This happened a few weeks ago. I think she is the manager. She is an old white racist lady with a grumpy face. According to other reviews, her name could be Jen because other reviews describing her definitely matches her character. I was at the pick and collect area waiting in line. She was happily talking to a white customer and when I was next in the line, her facial expression instantly changed. I asked politely if this was the place to refund items. She responded aggressively and started to raise her voice. I have no idea what I did to make her angry. I tried to make it easy for her and she keeps acting unprofessional. Silly of me, I forgot my receipt at home which made the situation more worse. She gave me that disgusting look like I don't belong in Australia even though I was born and raised here. I tried to laugh it off that I forgot my receipt and told her that I would come back as soon as possible. She ignored me with that grumpy face and didn't respond. I was considering grabbing my receipt and returning my item at Watergardens KMART instead because I just finished my 12 hours shift didn't want to deal with a 'karen'. But luckily when I came back to Keilor Downs KMART, there was another staff that helped me with the refund. She was very friendly and we had a nice small conversation. I feel very sorry for other staffs that have deal with a 'karen' manager. I hope one day, someone would record her behaviour and make it go viral because she definitely belongs in a karen compilation videos

I ordered online and opted for click and collect as the Keilor store gad all the items I wanted to purchase. I booked to collect at 4:20pm. I arrived at this time and had to call rhree times before someone answered. Qhen they did answer they proceeded to tell me they were under the pump and didn't have a spare team member to send out. I offered to come inside to which they said, no just give us a couple of mins. 35 mins later, no one had come out and phone call to update. So I called again, no answer. So i drove around to the front, found a car park and went inside. I spoke with the Service Desk and they denied speaking to me (it could have been a different person) but the mobile phone normally sits at the same desk. They went out the back and it was obvious there was no attempt to bring the items out. So 45 mins later, I get my order and no apologies for any inconvenience. Just my items dropped in front of me and barely any service whatsoever. The whole reason I organised click and collect was because all up, the items were heavy and I thought it safer to put straight in my car. Never coming back to this srore again.

6th of May 2023 I went in to Kmart between 1.30-2.30 pm. I always do my shopping over there. I had a men's pyjama. It was a present for my husband which he didn't like it. So we wanted change. I didn't know if we didn't have the receipt I have to take another receipt from the front. So I said " I didn't know about that sorry but I want to change this" its only 15$. That girl at the service desk said "you might taken it from the shop we don't know" I didn't argue with her if I am a thief I am not taking a 15$ one to change. I was calm and said "ok what you can do for this" they said we have to check the camera. I said " yes check the camera" She took nearly 30 minutes to check the camera and then she came and said " oh we cannot find you in the camera so we cannot change this" she totally treated me like a thief. I am not a thief. I am a respectful citizen in this country. I am very disappointed. Don't treat people like this. I felt so offended.

Shopping at Kmart is Wonderful they have products at very reasonable prices for and reasonable quality. The staff there were polite and very helpful , but they could have done with a little bit more training as some questions were hard for them to answer. This place is very clean and organized, I visit here very often for school - based products as, they are at Kmart for a very good quality and price. If you want a very good quality of shoes I suggest from experience that you don't buy ones below the price of $15. My little brother always visits this place for school pants so if you want school pants this is the place to visit. I would recommend this place if you are the type who doesn't like to spend a lot on daily necessary items.

Staff make the whole difference! The range was good compared to other similar stores. There was availability of products which ran out in other Kmart stores. The staff here though were quite indifferent. While my transaction was quite simple to collect an online order, I noticed they left the customer ahead of me, who was a senior citizen on her own in the queue in the middle of some transaction to attend to some other store task, without the courtesy of informing her. Staff at the entry was good though. Go here if you are looking for something you can't find in other Kmarts (3 stars for that) and if you have no staff interaction necessary. Go somewhere else if you need to interact with Customer Service.

Service was terrible. Couldn't get a staff member to save your life. Only helpful person was Garry who was getting slammed at the service desk. He had to beg for help from a staff member who wanted to go on break instead of helping. Had to wait over 20 minutes for another staff member that wasn't Garry to even pass by. He called for help over the intercom over 4 times. Good guy Everything was a mess, boxes open. And thrown around. Don't trust online stock because according to a staff member it's updated with "future deliveries". What a blatant lie. Poor customer service. Store is a mess. Don't bother

Kmart women fashion need a new fashion designer and crew ... No idea what's going on . But what with the vintage old flora borning colors ...no easy way to say . Us women mum's shop on a budget BC we leave us last but for goodness sack we are tired not old ... Make us look more trendy not Nanna's and looking more older and the Nanna's wanna feel good and younger.. I can smell that old second hand vintage smell with the fabric. Bold, colours, shimmering, .. get with the people all u do change the Fabrics material on ure dress so go use funky fabric U don't change the dress Styles at all it's so boaring now ..

If I had a choice I wouldn't give this store any stars. Terrible Kmart, click and collect that doesn't even bother to contact you that their store is closed for click and collect due to deep cleaning. I had to ask the Coles trolley man and he informed me. Disgusted and will never nominate this store. Terrible store customer service due to lack of communication. When you ring the store number they conveniently end the call. My only day off from work wasted trying to chase up an item worth $25, next time I'll either stay local or spend the extra dollars for a better service

The guy that checks receipts at the entrance is rude makes you feel personally attacked and judged, with the way he checks people at random with receipts and bags Always pickes me out of the crowd and let's others past even tho I'm a regular and have always paid for my things just because of the way I look. The rest of the staff are helpful unless there standing there talking about personal things to other staff and making costumers wait untill there conversation is finished. They are completely unreliable when you try to contact the store .

I think this Cole has a medium store. They have most of the things you need, unless you can find them in the next store (Aldi, Kmart, Asia store), i usually come to the outlet area, they have a good bargain sometimes (ex: 5 vacuum bag with $3) You should alert them 30mins before you come if you choose a service Click&Collect. I already book come to pick up around 4-8pm and click notified them 10mins before coming but i till waiting 30mins for my order. Besides this, everything is good and i visit this store every week.

I went into the store yesterday and l was having trouble with trying to lift a product. A lady called Lisa couldn’t help me enough she went out of her way to help me lift the item into the trolly she found for me and helped me with all the other things l couldn’t find, Also at the check out the lady on that day, l forgot her name but she was so helpful and kind. It is so important when you are not well and you find these beautiful people that help it makes your day and very happy. Thank you

Went to purchase a item from the healthcare section and the shelves were practically empty. Tried finding someone to help us and there was absolutely no one around. Only person was at the self checkout section and when I asked if this item was in stock and where it was she just pointed without moving to the approximate area. I could only find the security guard and asked him to page the manager and even he couldn't find anyone. Pretty bad service.

Went today with my daughter. Got to check out, self serve as no one at cash register! Needed to get security tag off an item. Staff member there, we said excuse me and she walked away. Eventually came back and was extremely rude and unpleasant. Felt like we were an inconvenience for shopping there. During our visit other staff were filling shelves, shouting across the store at each other. Not a pleasant experience. Will give it a miss in future!

Previously I rated this Kmart low due to the poor service received from the click & collect staff. Recently I decided to give click & collect another try, this time round the service improved 100%. The staff member was prompt & helped me to take my shopping to the car, all while social distancing & wearing a mask due to current covid rules. I visited the Keilor Downs Kmart this morning after being shocked at the absolute mess in the Watergardens store. The Keilor Downs store was spotless, everything was well stocked and organised and I was in and out so quickly. Compared to Watergardens where I couldn’t find what I wanted because there was stock thrown around everywhere, I honestly found it embarrassing. Congratulations to the team at Kmart KD!

You’d think a click and collect service would be fast but no you wait 30 minutes in line and then 10 minutes for them to get your order. With the wait you’d think your order wasn’t already packed. Clearly unorganised it’s not that hard to leave the packages close to the door and organise them efficiently. Kmart is not the first company to do click and collect but they are one of the slowest I’ve encountered.

The only thing that bugs me about this place is the registers & the door person. Why pay in the middle of the store to only have to check everything at the exit. Also 2 self serve registers are cash only. Long que for cash. On the positive side the store is very clean & quiet during the week which is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of late night & weekend shopping.

I'm so disappointed, I used to love going to this store, but my last 2 visits left alot to be desired, the mess was absoloutly shocking, it looked so dirty and messy; also it's was really difficult to find staff to help with inquiries and there was only 1 cashier serving, the rest was all self service and the line to pay was massive. Really need to pick up your game.

Kmart Keilor was just your typical Kmart. It had plenty of stock and we were able to find everything we needed at great Lowe prices. The staff were very polite and helpful , but could have done with a little bit more training as some questions they found very hard to answer. Otherwise I definitely would have given them 5 stars. Great experience overall

Click and collect advising up to 24 hours. Customer service centre advising at least 3 days. When asked about the discrepancy, customer service replied that the manager has received numerous comments about disgruntled customers waiting on click and collects but didn't care. Great thing to tell a customer. 5 days later, no item and no refund. Perfect!

Love Kmart for the cheap range but this store really needs to be looked after. I always find abandoned plastic waste on the shelves like used drink cups. Products are not stacked neatly and many items are out of stock. Store needs better management and care. Security should not allow food and drinks in store to keep store well maintained.

Jen is extremely rude and could hear her raising her voice at another customer when they were genuinely looking for assistance. Extremely unprofessional and not a good look at all. Dont work in a customer service type role if you cant be bothered. Hope she doesnt have a job here for much longer as its absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Pretty well stocked, however came in at 8pm to purchase an anko security camera to find service desk closes at 5pm and had to wait awhile to finally get one. Staff member had to get the manager who didn't really know what she was doing when going out back to find them!! Then couldn't pay there, had to go through front checkout.

I came early for my click and collect order around 1:10 prior to my initial appointment, and the two ladies that were there were chit chatting? Literally stood for 5 or so minutes waiting until the ladies were done talking… thought you should talk someplace else since you’re at work for a reason?

Been to 2 Kmart stores looking for size 10 bikini briefs in black. None available. Also looked for socks and they are mostly short anklets. None in normal length for winter. Whoever does the ordering doesn’t know what they’re doing. This issue is year after year. Will look elsewhere from now on.

I love shopping at Kmart. Good quality items at very reasonable prices. This especially applies to the homewares section. Sometimes the queue at the checkout is rather long but it always moves really quickly since they have so many registers. Staff are great. Opening hours are very convenient.

Great Kmart to shop esp the photo centre. It’s good they now have mouses for the photo machine as the screens were hard to press plus Covid. A shame though Kmart Keilor don’t pick up their phones when you call them. The phones constantly ring out & this hasn’t changed since last year.

This Kmart is decent. However, there’s an older lady that works at the self -serve check out. How she is employed there is beyond me. She is so rude, miserable, never smiles and acts like your a super inconvenience if you ask her anything. Try smiling or being polite for once love.

This Kmart has the nicest young team I've ever seen in a Kmart or any retail store with a predominantly young team. Usually a team member is hard to find but these ones were easy to find buzzing around working hard, even it being an evening shift they were happy and super friendly.

Although mostly what I want is near almost sold out,,, i love Kmart... some staff are rude BUT on average ... fot the most part very kind helpful people. Karen (manager or supervisor) was amazing young above and beyond to help me out.... its a great store .
