Been a few times and it's always been excellent. Struck a (seemingly disinterested) young girl serving yesterday that when asked if there was a bin to place a used cup in (and purchased from there) responded with 'there's a bin down the street'. Normally no issue, but the only reason I asked was so that I could properly browse through the bookstore. Will try again another day though.

I absolutely love the little gnome cafe!!! Open until later in the afternoon, best coffee in the area and the girls are always happy to see you.

Bel was super kind to our 6 year old Grace when helping her to choose a chapter book to read. She must have guided Grace well as by the next morning Grace is on fire and loving the book, reaching page 107 by 8am!! The book was Smarty Pup 2 by Anh Doh. Bel you do so much for our community and our kids. It really makes all the difference. Thank you ❤️

Just ordered an xtra hot flat white coffee, which was only luke warm when I received it... now that's ok because I get it quite often. But when I asked for a replacement coffee because mine wasn't xtra hot I copped a huge amount of abuse and after feeling like I had to defend myself then stated I had been in hospitality for 25+ years.. I copped even more abuse from the OWNER!!! Unbelievable

A fantastic joyful little bookshop with fantastic coffee, amazing service and a wonderful selection of books. They serve Montville coffee, a local brand which is always nice to see. They also feature local authors and publications prominently and have a great diverse selection of books. Also a metal print of the Kramer which deserves 5 stars all on its own.

So many amazingly tremendous books in this store, and you can enjoy a coffee while you browse. If you can't find the book you are looking for Bell and Jack are happy to help you to find it on the interwebbs. Next time you're in Wynnum check it out. You won't be sorry you did... In fact, I think you will be glad and happy that you did.

Very friendly! Great service. Popped in today with a friend for a milkshake & they didn’t disappoint! Yummy options & they even had lactose free. We sat at the main table & enjoyed playing Tic Tac Toe + Dominos plus there was colouring in for kids. Lovely book selection too if you’re looking for one to buy. Super friendly staff, I’ll be back for sure!

What a cute lil nook! Popped in here during Wynnum Fringe because it was the friendliest-looking spot around, and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, excellent coffee, and books! So many books in such a tiny little spot: great if you like biography, YA, or that gooood stationery. 11/10

I ordered a hot milk and waited outside at a table, writing and waiting the away for my bus. This time of the year in the early afternoon enjoying my cuppa and the sun, made it seem like a Sunday. The hot milk also helped to thaw me from the inside. I have plans to be back at the Little Gnome for a book launch very soon.

This is a Bookshop and a coffee shop all in one. The coffee is amazing made by a lovely barista. The bookshop has a lot of good quality books for children and adults, they sell the cutest pencils with animal head, bookmark, erasers and other cute stuff.

Hot chocolate so beautiful I nearly cried. Such a variety of different flavours of milkshakes and hot chocolate such as butterscotch, honeycomb, mars etc. Staff are lovely and awesome. If you wanna have the best hot chocolate of your lives come here.

We have just moved to the area and I got a few coffee's from here... they are fantastic and always seem to be busy... they seem to have fund raisers there as well and we look forward to getting involved... highly recommend a look!

My husband & I are coffee snobs so we went in search of a great coffee place, we weren't disappointed! The coffee was on point, the almond milk was really nice, not too sweet and the service was great, really friendly.

Anyone who gives this quirky Wynnum institution a measly 1 star rating should stay at home to sip instant coffee and research how 5g and chem-trails threaten their freedom.

Importantly this is the best coffee in Wynnum. Gr8 place to relax & enjoy Wynnum's atmosphere. Wonderful stock of books to purchase. LG is where I go to get my hipster on!
