going to 4 Kmarts to find 1 single 5kg weight plate. It was shown as either "in stock" or "low stock" on the website, but none in store.

Pain in the arse buying something as you have to go through the tantrum gauntlet of useless kid toys and lollies. Means I shop there less often than I normally would.

It was really busy here, and you can't get everything you need as they have alot of empty shelves still. Be prepared to stand in a queue to pay for your purchases.

COVID 19 click and collect is on level 5 or level F of the parking lot. Pickup was very quick. Called the staff to ask for directions and was given quick response!

Good value pads of paper. I didn't really need a pad of paper but the price point was so competitive that I bought two. I have taken up writing as a consequence.

Kmart is a great place to shop and has a lovely diversity in clothes it also has a range of things like toys jewellery accessories books and homeware

Good service- however your range in stock is becoming very minimal. Wondering why there are so many empty shelves over such a long period of time.

K Mart is a great shop to buy from. The ladies who have been there for years are friendly and caring. Always have a smile and hello for you each.

It always seems things aren't where you'd expect them to be, but decent prices nonetheless and it always has things you'd not think they'd sell.

Worthy of 5 stars..... when more than 1 staff member is on cashier. If K-Mart is to rely on self serve then more machines need to be supplied.

Wow! New changes = so many bargains. Reasonably priced clothing. Homewares are awesome. In fact, everything is awesome! Love, love, love it.

Really like the layout of this store as its quick and easy to find what you want. Prices are great too with a good variety of things.

Click and collect is so efficient, organised and fast at this store. I have been to other stores who were no where near as efficient.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Suggest placing trolleys at other end of store for people like me who have difficulty getting around.
