The staff are very polite except for one lady. I went in today and while I was waiting in line, another patron slipped near her car. I was about to walk out when the staff member yelled at me to "YOU! GO HELP HER NOW". Quite surprised by this, I went to help the lady and walked back in. The original person in front of me was still being served then she said go to the back of the line, I'm apparently pushing in. No need for that disrespect and she's been rude countless times. I will ask for the manager tomorrow morning when I'm on my way to work. This behaviour is not necessary.

The staff member in the shop used the PA to tell everyone that the 91 fuel wasn't working. No signage, just the PA. When another customer started to leave rather than purchase more expensive fuel, the 91 suddenly, magically, started working.

I give zero to customer service the guy was very rude at counter. I did not about phone and he said that do not come here .. and that’s not it he was telling another customer the whole too. Worse customer service and no manners.

the cheapest petrol price along heatherton road and the cheapest in this area. no congestion and no need to wait long to fill your tank. clean and comfortable convenience store.

It's a shell petrol station, lots of pumps, all the flavours and there is a shop that sells impulse buys when you pay feo you petrol
