Seems that each person gets a different treatment there. Lady in front of me needed license disc and no id copy was asked. Then it's my turn, same thing but now they won't help me because I don't have an id copy. I ask how that lady before me didn't need hers and I was just stared at. No answer. It's no wonder these offices are all closing down. Useless! It takes 6 months to receive a parcel from Sao Paulo to Johannesburg. It's been sitting at this office since OCTOBER!! Notice was only received in February!

Very slow and rude service, my parcel from overseas took forever to arrive at this office, never going to use them again, rather use a courier service instead.

Workers taking more than 10 minutes to help each person. So when you come here, you can do the maths on how long you have to wait before it will be your turn.
