I've never really had a problem with one of your store's before. The large range of books and the friendly customer service. However, one of the workers at the second floor QBD was quite rude. I had wanted to ask whether a specific book was in stock. She said she was serving someone else at the moment. So I waited for her to finish with what she was doing. She then proceeded to stock nearby shelves while glancing over at me. Before she finally started serving someone at the counter. I believe she knew exactly what she was doing and quite blatantly ignored me.

I'm a little upset today I've ordered a book about August and the girl at the counter said it will be in around October Of course I've waited and waited and waited for the book to come in and thought that I won't be getting it It's now December 9th 2020 and it finally arrived today It would had been nice to notify me saying there's delays and should be arriving at such and such a day or time so I can be prepared to pick up my order It's a good store but a little poorly runned store Not the best but still an ok store

Great range of Joke books. Did some Thursday nite shopping and the lady at the desk was very helpful. I couldn't help notice the wide range of children's books and books for teens. Nothing like breathing in that new book smell. And, no, I do not have an addiction to sniffing books. Wait, just one more sniff...jokes! Afterall, I did purchase a Joke book.

Books maybe a thing of the past for some . But my young ones will spend so much time there looking at all the books . The staff has always been friendly and super helpful in finding books and ordering in books . Thank you All I can say is at least a book will not ring when your trying to relax .. Let's hope we don't lose book .

Quite confronting to walk in to the upper level Garden QBD last week only to be met with a manager/supervisor yelling at his employee - in front of all your customers - for going on her legally entitled lunch break. As a frequent customer at QBD it's very disappointing to see that this is how you treat your staff

There are two QBD bookstores in the centre. The staff seem helpful but they are the only bookstores in the entire centre. They cannot see the inventory of each others store - nor can they search for books by author - only title? (This is what I was told).

Massive range of books and very knowledgeable staff. I was having trouble finding a book only knowing a part of its title, and a lovely worker helped me find it. She knew exactly what book it was and where it was located. The service is unmatched here!

The service is amazing! The staff at the counter are very helpful and fast. The only reason why I didn't rate this fantastic book store a 5/5 is because in most of the book series they sell, from my experience, they don't have the entire collection.

Staff were too busy talking to eachover and it took me a few minutes to wait for them to notice I was at the till! Even after trying to talk and get there attention. I Do love the range of books and cleanliness of the store! I love QBD

Love to have a browse around especially the manga, being a member is definitely worth it too as you can accumulate credit on every purchase to then help you get a discount on your next purchase. Overall a wonderful place to shop for books.

Good range of books from discount tables up. Like their crime fiction section Reasonable selection of puzzles, popular games, Australian Geograhic range of STEM related projects and edicational gifts for kids. Helpful staff. Good location

I went in to enquire about a particular book I had been reading online via my Library and luckily they had one copy available in store there and then which I bought at a reasonable price. Happy with my experience of this bookstore.

QBD tends to be the book shop I go to after first checking the prices of books I want in Dymocks. With about a 50% success rate, I'll find the cheaper price in QBD. The variety is pretty good, and quite a good selection of titles.

Disappointing their discount reads have gone up to the same price as new books in Big W, $16, though sometimes they can be $12, but these are far and few to be found. Discount reads should be discount reads, not price matching.

Very expensive and often the books are too tightly packed to be able to see comfortably what is there. While QBD is often conveniently location in shopping centres etc, there are other better and cheaper book shops out there.

The store is ok but not much room, which you have to move out of the way to let someone goes pass and that to me gets annoying and I always leave without buying a book that I had all intentions to

Occasionally they do not stock a book I'm looking for, but books always on sale here and a good broad range is available. Membership discounts available too, even on sale items.

The Garden City staff is excellent. Every time I need a book that they don't have in store, they order it and let me know by text when it's ready for collection.

Busy during the Christmas rush, of course. I asked a staff member where the Dr Seuss books where, she gave me exact friendly directions. Good service, thanks.

QBD has a good range of books, reasonably priced, and friendly, helpful staff. It's tempting to go overboard and get carried away with the purchases.

Very similar and excellent in the same ways as the original QBD in Garden City. Nice to have a good book store on both levels since Dymocks closed.

Always a good experience, great staff, very helpful, if you can't find the book you're after there, they can usually order it in for you.

Product availability is excellent. Conveniently located near my favourite carpark area. Good customer service. Good click and collect.
