Was told to prepaid; at 8.55am today 29th of January. Because they couldn’t see my rego plate, this is a lie. The amount of Coles Express I’ve attended to fill my car up, this is a joke. Worst customer service. Had to leave my keys with the cashier. Have more trust with others; if I was going to drive off do you think my car would have a company phone number on the side of it? Or would i show my face without a mask? I will never attend this site again. Customer service needs some attention.

Like all Coles Express Shell petrol stations the fuel is much much more expensive 95% of the time than their competition. This negates any savings you thought you were getting from your flybuys discounts. Prices for items in store are overpriced also like most servos. Usually much better off going to BP, Woolworths Caltex or 7-Eleven, especially for 95 or 98 unleaded.

Indian workers being racial and only serving their own people in the time of pandemic. I only wanted a pack of toilet paper for my family of 5. Could'nt find any for the passed 2 weeks. It always a no for me and yes for the indian customers

Lazy Lazy staff that are to useless to clean the toilet so they always put a out of order sign on the toilet door. Its your job! You get paid to do it! The locals have worked out who the main offenders are. Pathetic and UnAustralian

A microscopic petrol station that has been looking after the people of Hampton Park and people travelling through it for years. It's a little "hole in the wall place." but each time I walk there I'm always treated right.

Quite disappointed youve stipped selling rolling tabacco (ie 15 or 25 gram tabacco) between that and over priced petrol (apco around the corner is always 10 to 30 cents a litre cheaper)

Staff are great! My dad came in at around 1pm on Easter Saturday and the fella there went above and beyond for him Best service ever! Give this bloke a raise someone
