Store Attendant Mr. Raman was rude, didn't give receipt, didn't bother to ask for my Flybuys to scan, I bought 2 big bottles of soft drinks for my kids, I asked for just 4 small disposable cups, I was prepared to pay for cups, Mr. Raman lecturing me that these cups are only for coffee and no good for health. It is dangerous to health. If it's dangerous for health, then Coles are to blame for providing dangerous disposable cups to people. Can anyone from Coles tell this guy not to lecture customers for disposable cups. Coles is huge company, it should train it's staff not to argue with customers for 4 disposable cups. I can pay for 4 cups, no need for health lecturing.

So rude, called to the price on an item as I was overcharged there that morning and the lady who answered was so rude and practically shouted at me! She ended the call by sayingcould not tell a price over the phone and then hung up on me... I was so polite the whole call and was spoken to like trash! Worst customer service I have ever received

Rip off. Like all coles express servos, expect to pay 4 to 10 cents more per litre, even with the 4c voucher its still more expensive than the competition. Drive a few hundred metres up the hwy to 7-Eleven and you're guaranteed to save. At the time of witing currently 9c dearer than the others in the area.

I just want to pop in and grab a 2L Coke... But for months now you've had 2L Coke no sugar in it's place. Dudes, stop... no ones wants it, just put the normal coke back. - regards, the guy that would buy a 2l Coke basically every night, until you snuck that no sugar version in it's place.

Today i bought a drink which was off and it was 3$ . But the girl sold it on 6$ .when i mention that it is on off instead of checking she said it is maybe 2 for 6 . I paid and checked it was one for 3 . Very lazy customer service.

Needed fuel and this one was on my route. It has the usual selection of fuels and plenty of stuff in the convenience store. Cashier was friendly.

Friendly customer service. Ample fuel pumps. Small milj bar style petrol station. Easy access form car park and fuel pumps.

Iwas low on petrol stopped in there and got ripped off. As usual all servos on opposite side were 6 cents cheaper.

Its 2nd time coming at this Servo coffee machine is out of order.
