So I went in barely 10days ago to get a quote on a box to send to a friend in Melbourne Australia.I had the box, the address where I was to send parcel clearly printed out. I was quoted and told the delivery time is difficult to estimate during these Covid-19 pandemic times. Quite understandable. We agreed with my friend to proceed and use SAPO international parcel option. I went in today, only to be told sorry sis, we are not sending parcels to Australia. Maybe the person who served you and gave you a quote misread it as Austria! OMG! What??? What kind of error is this? Poor service that is making me a liar to my friend Please help me understand what kind of error this is. Regards,

There is an extremely rude lady there who told us that she won't won't help us, slammed the door to our face because there was loadshedding. She told us when there's loadshedding she goes to eat, they don't work and we were there to only certify. She's sothopedi speaking, thick and has platted curls. She is not customer friendly and doesn't respect people. She didn't even let us know when she will be able to help us she was just rude telling us there's loadshedding she doesn't work on loadshand she needs to go eat. I feel for people that travel from far to that post office to do things that don't need electric but are sent back because she doesn't want to work during loadshedding

Staff said I must come back next week and refused to help me! They were shouting at me so I started to record them and threatened to make them famous. Got to speak to the manager he kept on pointing finger's in my face and his tone was very aggresive, he locked me in his office. He stepped right into my personal space with a felt was rather threatening. I did get served in the end of the day but behavior from staff and manger not acceptable! Have it on video

they are extremely short staffed. I have been there 3 times and on all 3 occasions i had to wait in long queues to get to the cashier only to be redirected else where and not receive help. Eventually you get assisted with an attitude that makes you feel like you're being a burden. what couldve taken 15 min at most, took me 40 min because of no assistance

Dedicated to slow service. Guaranteed wait of 30min to an hour for picking up a parcel only. Not even actual transactions. Staff unfriendly each time. Queuing system always unclear and always some issue of some kind with regards to what you must pay in cash and what you must pay with card. Try to avoid this branch at all costs!

No good’ I am waiting 4 months for a parcel from overseas been sent from pillar to post’ witspos said my parcel was scanned in at Randburg 27/3 went up and down Today to be told Randburg sent my parcel back 28/3’ why couldn’t they just phone before they do that just cause they feel my adress is Northcliff ‘ what a disgrace

Randburg post office doesn't answer there phone and I need to redirect my post office to Kensington and I only have 8 days left to get it and it's in the wrong location don't know why the post offices are sending our parcels at different posts to collect . If there were 0 stars I would give to randburg post office .

Phoned to see if they can send a package to a branch closer to me and was told no it will take to long, told them I work long hours and am unable to take time off to come that far, was told they keep the package for 3 months so come when I can. Very unhelpful and hostile on the phone, will definitely not recommend.

The lady who was working at the Car License renewal desk on Wednesday 20th April 2022 at around 12h30 deserves an "Employee of the Month" award and an incentive bonus. She was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Due to that, I only had to queue for 5 minutes. What a pleasure to a normally mundane task.

The worst post office in the whole of jhb. Bad attitude with staff and the manager. Second time i tried to send a speed service parcel and would not accept my sealed bag and wanted me to pay twice???,???pathetic Posnet Is the Best should have gone there in the first place. PATHETIC

Car licence renewals are a disaster here. Only one person able to process them. No generator either during block 16 load shedding so be warned. The lady assisting - Ruth Brothers - is very surly and unhelpful. I understand she has a tough job but attitude needs improving.

I have only used this post office to collect my parcels that get sent via international postal services, the service has been great! I've even forgotten my driver's license there and they kept it safe. Never used the other services there so cannot comment on those.

I waited 15 minutes while this lady was busy talking on her personal phone. She didn’t apologize when she finished instead she went to lunch and referred me to someone else to help me. I’m never using this branch again, so unprofessional with rude employees.

A place where even one star is a waste. Unfriendly, following irregular business hours, and not sharing the situation with the customer. I really don't know why this place exists. I think this should be accepted as an African situation.

Everytime I've gone there they've been closed even on hours where it's supposed to be open. They don't answer the phone. I need to get my study material from there and I can't get it. This post office should be closed down

Staff are to lazy to do the job they are paid to do, Will not check parcel tracking numbers and refer us to the website. They have no idea of customer service. It is of no surprise that they are closing down.

Staff are rude and lazy, they will find any excuse not to serve a customer and when caught out will try to make the customer the guilty party and cause a scene. I recommend to stay clear of this place.

I received excellent service from Emily in this branch today. I needed to retrieve a parcel even though limited information was provided but Emily went the extra mile to assist and locate my parcel.

They are the laziest bunch of people. Time says the post office closes at 17h00 but at 16h00 they refuse to service customers !!!!! People must leave their jobs it they dont want to work. Rha!

Well I had exceptional service! The guy in front of me had a million parcels, so a Counter lady came and assisted and I was out of there in 10min flat. Pleasant and happy :-)

Compared to other post office near me (Midrand), I am happy about this one coz the line is reasonable and you don't have to wait a long time while other counter are empty

Terrible service, nobody answers the phone! I have attempted to phone this branch four times today and still nobody bothers to pick up, or they just hang up the phone.

There was a little bit of waiting time (like in any post office anywhere in the world). Post agent was nice and doing his best. Got my parcel without problem.

They are fast to help with car disc renewal. I've had the best experience the past 2 years the line never has more than 20 people like Northgate.

Poor service. I think the stuff have degrees on how to make people feel small.

Can't get hold of anyone there. They simply just don't answer their phones.
