As an essential worker, the one time I need to take a break to use the restroom should not end up with me being refused to use the bathroom. Not only as a woman, but as a human being. If I can’t use the toilet at a petrol station, then where am I supposed to go??? Either I’m being racially profiled. Or the ignorance level of the man who worked here tonight Sunday, September 5 at 10:15pm is at its all time high. Very DISAPPOINTING! And to make matters worse, I have an hour drive.

I have had both my knees replaced and am unable to bend to pump up my tyres. When I have asked at the desk for assistance, without fail the staff are courteous and friendly and pump my tyres up with the minimum of fuss. I cannot speak too highly of the service, so much am I impressed that I always purchase my petrol despite not having any type of discount. Thank you

Plenty pumps, not often you have to wait to fill up BUT, if you only want to buy something, be it at the Subway or Coles Express YOU CAN'T PARK outside the shop mainly because the Coles staff park their own vehicles there...... I know for a fact it's company policy not to park outside but ...... who cares....

The staff at the Shell in Craigieburn are always courteous and nice to see every time we go there for fuel, or midnight munchies. We almost always go there for fuel as their prices are competitive, and the service is great. What more can I say about a servo?

Good parking options for close access and also if you have a trailer. Great coffee for only 80c -$2. Good selection of sandwiches and bakery snacks. Very friendly staff.
