Pies looked nearly burnt but were actually still pretty nice. Service wasnt great. The place was empty and hours away from closing time but they were rushing us to order and get out for some reason. Maybe they have a service quota and they needed to get me in and out in under 1 minute to compete with Mcdonalds?

Excellent Birthday Cake ordered, the sponge cake was so fresh with cream and jam, decorated with beautiful chocolate and the freshest choc dipped strawberries. All my guests had asked where we had ordered the cake. Thank You!! We will continue to order our cakes with Koo Wee Rup Bakery from now on.

Coffee is drinkable. The girl who served us stuffed up my order and then proceeded to blame me. The man in the kitchen yelled at my child for standing near the pie warmer. I dont normally post bad reviews but our visit to KooWeeRup Bakery was not a positive experience. It pays a lot to be kind.

Wife had a ripper ham and salad sandwich, I had the steak and pepper pie. Ouch, sadly my pie wasn't as good as a Herbert Adams from the supermarket. I like pepper, but this had way too much. Lovely friendly staff in this very clean bakery. Sandwich for me next time.

Went to Drouin Speedway this morning early with my wheelchair ♿️ bound wife & as I allways do call in to Your bakery for breakfast & coffees & was very impressed with service & food(egg bacon & cheese roll )as we drove to the Track. Thanks

Passing through Koowee stopped for sausage roll and fruit scone, $12.60. No prices on either but thought won't be a surprise but it was. Inflation pffttt... Gouged by almost every business, just gets worse. Never again stopping in Koowee. More

I have never left a review before but felt this one needed it. Don’t dare to ask politely for a knife and fork. Explained I couldn’t eat properly and could I please have a knife and fork to eat a sandwich. My voice has issues and my neck

We were served mouldy cake. When I complained I was offered a 2nd mouldy cake. No refund. It was a lousy experience. We have been going there since 2005. It was previously lovely but not any more. Never going there again

Great service, lovely friendly Staff. Sausage roll, eclair, chai latte: delicious in my break from driving in the storm 1st Dec. It was a very welcome stop. I try something new each time I visit & am always delighted.

The cakes and bread were plentiful and good quality. Was visiting South Gippsland on the way down we had to go back the same way I had to stop in again. Will make an excuse to drop in when I'm in that area in future

Great vegie pastie + good coffee, along with very friendly service. Also bought individual apricot pies for dinner that night; wonderfully light pastry with generous + tasty filling. Definitely recommend

I visited this bakery a couple of days ago, and I must say it’s definitely gone down hill the vanilla slice was dry and made me feel a bit sick it was inedible, wish I went back and got a refund.

Always a good coffee and snack break on the way to Philip island. Good coffee and a nice selection of pies, cakes and sandwiches. People limits and iindoor seating removed due to covid.

10/10 bakery! The girl who served us was very friendly. We had a potato pie, sausage roll, cheese and bacon roll and a cookie between us and everything was delicious! Highly recommend!

Went in on Father’s Day for a loaf of bread and it was stale. Worst $5 I’ve ever spent and ruined Father’s Day lunch for us. Staff were very rude and I would not recommend

Chicken salad multi grain Roll was outstanding but the coffee was just OK, staff was very friendly.

Just make sure you have plenty of time to drink your drinks because they are made boiling hot
