Their movers were unprofessional, put holes in walls, broke items and put cardboard in to make them appear fine. They refused to move a TV and expected owner to provide tape. They charge by the hour so im not surprised they took their time and went so slow, taking twice as long as previous movers. As if this wasn't enough, they basically held hostage until a good review was put up. That review has been taken down, however, I felt a more accurate review was needed so prospective customers were aware of what they were actually signing on for. Edit to respond to reply: I have added photos of the damage created, supply evidence of damage. I am not Kirstyn, you can see that this is not a fake email as I have done previous reviews. Kirstyn is keeping her side of the deal in deleting her review for her refund (which is a pretty dodgy deal, well give you a partial refund for us doing a bad job if you delete the honest review of us). There weren't 4 sets of stairs, the move was to the 2nd floor and parking and stairs were mentioned before the job was taken on. Inventory of what was left: TV, backpack, bin, mattress protector and a large wooden chopping board. These were all item that were asked to be taken. Interesting that I didnt mention what had been broken yet you knew exactly what it was, looks guilty. No it wasn't already like that, the bookshelf was unstrudy, that was acknowledged but not the cat tower. "If you have any issue, call us anything but please do not do this"? Not sure how that classes as customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They rang us on the day to inform us they would be 2-3 hours late. After telling them we could only use the lift in the new apartment to move in until 4 they told us they would be there at 12.30 at the latest. After continually lying to us and informing us they would be arriving soon as they were just around the corner, we eventually had to give up at 2.30. I rang to complain and his only answer was "he's doing us a favour" and "he can't control what time they would arrive". After reading several other reviews that haven't been fabricated, it's obvious that they take on too many bookings that they can't fulfil and regularly turn up late, if at all. I've had to take another day off work, resulting in an extra days' loss of pay, as well as having to pay an extra week of rent in the apartment we intended to move out from. If you're looking for removalists that can't tell the time, or otherwise don't care, these would be ideal. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

On the positive side, everything was moved, nothing broken. They seemed to take reasonable care. However, they were almost an hour late (for the first move of the day), with no phone call or apology. That's normally fine, but with a two hour move in/out window at most city apartment blocks, they should know to turn up on time. When I told them that we didn't have enough time, they insisted on proceeding, probably knowing they'd run way over, as was the case. They were unhappy to move certain items (such as a wide computer screen) which means I have to run a few car loads. Finally, one of the guys was very stern, unfriendly and impatient throughout. Overall though, the job got done, nothing broken, and fairly priced. I just wished they'd either arrived on time or called ahead so I could have squared it with building management. But reading the other reviews, it seems a common thing with these guys. Something to work on, I guess.

Previously changed review from 1 star to 5 stars in exchange for a $100 refund to cover the cost of damaged walls and broken furniture. However, I asked PPA movers to disassemble and reassemble one of my beds and just two days after sleeping on that bed, it broke. I had a look at the bed and the Allen screws were all loose - I could undo them by hand. So now because they didn't reassemble my bed properly, that's $400 in damages I've had to cover myself and $550 in moving fees (with a $100 refund). And I can see they've bad mouthed me in a response to a review submitted by a friend I told verbally about the move. So unprofessional. Thanks a lot guys.

Horrible experience .If you want to have a peaceful movement please stay away hiring these folks..Totally Unprofessional. Due to their unprofessional way of handling things they have damaged my new television and also scratches on washing machine and refrigerator. They just dragged my white mattress on the stairs. Their professionalism was so pathetic that they didn’t bother to even update the customer when they had plans of arriving late. They were late by 3 hours and they give same old lane answer to the people who book their service by mentioning break down. One of the worst service I have received.Given an option I would rate zero.

First they were an hour late, then some of my furniture gets damaged. After 2 trips, they left half my trampoline at my old house, so now I have 2 disappointed little girls. After being promised they would come back the next day, free of charge, I get no response. After multiple calls to follow this up, we had no call back and are extremely disappointed. I will not be recommending these removalists and their terrible, unreliable service. Beware

PPA movers move my one door fridge, the two mens were very friendly and very careful, good communication before the day and on the day. They text me a few hours before they arrive at the 1st location and call me when they arrive at my house. They also move my old fridge to the garage for me. I have recommended them to my friends. Hang up on me after i tried contacting to organise paperwork If you cannot do the job, but as you said "have to quote", put a note in that you cannot do until x date and especially do not leave someone over the weekend under the assumption that they have booked you, until they ring for something else and you say we cannot do until 3 days after the date they asked for the quote for

When someone book a time and you agree to come on the same time and try to change the time a night before saying that you are doing favor on us rather requesting and you even dont know how to speak, you are unable to come on the time that was fixed and you say you doing favor on us thats very rude way to talk to the customer. Poor customer service. I won't suggest anyone

had 2 guys move us from werribee to tarneit, didnt take long to do our whole house they were quick, efficient, friendly. cheapest around which is an added bonus as i compared alot of different companies in the area. will use again in the future for sure. thanks guys

Param and Jazz assisted moving into our new house. They were very efficient and friendly. Unfortunately they were running behind due to other removals going over time and we were not advised straight away of the delay. However we are happy with the service provided.

Bloody disgusting. 5 hrs late pick up. Lied about capacity of truck. Left half our things behind. Nothing was stacked in truck properly and so much spare space. Unloading at 10.30 pm at night. Don't rate them don't hire them. Legal action for full refund

Arrived 3 hours late, poor handling of furniture, damaged 2 piece recliner (Bent steel frame) and scratched/chipped bed frames. Upon arrival at new destination again 4 hours later then quoted and discussed. Do not recommend

PPA movers were very careful and efficient with my move, all items were carefully secured and wrapped in blankets for transport. They were very friendly and professional, I will use their services again in the future.

Moved all my things. Recommend having blanket/foam on the truck to move fragile items, like my tv (left it behind) and encourage moving dryer/washing machine in the space. All in all they got the job done, good price.
