Haven't been here for years, so popped in the other day with my young Son. I asked "what pies do you have that are hot" meaning the 6 or 7 pies in the warmer. I was snapped at "whatever's up on the board"! Rude I thought, as there was only a few pies left, so just tell me! Ordered a couple more things, and tried to pay with a note, not card. The "lady" serving me rudely rolled her eyes, and snatched the fifty from my hand! Last time I checked, Australian money was still legal tender..in AUSTRALIA!!! We then proceeded to struggle with all of the separate items we bought, as heaven forbid we get given a paper bag or cardboard tray! My 11 y.o. commented on how rude the "lady" was, and that was enough for me. I will never give you my hard earned money again. Pies we cold, full of salt and filling was oily/fatty. Cheesecake would've taken a chunk out of a wall had I thrown it! Do yourself a favour, drive to Brady Road Award Winning Bakery, and see how a bakery should be run...you will not be sorry!

I like to think of myself as a bit of a salad roll connoisseur. So this suggestion doesnt come lightly. If you're after a real salad roll, this is the place. Freshly made in a knotted roll with high quality ingredients. Cheekily, ive also indulged in some of their sweets in the past. I found these to be of a high standard aswel. They stock a modest selection of well chilled beverages and the service is always friendly. Cant fault it.

Been going to this bakery for over 20 years. Good food, not overly expensive, and the staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly, bar one. Whenever I am served by the rude, uncaring and nasty Asian with the painted face, I leave feeling I should have not supported this business. I have never in my life met someone so brash and condescending than this lady. It would be a very, very successful shop if she stayed out the back!!!

Grab yourself a family shepards pie, they are DELICIOUS!!!!! I brushed a little olive oil over the top and baked for 40 mins. Absolutely unreal! Massive range of rolls, sandwiches, hot food and of course bread and rolls. Staff are friendly and the shop is very clean. Best bakery in the area and in a great little group of shops. Mountain Gate can shove off, if you're a local, spend your money at Knoxfield shops.

As a local Postie to the area, it's REALLY hard not to go into this bakery and snag some warm cinnamon donuts, a monster salad sandwich and cold orange juice combo! Not only does the delicious housemade goodies make you feel rejuvenated and satisfied, but the SERVICE you receive is truly genuine and contagious! Thank-you to the ladies that light up my day (you know who you are) :D

First time at the bakery and felt like it would be the last. The pies and donut are okay but the service was horrible. I got told off for asking for a bag and not knowing that it was 10c after purchasing 5 items. The whole experience felt like I was a burden to their business.

I questioned the price today - it seemed very high - 3 ladies had to very aggressively tell me what i had bought and how it added up - great bakery for the food - really bad service - always pushy and grumpy. they all watched me struggle with my parcels out of the shop.

The staff in this place are just plain over talking to customers. It's a shame because most of the food is nice although expensive and pricing seems to change according to their mood. Do the business a favour and swap the staff for some that can crack a smile.

This place has delicious everything!! The dinner rolls (esp with lots of seeds), the pies are the best around (and I'm ssoooo fussy with meat quality in pies), and the slices... esp the mint hedgehog and the macadamia slice Ssoooo good! …

This bakery is my go to for bread, the prices are reasonable and the food always fresh. They make great pies and pasties, there best meat pie would have to be the lamb pepterstake pie, worth every cent. Unfortunately no gluten free options

Sometimes the are friendly, sometimes not. Be careful they give you what you asked for, they can sometimes give you more than you asked and charge you for it. Otherwise they aren't bad

Do yourself a favour go and try one of the pork rolls freshly made it was amazing, they have a good selection of pastries and fresh rolls. Staff was super helpful and friendly

Lovely people. Not to lovely food. Thick crusts on pies make them absolute rubbish. Sausage rolls are so tasteless, get a spice rack with you. Not coming here again.

They make the BEST coffee in this little gem of a place - the staff are eager to please, really lovely and genuine. Dont go anywhere else for your takeaway coffee!

I came for the coffee and left with this plus fresh bread and yummy cauliflower pie. Cakes are to die for and reasonably priced. Great local business.
