Absolutely pathetic service at this post office, the staff are incredibly rude and Absolutely refuse to work. Came in today to send out a post via registered post and she Absolutely refused to help me saying that I needed to get another envelope. Went to postnet to buy a new envelope and returned to post my parcel. Upon my return she still refused to send out my parcel. The staff at this branch seem to have absolutely no interest in doing their jobs, they would rather sit on their phones. During my time waiting in line they sent away 3 other people without assisting them. If you need to visit the post office any time soon please don't visit this one, try the cresta branch, quick and easy service.

Unfortunately for me I always have to go to the same lady. She is obnoxious no Custer service at all she does not even make an effort. To describe this person she has her hair braided in corn rows and wears spectacles. You are paid a salary you not doing the country a favor with your presence.

Fast, Informative and Efficient. One of the few Post offices were you can really say that the people working there know how to do their job efficiently. They answer their phone and I really experienced good customer service here.

Not the cleanest or the most organised post offices. I would say that they often suffer from being a staff member short. The general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff does make up for some of their short comings.

Apparently my tax dollars are going to pay me a salary this month as a Postal Office worker. As at this branch, you must lick your stamps, put them on the envelopes and then stamp each registered post stub yourself.

It is a terrible service... And quite often items are simply "lost". The personel seem to be generally helpful, but often seem to lack any motivation to do their job correctly or with any degree of professionalism.

The assistant behind the counter decided to only speak in Zulu/another language except for English when calling for the next customer. But he was helpful once I was being dealt with

Relatively easy access from major routes or Barry Herzog and Jan Smuts. Plenty of parking in the nearby streets. Excellent service. Beautiful old original building.

Quaint old building, been there for years. Still working. Slow but steady service. At least nowadays my parcels arrive albeit at the wrong branch.

No one answers the phone. Very unhelpful lady behind the counter, always offline. A not saying closed due to unforseen circumstances. Useless!!!
