What a lovely park. We walk the dogs daily. Very well looked after. I've noticed the lake is getting more fisherpersons. Swans are nesting at the moment can't wait until they hatch. 5 eggs. Wow. Brilliant to see the nature. We feed the birds lots of Robins about. They fed of my Grandsons hand!!

Great area for walks or the various activities available such as cricket rugby skate park running. Only issue would be the entrance to the park and car park since the path was made wider only able to get one car up or down and the Kerb is so high it’s not like you can mount.

Nunroyd Park is a great outdoor space with little areas tucked away as well as nice rolling wide areas . Theres the cricket club, the pond and also a route to Kirk lane park which make it a nice place to visit and walk around as well as sit and enjoy the weather

Great park, really big with different areas like a gym area and fishing pond, cricket pitch, a court and even a forest that you can walk through. Lots of dogs and walkers about. It does have roads all round it and one of them is busy so just be aware of that.

Located about 9 miles to west of Leeds city centre along the busy A65 the park is a nice surprise if you don’t know its there . It’s got open access from all four corners but no real car parking except on the roads round the edges . There

Great place to play games, walk dogs, meet up or just have a gentle walk around, very popular with local youngster's as there are sports pitches and varied apparatus for them to use and play on, there's even a dry pitch area that is ideal

  • Kevin Sample

Nunroyd park is a nice place to take a dog for a good run out, in summer you can watch the cricket. If you fish, there's a small pond, belongs to airborough angling club members only. Beyond the pond up a small rise is a rugby pitch

Fancy a day out fishing with your kids? Then this is the one. Absolutely full of small carp, tench, perch and silvers! Bonus there's a Mcdonalds less than a 5 min walk if you or your little ones get hungry! More

It's ok not very wide but has some nice fish in there also still has a lot of dead leaves on the bottom but other than that it good for beginners to start on befor going to the bigger pond at the tarn

  • Janet Dryden

There is so much space great for dogs and families, skateboard park, cricket field, rugby and a pond area. There are some picnic tables near cricketclub house. The whole park is so well kept .

My local Park and has been for 50 years. The recently added pathway's in and around the Park will be a God Send this Winter for Dog walkers and folk who enjoy a stroll on a Weekend.

  • Missy Moo

It was okay just a shorter walk than I'm used to. We fed corn to the ducks and the dog enjoyed her run along the stream. A little muddy during January but to be expected.

Visit this park quote regularly. Clean, well kept and lots of wildlife to keep you entertained. We visited the fair the other week which was fun for the kids.

Very nice park. I took the dog and his ball and he loved it. The beck is nice too, as he likes to dive in. It's a well kept park with plenty of bins!

Great open space with pond, cricket, rugby and skate park. There is also an allweather pitch. Beautiful at all times of the year.

Nice park for dog walking. Has big open areas. Becomes partly flooded after heavy rain. The lake doesn't look pretty though

  • Vicky Dyer

I'd love to be able to buy the building at the entrance it would make a marvellous events place for practically anything.

A town park with small lake. Pleasant paths. Would be even nicer without cars on main roads that edge 2 sides of park
