Honestly the dumbest thing ever created. Instead of a multi-level carpark to allow for plenty of spaces for the large amount of people that travel through West Ryde Station, we got a single-level carpark that is full before 7:30am. What a waste of taxpayer money.

The system they implemented exhibits scam-like design. It is overly complex and explained how it works on multiple websites, leading to conflicting information and unclear instructions. This service does not meet the expectations of the community.

West Ryde Park & Ride is not accurate. Sometimes it shows as full but there a couple of spaces left and today it said 2 spaces left but it was completely full. It needs to be fixed.

New parking. It's a lovely spot. Close to the station and shops. Only downfall is the exit is quite tight.

Very convenient place to park and ride.
