Full marks for Removalist on the Run team. I hired them based on Google feedbacks and I wasn't wrong. Starting with Gracie - booking process was straightforward with email confirmation so I was assured that there won't be last minute dramas. On the day, the team turned up exactly at the agreed time (gave me a call 45 minutes prior with a time estimate as a heads up), I was offered a bigger truck as the one I had requested was stuck in the previous job. Ziad is the boss - he and his colleague were super efficient (I mean 110%) - I know I was paying by the hour, but the guys didn't waste a single minute. Everything was properly packed (in moving blankets, clingwrap etc), loaded, moved and later unloaded and placed exactly where I wanted. No fuss or dramas, option to pay by cash or card - an added convenience. I would book you guys again without hesitation for my next move. Thanks!

I’ve moved 5 times in my life, including interstate and I’ve never used a removalist at any time due to previously heard removalist horror stories. I called Removalists On The Run and I spoke to Gracie. Every detail was explained to me and she sent Ziand to my home to do a near on precise quote. I checked their reviews online and went ahead with the job Zi and Jess arrived on time, they kept up a solid pace for more than 8 hours and they were professional, courteous, efficient and very careful with my home contents. The truck was packed in a “Tetris” fashion and as I was storing my possessions, they packed them into a storage facility 80 kms away in the same fashion. Ziad and his team were first class, thorough, careful, professional. Treating our treasured possessions and furniture as if they were their own, wrapped carefully with soft covers, sometimes added protection from cardboard and then shrink wrapped to ensure absolutely no damage to our precious possessions. They were meticulously packed into the truck; fully secured, checked and double checked before they took off to our new address. Once there, there careful, professional service continued, each piece painstakingly unloaded, carefully placed as we directed, unwrapped and immediately checked. In our move we had quite a number of really treasured, precious items and not a single one was damaged in any way. Can highly recommend this excellent service without hesitation.

We had Ziad and Jesse from Removalists on the Run help us move from Point Cook down to Geelong. From initial contact we knew we would be in safe hands with them. Ziad came to our house prior to the move to assess the contents to ensure it could be transported in one trip and gave us tips on how to make the process as easy as possible. On moving day, they arrived early and were so efficient and so careful with our belongings. Everything was carefully wrapped and protected and the upmost care was provided, they treated our belongings as if they were their own. From the start I had Gracie who was extremely prompt in her communication keeping me updated throughout. Then I had the amazing Ziad whom at first meeting I could tell he really cared about making the move as comfortable for me as possible. From the first minute I contacted Removalist on the Run it was nothing short of professionalism and friendliness. Gracie was amazing in the office and no question was too small or large. Gracie (office expert), was incredible! She is warm, friendly, professional and will answer any queries quickly, you won't be left waiting for a response! The 2 guys who moved us (sorry guys I forgot your names!) were METICULOUS! Every item was wrapped in n blankets then plastic wrapped. These guys know exactly what they are doing, their experience is phenomenal. No they are not the cheapest price, but they are competitively priced and more importantly you will receive your belongings in 1 piece without damage! Cheap movers will give you problems that will cost way more in the long run! I will definitely use them next time I need to move.

They manoeuvred a massive cat tree without taking it apart and wrapped my belongings for safe transit all while checking in on me, asking if I was doing ok, if I had any questions or concerns. Could not recommend these guys more!! I moved 5 doors down on the same street so was not a traditional "moving house" move. Every room was explained & agreed upon before moving furniture. They also updated during the move as to how much was left & approx time left (great if you need to stick to a budget). There were a few more difficult items such as a garage gym & a super firm king bed to move upstairs, both were troubleshooted and moved into requested spaces without any issues. I'm never moving again, but if I needed to, would definitely use this company again.

Ziad and Jesse were the best removers we have had, and we have moved around a lot including inter-continental. Exceptionally hard workers, honest, professional, experienced and knowledgeable as well as being nice guys with great attitudes. This is an overdue review of a great service by Removalist On The Run. We moved houses twice within the same suburb -- the first time was in 2018 with another removalist, and 2 months ago with them. The service was incomparable, and we are very impressed by the professionalism of the team. Gracie was very helpful with my queries, and she gave us a very reasonable quotation. Zian and his companion were very organized and careful in handling our things. Can't find any fault at all :D We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

These guys I cannot recommend highly enough. They gave me confidence in them right from the start. Explained everything, worked out how much time would be needed. They are magicians at packing, and use all the available space. I couldn’t believe how much stuff they were able to get in.
