UPDATE : FRIDAY 6TH MAY 2022 Received a reply to my review and followed the instructions provided to finalise this - emailed twice and AGAIN no reply. Poor excuses and no doubt will blame Covid for the lack of communication! I wish you could leave a review without the option of picking a star! I called your office 6 times today. 1st call - I was placed on hold and then they hung up 2nd call - I was placed on hold and then they hung up 3rd call - I finally got through to someone who assessed my enquiry and then said they cant help and that another department could assist - on hold for 10 mins and then finally said she found someone to help - went to transfer and then got hung up on again 4th call - Called and then on hold got hung up on again Final Call - 5th - Called, on hold again and AGAIN got hung up on Please address the below: On Tuesday 12th April 2022, at approx. 19:15pm I entered your parking (LANDMARK CAR PARK - 345 - 363 George Street, Sydney CBD Entry and Exit is via 22 York Street, Sydney) I went to exit at approx. 22:59pm. When I entered I looked at the board which read: Night Parking Enter after 5:00pm and exit before close - absolutely NO mention of exiting before 22:00pm. As I was sure it was only $25.00 for night parking I didn't take notice when paying that the charge was in fact $99.00. By the time I realised, the charge had been processed. I would appreciate a call to rectify this.
Booked online for a 2 hour period on a week day, went in used the pin no issues however was told by the attendant that we’d have to park on the two-way ramps because it was very full. All the “spots” on the ramps were taken and we ended up on the bottom level where I noticed only 3 spaces in the whole car park are available for the public and not reserved. However, they were also taken. We ended up squeezing into a very small space next to a pillar that was definitely not meant for a car….thank god we’d taken the small one otherwise we’d have no spot to park. During the week I would give this a miss. Unsure why they’re selling parking availability when none are available or no guarantee of actually having a spot when you get there. And you have to pre-pay…

Wish I could give 0. Booked a spot online for half an hour as I needed it for 15-20mins. Spent 10 mins finding the available spot. Went down upto 2 levels, but couldn’t find any as all they had was “Reserved for xyz” or “Your car will be towed away” I couldn’t believe that I reached dead end without finding a single spot and that too after reserving online. In the end parked in loading dock unintentionally which I figured out only while leaving. I wonder what they mean by “filling up fast” while booking online. What a scam in the heart of the city. I don’t care for their “20% discount on booking” offer after such a scam.
This car park is a disgrace. I saw the 1.3 stars when researching where to park - BIG MISTAKE. In 2022, the only way you can pay is with a physical magnetic stripe credit card. You can’t pay with cash and can’t pay with pay wave. The payment machines have the cash payments taped up with electrical tape, and they obviously can’t be bothered to install a pay wave reader so I can pay with my phone. I will never willing use Secure Parking again.
I just used the parking yesterday 17 June 2023 as it was convenient to the restaurant we were dining at. I was in 2 minds doing so after seeing some of the reviews. However I ended up booking it as parking was limited due to Vivid. I personally didn’t experience any issues at all. Found parking immediately and there’s a parking attendance at entrance that helped with where you could park. More than you think.
I went to Landmark Carpark once, but it will also be my last visit to this particular Secure Parking. Despite the great location, I highly recommend avoiding it altogether. There are only 2-3 public parking spaces available throughout the entire carpark, with the rest being reserved. Booking a parking spot here is pointless unless you're willing to park illegally or in a spot reserved for apartment residents.
I was worried after reading some of the reviews but I didn’t have any issues. Booked & paid online about 30mins before entering on a Sat night. You get a PIN number via text. Enter pin on arrival. Found a spot. Returned about 11:30pm. Entry via the car park entry on York St. Walked down to my car as the lifts don’t work at that time of night. Use the same PIN to exit.
I would give No stars if I could. I have a business account and have been overcharged for the last 4 months. I have asked multiple times to have our account credited and our credit card to be stopped from being debited and it has not happened. The contact people seem not to have any idea of what they are doing and don't seem to care. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
They tried to charge me $113 for parking. I spent 40 min arguing with them to have them agree to $50. It should have been 30 and had been. Because of some fine print and a few minutes, they tried to charge me more than a parking ticket for illegal parking would have cost. I will never go back. Horrible
Awful. You can't pay via contactless (paywave or mobile phone) or cash. It took me 20mins to exit as a result and I was lucky that I had a photo of my card to read out the number over the phone. This place is living 20 years in the past. Do not bother.
What a disgusting and disgraceful business!!! They hide the hourly…..or should I say half hourly rates in difficult angle to catch when you get your ticket so the can rip you off!!! $83 for parking for 1 hour and 2 minutes. Absolute thieves!!!!!
0 star if i could give! Do not waste you're time and money. No spaces and you have to pay to get out... I have 4WD and to get out was like climbing mount Everest. You have been warned. Most spots are reversed. Good Luck!
Parked here casually on a weekday for lunch, convenient location and quite spacious compared to a lot of other city car parks, recommend that you book online via secure parking website as it’s cheaper that way.
Hi, I couldn't book as you don't advise the height restriction driving in at the gate. My vehicle is a tad over 2m high. Besides that the rates are also obscene. We just wanted to see a movie in town.
Worst car park I have ever experienced!!! Basically every car spot is reserved tow-away!!!! Plus almost impossible to turn around car due to deadends. Do not use this car park!
What a disaster, didn’t see the signs saying no mobile payment available, had to Uber home to get my physical card. Never again!
4 spots available only (out of 4 levels), the rest are dedicated to a particular car. What a rip off.
Paystation does not accept paypass. Spent 30 min buzzing intercom asking for help. Avoid avoid avoid
Terrible Car Park. Reserving a park mean nothing.. People there are rude. Avoid at all costs
the worst parking in Australia and also the most expensive. 1 star is too much
Literally impossible to get in and like 20 spots all up
Absolute disaster! No mobile payment. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Very expensive and very few non-reserved parking spots
Reserved a spot but no parking when I got there.
Expensive, very few casual spots
Worst parking garage of Sydney
