Even though this car park is advertised on all relevant websites as a hospital car park, concession cards do not discount the rate here, even though on the nsw government website all hospital car parks should be eligible for discount. Have never had any issues at other hospital car parks. Wish I had known so before parking here due to the other RPA car park being full, and being charged $42 for two hours of parking. Oh and I was waiting in line for 15 minutes to get out, during which time my fee went up to the next bracket. Never parking here again.

I have used this car park over several years for six monthly specialist visits. The ticket payment machines over the whole time have problems accepting credit cards, causing frustrating and potentially expensive delays for those in the queue. My parking fee went from $20 to $30 this morning as I waited for the customer in front to eventually give up trying to get any one of her various cards to work. When she used a $50 note she initially got no change, then $40 in coins.

It's tricky as it says flat rate $12 for a day, but Don't park the car if you are staying over night as it will charge additional $66 I was charged $77.90 for 12 hours parking because I parked night time and picked the car in the morning. You can't read the conditions clearly when you come to park as it say 7+ hours $12. Secure parking is a night robbery of innocent people come to park and visit hospital night time.

I had to go to Breastscreen and ended up paying $60 for parking. Charging so much for parking when people are at their most vulnerable is terrible. Unfortunately there is no choice. Just disgusting that anyone should have to pay so much when attending a Hospital. Then the gate wouldn't open to let us out. It seemed to be the same for people in front of us. Very sad but unfortunately it was necessary.

Casual parking rates can get expensive fast, however booking using the app works well within an hour and the rates can be very reasonable considering other local options. Parking is usually available although that may be because of poor information and reviews online. Outside normal business hours the lifts are locked so you need to walk out the vehicle entry when leaving or returning to your car.

Not competitive with parking in the surrounding areas. Contrary to othwe hospital medical centers, there is no free parking for RPAH Medical Centre visits. Street side parking is a better option for short term parking at around $5 an hour. Come to think of it, long term parking at $60+ for 3+ hours is also unfeasible for those of us who are not of noble blood.

Appaling customer service. Locked in the car park due payment issue with another customer, communication through a faulty speaker with someone with poor English not a solution, phoning and selecting the option to deal with the issue resulted in being disconnected twice. Not surprisingly the sales team answers the phone.

Absolutely disgusting! Paid $59 to park for my day surgery. NO VALIDATION for patients. Big sign as we drove in said “early bird parking $20” must have had tiny writing saying that this was only for the first hour!

Easy to book using the wilson app. Paid only 4$ for the entire day on a weekend day (pre booked on the app, otherwise it's $5). Only needed a visa card to get in. Clean and close to newtown centre.
