I hope the owner and big bosess read this review I bought Chanel perfume from Myer in North land the person who served me was Angela and she didn't have good customer service she was rushing and chatting with other stuff member after a few days I tried the perfume on and I just noticed that perfume is like a water it doesn't last an expensive perfume like that shoud last on your top I called myer and asked them that if I can go to highpoint and returned they said yes as long as I have a receipt..I went on Wednesday morning which was yesterday and the girl on Chanel counter didn't help at all then when I asked for manager to speak to she told me that she is the manager I can't understand whenever you ask for a manager the workers there said I am the manager but even they are there must be someone higher than them to speak too ..any way I never get a refund and I think this is against Australian law I am very disappointed..I just want to let you know that the workers there are very snoopy and they have zero customer service the girl in highpoint while I was speaking to her keeps telling me have a nice day and I found it very rude I felled the way she was saying it sounds like go away and just want to get rid of me unfortunately I forgot to get her name but you should know from the roster who she was..my problem hasn't been solved yet if it doesn't I will stop shopping from Myer.

The myer perfume section here is shockingly bad with service. 1. We were there to buy 10-12 perfumes between the price range of $100-$140 and the first thing the service person ask for is what range are we looking for. As soon as I said the price range, she pointed out to one bottle and said thats it, nothing else you can afford her. I was shocked at someone saying this to a customer. She never asked how many or for what we are buying. 2. They don't have prices on most perfume products, its not like we visited during the opening hours, We were there at 3PM on a weekend and they did not have prices on products and we have to ennage a service person each time to check prices. This is borderline illegal and definitely bad practice. This needs immediate attention. 3. The above review is purely for the myer staff operated perfume section and not individual counters like dior or Creed. I find the service there much better than this general area. What the hell is wrong with you Myer not understanding the importance of customer service. Hope their stocks crash and they understand why!

How sad Myer has sunk to such a low level. I needed to use the toilets, after turning a few corners found them out of order, wish the four CS persons chatting at David Lawrence told me before I walked down there or at least put up a sign ? Toilets on level 1 turned out to be a parents room with a queue-had to run into the main centre! If I didn’t have vouchers I would never shop at Myer HP-ageing decor in need of repair. Less brand range in clothing. Staff were ok, even tho it took them too long to serve me, the only person at the kitchen ware register, and they kept looking at me but kept talking? No prices in kitchenware, have to keep bothering the person in the register….then she made an error which costed me money but I didn’t notice till I got home-Urgh. Sloppy processes and it’s just too hard shopping Myer HP. And charging for bags is disgraceful. David Jones don’t charge and have better brand range. Sorry Myer, you’re just not a nice place to shop anymore.

I discovered Jo Loves recently while returning some online purchases. The counter immediately caught my attention with its vibrant red color, a refreshing change from the sea of black and grey around the store. I initially thought it was a Christmas display until the lovely attendant handed me a card. By the time I reached the third floor, I couldn't resist going back to inquire further. I was surprised to learn that Jo Malone is no longer associated with Jo Malone London and has founded her new company, Jo Loves.❤️ I applied the perfume from the card, and omg ! It's called (Jo by Jo Loves) and it has a cool history behind cause this is the fragrance Jo Malone created for herself, and I absolutely fell in love with it. I highly recommend trying out these innovative new perfumes. Jo Love is my new love and I’m glad Myer highpoint is introducing new products and new brands. My favourite Myer to shop! Also the click and collect service was outstanding!

I was interested to buy Dyson air warp com which was on sale. Went with hubby and was not sure but sales lady named Laura was very helpful and genuine. I was thinking but both hairdryer and air warp com as combo. I donot know how they get paid on commission or salary but she was very customer oriented. She could have encouraged me to buy both as I was very much ready but genuine answer about product was very helpful. She honestly told me to buy only airwarp as it can be used both as dryer snd buying hairdryer was unnecessary .we brought the Dyson but due to her honest answer we feel like our money was saved.But Noo, her customer service made us to believe that Myer is my store so we spend actually more money buying fragrances for me n hubby. Big thank you for Laura. I will back again coz it’s my store.

My first of two parcels arrived today that I bought from online. It took longer than expected as 1 of the 3 items was out of stock from highpoint Myer and thus only the first 2 items were delivered. I am reviewing this specific store because my online Myer account and tracking specifically stated these 2 items were coming from Highpoint. I opened the parcel. To my amazement I see the security tag wasn't removed from the cap. I search the Myer website what the policy is for this and it says I must go into the store to have it removed. The reason I paid for delivery was to save petrol and time. Now, I need to waste my petrol and time to go into the store to have the security tag removed which is a failed customer experience. My delivery fee charged and my time means nothing to you guys huh

Came into Highpoint Myer and was waiting for my sister and brother to pick a perfume. I was waiting and witness 2 workers at the level 3 fragrance section. An older slim tall male with glasses and an older female worker with bright red lipstick of Asian background. Both these workers sat there laughing at customers, saying “look at them they come on and throw papers, with their messy hair, China shoes and socks”. I was actually disgusted at this and Myer need to take a good look at their staff because it was absolutely appalling witnessing this. I came in wanting to purchase items and left not purchasing a thing because of how disgusting their language and conduct was. I work for DFFH, and I couldn’t believe the abhorrent conversations had. I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this store.

I called in about a particular item I ordered online yesterday and I have selected click and collect. I am going to be in the area for a few hours so I called in to see if the collection will be today, if not I can come back tomorrow. The individual who picked up the call was quite rude and unhelpful. Did not let me finish my sentence, constantly “No I can’t help you”, “you selected click and collect” couldn’t give me an indication whether I should just go home and wait for tomorrow or stay in the area. The item isn’t even limited edition, I could have just walked in and bought it instead of doing click and collect. I would not recommend Click and Collection option, the service and turnaround time for this option is slow and staff are not friendly or accommodating.

Black Friday sales - what an experience! It was busy - the Perfume section was absolutely packed - displays not very "interesting," but one stood out! Check for yourself! A new launch - " "JO LOVES" created by Jo Malone CBE - luxury fragrance gifts - whow! Of course, I had to check it out. The sales team explained all the different options, and they were so enthusiastic - a nice change. Thank you, Mananna and Annamaria, for your excellent customer approach. Also, congratulations on your amazing display of the counter and the and to all of you, good luck for the X-Mas period. Myers, as usual X-Mas decorations are perfect! PS: Today, I went past "JO LOVES" Counter again, and I met Jane - she showed me the book - have to make sure I get one. What a story!

I was in the women clothing department this evening. The assistant staff in the Fitting room on level 3 appeared so rude towards us. Saw an vacant fitting room and I asked a young lady standing in front of that room if it is vacant? She nodded. As I approached it to check, the assistant told us behind the half closed curtain, in a rather very rude tone, NO ROOM IS VACANT UNLESS I TELL IT IS FREE. How would any of us know what she was doing in there, and what would we be expected? She was then told everyone in the line to step back and start the queue from the door threshold, alllowing traffic flow, in that same rude tone of voice. If we, as customers, are not being rude towards the store staff, then why would we not be treated in the same manner?

Attended Myers Highpoint, yesterday afternoon, and was warmly greeted by a most polite and caring and Sales lady, Silvana. (Lingerie Department). - Despite being on her own, managing the counter, (which was queuing up), tidying misplaced clothing, Silvana went above and beyond, assisting me, to find a correct fitting bra, for a special occasion. Her outstanding customer service, and assistance, was truly appreciated. It was uplifting receiving your input, and courteous attention, today! - I was able to make a satisfactory purchase. A BIG, WELL DESERVED THANK YOU, SILVANA - You made my day! Respect and appreciation of Customers, definitely deserves recommendation, and repeat business….. I hope Myers recognises this lady’s dedication.

This review is for a staff member in particular. We were looking for a heating / cooling fan, went to two different JB HiFi stores, only to be told that they were not allowed to test them, nor could the staff even plug it in and get it working, which was a bummer to us. However upon arriving to Myer Highpoint, dear Natalie assisted us with no hesitation, trying to get the fan working to test its heating/cooling function, which was of great help to us so it can better assist in our decision making on various products. We ended up getting one we liked with Natalie's help, walked out with a smile on our faces knowing we understand the product we bought. Thanks once again Natalie, your customer service care has not gone unnoticed.

Very unprofessional 4 months old Breville barista pro coffee machine failed which I paid $899 for. They are not even taking any responsibility, they took my 4 months old machine and they said we’ll send it to service for repair. 3 weeks passed already and I called them 3 times and they said they’ll call back- no response from Myer highpoint yet. I have no coffee machine now for 3 weeks. Breville is the worst coffee machine you can choose from. Myer is the worst placed the you can buy your appliances. The reason we bought this is because if 13 month replacement warranty which they don’t even stand behind. Very frustrating and untrustworthy. Stay away from these people. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Paris at shoes n Sox Myer highpoint is absolutely a legend in customer service. Her professional knowledge and her patience really helped our 1st school shoes journey. It has been a struggle to find a perfect shoes for my son as his school is extremely fussy on the type of shoes, and he has to wear a pair of special thick socks (school policy). My son has never worn any leather s school shoes before and it made him feeling very uncomfortable. Paris patiently explained everything and tried her best to find us the perfect fit. We will come back again for the second shoes. Thank you so much again!

My friend and I went into Myer Highpoint today. We both wanted to purchase a perfume so we went to the perfume section. We started testing some perfumes and the Asian lady assistants were very rude and didn’t acknowledge us, not even “would you like some help” or anything. They all just stood there laughing amongst themselves while staring at us like they were judging us. Sorry ladies but you aren’t working in Gucci or Louis Vuitton, you are in Myer!! We won’t be ever going into this store again and taking our business elsewhere

Waited at Kiehls for half and hour and no service but myer staff everywhere just standing around. I asked for assistance and was told they don't work in that stall. OK, I left and went looking at clothes then returned to Kiehls about an hour later. Still no shop assistant where I asked for assistance and I was the shop assistant was on a break. What a load of nonsense, that means the shop assistant had already had a 1.5 hour break. Good luck and not returning to this rubbish, I will just order on line from Kiehls.

Just wanted to say what a great shopping experience I had at Myer Highpoint. I was visiting from interstate and we shopped at Myer for Christmas Gifts for my Grandchildren. In the children’s shoe department a lovely Assistant helped us find what we were looking for and processed our sale immediately then in the toy department (Marie I think) Helped me with a large box, processed my sale and even checked if I was okay taking my purchase to the car. Thank you for first class service it was very appreciated.

Went into the perfume section today to look for a gift for a friend. Unfortunately they didn't have the perfume in stock but had one lady come asking if we needed help and said sorry no thanks Unfortunately what we are after there's no stock. She the just looked at me and my husband up and down and judging us for no reason. She smirked and shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and I believe she needs to be taught how to treat people. Definitely not coming back

Would haven given a zero if possible. Disappointing customer service. Wanted to buy a dress, tried it on, took it to the counter to pay for it to find out that it does not have a bar code that can be scanned. It took them approx 90 mins to figure out that they can't find the correct item.code and they can't give us the dress. One of the three team members finally concluded that they can"t sell us the dress after wasting 90 mins of our and their own time. Such a shame. Could have done better.

I always had a bad experience with click and collect team from the Myer High Point store. I agree with most of those who did a review that Myer High Point should consider retraining the Staff. They should learn communication skills; customers can't read what you are thinking, so please speak up; you can't stand still with your iPad and expect a customer to understand what you want/need. When customers spend more than $500 worth of stuff, at least show them some customer service.

Very annoying branch if you want to buy a perfume. Within such a small areas four people kept asking if I need a help which they claimed it is customer service care. However, I sounds like watching and keeping eyes on customers. I like to do my shopping in peace rather than being bugged. Even one of the guys says we are better than David jones as you can’t find anyone there which is not true. In summary not suggesting to do a shopping here as stocks are pretty out dated.

Went to Myer recently wanting to purchase an item. I asked if they price match and they said they do. After showing them a competitors price for matching they changed their mind and started to make up excuses. Very disappointed the way the staff treated me. Left the store and purchased my item elsewhere where they did not make up excuses and price matched without any Issues. Myer your loss as you lost a sale. So much for your price match policy.

Myer Highpoint very very (RUDE) ladies staff i was there an hour ago i was in perfume section and two ladies came and ask if i needed help i said oh thank you i'm just looking then one of them started looking at her watch then i said I'll come back tomorrow then i said have a goodnight she replied with bye bye!! Just because i didn't buy anything you don't have to be rude to me or anyone else!! I'll never go there again.

Called into Estee Lauder counter today 11.45 a.m. wanting to try double wear foundation. Sales woman didn't even offer to remove existing makeup first, which means I would not get a true colour match. I also asked if double wear oxidised. She advised it does only if you apply it with your fingers. She applied foundation to my face and then proceeded to tell me to blend in the double wear with my fingers! Seriously, very poor service.

This Myer is probably now one of the worst. They closed the top level. To add insult to injury they are replacing the perfectly fine passenger lift and have no alternatives. The escalator to the carpark has also been switched off. Staff are ok, some are somewhat friendly, some aren’t. Toilets are clean but are single toilets, only one single mens toilet with no urinals. The prices on most items are ridiculous.

So came in to your store with my son mother and sister and while my sister was searching through your clothing range we got profiled by one your staff members not only was he watching but he also had the nerve to follow and stand at the front door way until my sister actually paid then all the sudden he disappears . Absolutely fuming never will I ever return back to be judged by your pathetic staff

I was looking for a certain perfume from Estee Lauder. Unfortunately, they didn't stock the exact one I wanted, but the beautiful lady was very helpful and so friendly. I think her name was Linda. She helped me find another one that was also great. She gave me her full attention and listened to me. I highly recommend her, just amazing!!! Estee Lauder is super lucky to have her represent them!!!

My partner and I went to the suits department in Myer Highpoint and a wonderful sales assistant named Syam/Sham helped us out. It was our first time suit shopping for a special event and he was kind enough to assist us from head to toe! He knew what kind of fit would suit different body types! Had a super wonderful experiencing picking out a new fragrance with Mikayla! She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and was very patient as I can be picky with fragrances. So disappointed. The area i went to ( womens underwear) was a real mess, hard to find what i wanted and no staff around to assist let alone help with bra fittings. When a staff member did appear she didnt want to help anyone - made it clear she found customers a bother. Not the quality department store it used to be.

If i can give no star i would. DO NOT get serve by Kat in Online Returns department. She is one rude and racist lady i ever got served. She needs to have some customer service training and some common sense class.Even my 8 yr old son think better than her. If you don’t want your day to be ruin, dont get serve by Kat.

A big thank you to DENISE in the perfume dept at Myer Highland, , she made my Honeymoon shopping a breeze. She was super friendly, had great product knowledge, and gave me personal service. I really hope this review gets back to Denise(SUCH a WONDERFULL LADY<3 <3) as she made a shopping experience one to remember.

Most disappointing, initial order got cancelled the following day after accepting the payment, I called again to reorder it and have it delivered, only for them to put the wrong address, after another half hour wait for the call center agent, I got told to contact aust post to sort it out and the agent hung up.

Click & Collect purchase wasn't ready - I only made my purchase through click and collect as the item I wanted was the last one in stock. I was told to either return tomorrow, or pay for the item again and get a refund later... Makes zero sense that I cannot just simply pick up the item I purchased online?

This is the worst day of my life. I went to a store and returned the faulty product. The customer service is so pathetic, the lady was a Buffon and very rude. Friendly attentive staff and plenty of them, all smiling while serving and including you in their own conversations. David Jones Highpoint could learn alot from this store, yes it's a busy layout and crowded at times but the staff seem happy and that's what you want, otherwise you just shop online!

Just wanted to share the great experience my partner and I had with Kevin. Kevin assisted us with buying a suit. Shopping for a suit started to get stressful as we felt we were having no luck. Once approached by Kevin he grabbed a tape measure for sizing and assisted us right until the end.

Horrible service. Was looking at a new work bag and was happy to spend $500. Went to look at the "Radley Liverpool". Assistant dragged off shelf and up to reception. Very rude. Walked away and looked at other options, and was ignored. Left store. Purchased a bag elsewhere and spent $570.

Poor customer service experience at Chanel high point myer. Nurul at Chanel store didn’t have very good listening skills for customers, rushed to finalise order instead clarifying with me. I rate her 1/10 for customer dealing. Manager on duty was not receptive of complaint too.

Store is cluttered and difficult to navigate. The kids section especially. The racks are so close together and the main thoroughfares are full of pallets so a pram cannot be pushed through. Long queues at cashiers with not enough staff to serve customers.

Went to buy some shoes, was busy but the sales guy was friendly and willing to help, did well handling multiple people at once. Didn't think I would find what I wanted at a reasonable price at Myers but I did.

Went to buy a men's suit from the formal section. Virtually ALL common sizes were gone. No staff to help. Ended up taking nearly an hour to find anything at all that would fit. Waste of time!!

Myer in highpoint is a great store to shop. The prices vary, you can shop reasonable prices to high. Staff are very friendly and there are plenty of parking spaces.
