Always had great service at this store. They recently exceeded customer service when my youngest son mistakenly went there to colect my "Click&Collect" book (a birthday gift from my older son who recently moved overseas) as I was bed ridden. They couldn't find the order in their system. Instead of fobbing him off, they kindly offered some compensations, however, he realized his error and politely declined. So different to our unpleasant encounter at the store where the order was waitiing. Please see my review of Dymocks Indooroopilly. We buy a lot from QBD books so the Club Membership is very handy.

I love a good book, which of course means I also love a good bookstore, but unfortunately I just don't love QBD Indro. Dare I say it, but there are too many books (and other stuff) inside the store. I found the sections and isles overwhelming because there was so much cramed into each section. The height of the shelves, and the dozens of section labels, also made it really challenging to see down each idle and identify where each of the sections I wanted to look at were. I ended up looking around briefly before leaving because it was just too frustrating to be in the space.

What a wonderful staff member you have in Katie Robinson. She was so friendly, polite and most helpful when I rang to order a book I couldn't buy on the Sunshine Coast. She posted the book for me that day and followed up with a confirmation phone call to give me the tracking number. Such great service. Thank you , Katie - much appreciated. The book will find its place under the Xmas tree in plenty of time.

Been here was served by Michael, I was after autobiography of Yogi abd Michael was so racist rude and unhelpful. We don’t stock Random books was his answer. When asked for if can buy online from qbd , he says guess so but I can’t post it . He was mocking the kook it’s readers and customers, was how we felt. Utterly disgusting. QBD pls have well trained polite staff at counters

QBD is my go to for books. The staff are always so friendly and make me feel comfortable. Great prices as well! I wish I could remember the name of the man who served me but he was incredibly helpful and allowed me to pay with cash and gift card, which from experience as a cashier, can be pretty annoying. I will continue to come back :)

QBD has been at Indooroopilly for as long as i can rememember. They keep a great range and their staff are so helpful... I like going there to get what I am looking for plus gey surprises i had no idea about... Better than shopping online …

I always enjoy going to Book Stores. QBD has many varied style books and a lot of different books and novels to some of the other stores. All in all a great range of books, even if the rows of books seem a little tightly packed.

Purchased book, allegedly on sale, for 35 bucks. Went into Kmart, saw it for $25. For 50m away this isn't really on. It is more so the fake sales stickers and invented discounts that result in the 1 star. Would not return.

Great bookstore. Usually has good sales throughout the year. It does feel a little bit cramped, but that is because it is filled with a great selection of books. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I go to this store every few weeks and have never received service anything less than excellent. If they ever didn't have a book I wanted it they ordered it in for me with no issue.
