It is a very tight one way car park. As we entered the car park another was there coming out. Because it was a one way lane the car behind the other one had to reverse to let us in. Whoever designed the layout of the carpark didn’t think it through. It’s difficult to tell if someone is entering or leaving because you cannot see around the corner. It’s actually dangerous. As we were leaving there were two cars waiting for someone to leave. There’s no indication if the carpark is full or not. There’s very limited spots, there carpark spots were very small as well. The stairwell had an awful smell, it smelt of vomit and urine. One good thing is the price isn’t too bad. There’s just not that many spots.

Parked there and paid $10 bill for $7 parking. Machine error! Called the intercom and the girl at the end told me they can only refund via email because they have no attendant around for the next hour !! Gave up and asked them to keep the change because i am a tourist ! Carpark shares one exit for both entry and exit! The car in front has to call intercom to get out ! Ridiculous price to pay for about an hour 's parking in a dingy place. You cannot get back to the car park except through the only exit, cars and passengers!! Thot they are smarter than this !

Awful service when the Carpark malfunctioned around 9:30 on 14/09/19. The PlayStation wasn’t working when you tried to pay. When you press the intercom for help no one answered. When you call the hotline they’re only advice is to keep pressing the intercom button. After 30 mins of trying, some arrogant lady answers the intercom only to tell us we needed to pay before we left but the pay station wasn’t working. Please tell your staff to leave the service industry if they have no real interest in helping people.

Is the worst car park I've ever used, it didn't read my number plate correctly, I had to call for help and took a while to finally talk to someone. I had to gave my correct number plate to the lady so she could let me out but when I was at the exit I had to call for help again and the lady told me to move my car, because she couldn't see my number plate from the camera. It is expensive and the service is really bad! And a guy there told me that this happens all the time. I will never park there again!

Horrible experience here. Parked and they wouldn’t let me out for 1.5 hours as there was a problem with the boom gate and pay station then had to send a technician out and couldn’t tell me whether or not they had fixed it after another 30 minutes. Horrible customer service experience - spoke to about 5 people in total, not one of which had any clue about what was going on and made the whole process extremely difficult. Was stuck here for over 3 hours and received no compensation or apology

Avoid if possible. Two way entrance/exit so you cant see anyone coming down and if you meet half way, good luck going forward or back. The 'L' shaped, very tight corner to turn out is impossible with a bigger car and I scraped my brand new Haval on it. Its impossible to see if anyone is entering while you're exiting and the boom gate closes right behind you so to reposition your car to get around that corner causes more stress and danger. Badly scratched brand new car, I am not happy!

Little tip for people getting stuck. Drive right up to the boom gate when you leave. The camera will read your plate. If it doesn’t work first time, try again. Parking is convenient for Newtown and in a great location. Cost me $10 for overnight. Opens at 4am and closes at 12pm. Front to wall parking only. Do not reverse in as the space isn’t made for it and will damage car. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A LARGE VEHICLE. Use the cinema parking which is not far.

Absolute disgrace this carpark. Put a sign out the front advising people the carpark is full. They tell you to pull into the middle of the gate so they can read your numberplate but the reason you need to pull to the left is so you can get up the ridiculously tight corner. Car in front of me scrapped there car on the wall and it was only that I had a passenger, that I managed to negotiate the exit in a CX9. Avoid at all costs.

1 star rating is an over statement for this parking. We parked here twice in a span of a week and both times the light wouldn't go green and when asking assistance via the speaker the connection was breaking out so badly that it was hard to understand the person on the other end. Whoever manages this parking should look at all the feedback here on Google, not just collect the money, but actually provide the service.

Terrible carpark, small spaces, dirty, extremely easy to damage your vehicle entering/exiting due to narrow entryway. Damaged my vehicle exiting, repair bill set to exceed $1.1k. Never again. Hard to believe this carpark's set up including entry dimensions are compliant/legal. Will be looking into this.

Super convenient location and price isn't too expensive. However not value for the money; the spots are tight and small, often spots are for small cars only. The roof is low and hatchbacks can damage their boot if opened in the car park. The driveway is also narrow and operates as a 2 way traffic.

Worst car park ever. The exit corner is unbelievably tight and made worse by the ridiculous position of the number plate sensor that sets you up to fail. Ended up scraping my car on the way out despite my absolute best efforts not to. Do yourself a favour and avoid this car park at all cost.

Entry / exit is shocking, got out with a bees willy distance between my tray and the wall. Bigger cars stay away. Smaller cars, good luck to ya. Number plate recognition faulty and had to pay over the phone. Just dont do it to yourself its not worth the headache.

Very safe to park. But you need to be extremely careful at the entrance which is a bit narrow and curved in the middle of solid brick walls. I hit the wall with the bumper and my new bumper bars got scratches. Of course, I should have been more careful :(

Parked here during the day. Not many parking spaces at all. Got the second last one. Reasonable pricing. The stairwell to the street absolutely REEKED of urine and misery. Hold your breath and walk quickly here.

Good car park, well lit and feels a lot safer than the Dendy car park just down the road. Easy to use number plate recognition so no need for tickets, not a whole lot of spots though.

Easy to find. Well priced. Very easy to pay. There is only limited spaces and the driveway to get in is used to get out also (one way) so this can cause problems.

Worst parking in newtown. Numerous people I know have smashed their cars at this stupid carpark with not enough hazard warning equipment or colours. So tight

Feels very, very unsafe at night. Located in a dodgy alley behind the station. Very tight entry and exit, low headroom.

Great for cheap parking right in the heart of Newtown. Never had an issue and always booked online beforehand.
