Extremely satisfied with the two Airy Vest (Airyvest) reversible jackets I purchased from this business yesterday. Amy was most helpful with fitting Mindy (pugalier) I have bought jackets for her over the years and because of her shape have found them to be ill fitting and not well constructed. The materials used for these vests are of supreme quality, it is also incredibly lightweight. I especially like the way it zips up easily (so many jackets I had to toss because the velcro had stopped functioning, buttons fell off or the press studs became faulty. I have also found jackets to be very restricting around her collar & chest areas because of her pug shape. These jackets are perfect because the neck area is elasticated giving freedom of movement and most importantly comfort. I believe you would be hard pressed to find one out there that ticks all the boxes. Definitely worth the investment and they are better priced here than other supplying businesses

Terrible customer service. The only redeeming quality of the store is that they are closer than Pet Barn or Best Friends by a few minutes. Last time I went in the staff were extremely flippant and rude. Walked in with my puppy and the first thing that is said is 'What is that?" and we had only just stepped into the entrance way. Avoid this place and go to one of the other numerous pet stores in the area. Pet Barn Mentone has lovely customer service and are extremely helpful. They won't scan your items dropping them in front of you not saying a single word as you pay trying to make small talk. This experience was a reminder why I will never go there and would encourage others never to visit.

Awful customer service at best, especially the older lady working there with an attitude problem. Instead of serving me whilst I was visibly waiting for over 10 minutes she continued to stand behind the counter having a private conversation with a friend. The younger girl was serving another customer but didn’t see the need to interrupt her colleagues stupid conversation and actually serve a customer. She too just stood there watching me waiting. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.

Staff are extremely rude, wouldn't even let me keep the cardboard dog hanger for purchasing a fuzzyard outfit until I declined to buy unless they provided this. I've purchased dozens of fuzzyard apparel online and other pet stores who have always supplied the hanger. Stock are overpriced than the other pet stores closeby and my furbabies don't even eat their brand bully sticks and other treats which aren't even locally sourced but repackaged from bulk suppliers elsewhere.

This is a great local pet store with loads of variety now it would have ranked 5 stars with me but I went there for aquarium accessories and a few new fishies problem with that was they no longer sell aquarium needs as to Mentone aquarium is too much a competitor and they can't see any need to sell any longer ,, which is fine and a fair enough reason Mentone aquarium is only like 1km away anyway but the store still has massive variety for every other pet need

Staff member was very helpful in getting us what we needed. 2 other staff members stood behind the counter the whole time talking animatedly to each other and couldn't be bothered. Did not even say hello when we arrived. We've been here before and have always been pleased with their products and supplies. Parking is a bit of a nightmare on this busy corner so we always plan our stop as we are headed down the south of Nepean hwy.

I love the actual pet store and products I just don’t love the staff. I feel like they are very inconsistent with attitude. Specifically the adult male. He’s condescending and honestly just looks like he hates his job. Not very helpful and very rude. It’s a different experience every time I walk into this store. I have although dealt with an older lady in the past and she was fabulous.

Fabulous comprehensive store that is quickly becoming a favourite to all pet owners. Gr8 staff very helpful a nd supportive in and with all requests. Almost a "butcher" supplying all variety of meat combos for dogs ie crocodile, kangaroo,beef,chicken,lamb ,bones,chicken carcasses, kangaroo tails ,beef bones,etc etc etc treats galore Fabulous store a credit to the owner!

This is my go to for all my pet needs. With such a huge range and cheap prices it's hard to shop anywhere else. Even comparing to online stores, I find this store to be better value for money. This particular store is located near southland shopping centre and has a bunch of parking at the rear of the store. I would highly suggest to anyone needing goods for their pets.

I had a really bad experience, I went there for my first time and I don't appreciate the way the lady treated me, like I don't know what I'm doing or buying, she was really condescending and patronising towards me.. I am actually a qualified Veterinary, if you want to be informative or helpful, don't just assume customers are stupid! The other staff seemed nice.

Called in this morning looking for something to help a bored dog on crate rest and was helped by a lovely, knowledgeable lady who guided me around what was best and what to leave till the dog is better. Had a good laugh about what the bully boys actually are, but regardless the dog absolutely loves them so will be back for more. Would highly recommend *****

This place is big and has a good range of products. The only downside is you ask what its made of/where its from and you get the disgruntled look of someone struggling to cut the poo off into the bowl. Otherwise prices on most items are good too. Just need to know where their products come from and what theyre made of.(loose/non bagged items)

Great bulk raw food range, really friendly and super helpful staff, and ramp access if stairs aren't your friend. Range is somewhat limited with pet toys and cat paraphernalia, but what they have is good quality. If you have a larger car be careful accessing the car park. The alley that leads to the parking is very tight.

Yesterday I had the nicest, most helpful worker, David. He took the time to suggest the best options for dog tags and collars. It was close to closing time but he was nothing but sweet, happy and energetic. What a great experience during the busy Christmas shopping period to be served with such care. Thanks David!

I like it a lot. This is my favourite pet supplies store. I really like that they have their own pet food products. Sometimes you catch staff packaging products in store, which makes me think products are probably fresh. Staff are attentive and helpful. It’s almost like having a really good waiter in a restaurant.

I would NOT say that this is a "MEGA" Warehouse in any way shape or form. We drove 25 minutes in hope that they would have a great selection of stuff and it was so basic... pet stock or petbarn have more... prices were nothing special and the name is very very misleading...

Awesome I went in for flea treatment for my cat and dog. The salesperson talked me into buying the 6 month treatment instead of the 3 month treatment, because I would save $$$. Then he talked me into entering the competition to win a Weber BBQ. And I won!! …

Well priced compared to others. Will match price if you can find it cheaper. Chews, toys, collars, raw meat and kibbles of all variety. It's hard to find something they don't have. Good friendly attentive staff with good knowledge and industry standard.

I love the store. Very friendly staff. Clean. Organised. They could have more stuff in sale regularly so we could stick with them more. Staff are all passionate and caring about animals and make you feel welcome. I recommend it to pet owners.

I haven’t been to another pet store since I started going here. Has some of the best quality raw meat pet food and by far the cheapest out there. They also have a really great frozen meat and bones selection. Great staff, great service.

Helpful friendly staff, had what I was looking for, gave great advice about the two different products they had in stock. As a bonus the item I was after was on sale. Will definitely shop there again.

First time shopper at megapet and left very impressed. Have everything you could possibly need and good brands with good pricing and they had a raw meats deli section like a butcher.

Not quite as cheap as buying stuff online, but they have a good range, friendly service and you don't have to wait for delivery. So in my opinion, it's worth it.
