Great place awesome workers beside one guy that I see on a Friday night that is just to lazy to do anything but the rest I have the up most respect for them they are so polite kind and if they can help they always will some of the stuff they put up with is a joke people that are early and late 20z trying to be Hero's it's a joke Coles express Melton South deserve a medal for the crap they have to put up with daily love you guys like family merry Xmas all and you will be amazed how nice they are if you respect them and not give them attitude thanks for good chats DAILY !!!!!!!!

Today I went there to buy cigarettes The staff who was there called CONNOR Asked me do you have any Petrol!? I replied; no I just want cigarettes; She put her both hands on her ears so I repeat my request again then she said NEXT !!! I told her I need cigarettes but she was keep ignoring me and asking for NEXT person!!! It’s really disappointing to put person like CONNOR in the store to have a very bad attitude with customer!!! I was the regular customer but I will never return !

Very rude staff especially Liz, Ive been getting cash out for Coles express for years without having to purchase anything. All I asked was since when did it change , and Liz was so rude and pretty much yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of customers. Disgusting customer service. Could have at least told me nicely in a nice manner instead of being rude and arrogant. 100% never going back to any Coles ever again.

I Must Say The Staff at This Coles Express are Absolutely Wonderful. So Kind and Helpful, The Beautiful Lady on in the morning and Gentleman with the Beard an Asset to Coles. A Great Selection of Products. Sorry I Don't know your names but Thank you for your Kindness. 10/10
