The worst pharmacist in this location. I came in today, January 3rd, at 5:50 pm. I do understand this unprecedented COVID-19 globally, but please, if you don't have enough pills to offer, kindly inform the patient right away rather than having me pick it up and telling me that I need to come back tomorrow for the complete medication. They'd never apologized, and staff would like to argue with you. That woman who acts like a Manager was elevating her voice because she said it was my first time, and I should have told them that I needed to inform them that I required a text message for my Rx? Isn't that their job to ask, especially if it was my first visit there? That is how you keep the business rolling. I wonder if how they treat all their clients there? If you do have the option to message your clients instantly or to deliver to your home, then please do so if you can't provide prescriptions. I drive down with this -25 degrees outside. I also have some other essential agendas to be done. Another thing, three staff were working at this location, but none of them were willing to help you out even I was standing for about 10 mins. I work in the clinical industry; therefore, customer service is necessary.
Worst customer service experience I ever had in last 10 years. The white young girl at check out this evening should get some customer service classes. There was a huge line up and one lady who put her glasses on the check out table and keep shopping the whole store and wouldn't let any other customer to pay. When I moved forward to check out . The idiot lady staff said once she complete her shopping then anybody else's can pay. ... oh man so stupid . If the store is busy then you should keep that customer on side and help others in line to reduce the line upand an take the customer again who's still shopping..it looks like that lady was her friend and they both were trying to do something fraudulent. Manager please keep checking on her and teach her classes again.
I have a consistently terrible service at this location. I am a regular client who always fills my own prescription and my kids' ones. I came to the counter today. No other customers. A person at the drop off counter (Clare I think) clearly saw me but kept doing her things on the computer without even acknowledging my presence. Finally, 3 minutes later (yes, I counted) she said "hi." If I were her, I would have said "hi, I will be with you in a minute" or something within these lines. From the outset. Not a big deal but this location is notorious of treating customers as mere nuisance. Very bad impression of their "service." Very poorly run!
Both my husband and I have always appreciated the lady at the entrance (cosmetics counter) greeting us, it makes us feel welcome. I point this out because we happen to go in a shoppers in Calgary where no one even acknowledge us coming in, it’s all in the small details! Yesterday, Monday evening went to get my flu shot and pick up some meds. The pharmacy has always been accommodating and helpful. It was pretty quick and painless. The only downside to this location, if there is a line for drop off or pick up, there’s not much space to line up without getting in the way of people trying to shop in the isles. (Not ideal in Covid times).
This was such an uncomfortable and frankly embarrassing experience (for you as a business). You had no cashiers available so I was forced into being harassed by your credit card rep who would not tell me if there was a self checkout or any cashiers who could help me in a rush. I will specifically avoid this location in the future and frankly all shoppers deugmarts if they give me a similar experience. Whatever this young woman is paid is not enough to cover the harassment she will experience when speaking to less polite humans than myself. Figure it out.
Seems like they like to make u wait lol. The pharmacy team doesnt know how to talk to people. They are impatient with people and their issues. Probably better to go to a smaller pharmacy chain. Also my doctor even says they are hard to deal with! I’ve had the same experience as a lot of these frustrated reviewers! No wonder there’s so many 1 star reviews of this place. The workers try to make everyone else the problem. It’s ridiculous. They do not care about profile privacy either. Very unprofessional!

I am so happy I moved over to Compassion Pharmacy it’s 100 times better. They are always so rude at this pharmacy. I even requested a callback from the manager and they said sure if someone will call me and nobody even it and it’s been a week. I’m not surprised you average three stars. management needs to clearly have a look at what’s going on.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this pharmacy. We were struggling trying to get proper care for an infection my child had. Marie was there to help me figure out the best option. She was so kind, patient, understand and very knowledgeable. We are forever grateful to her, and the pharmacy team, for all of your help to ensure our child’s health. Any questions I had, they were always there to help me maneuver what the next step is. Thank you all so much for everything you do!!!!
8pm went to shoppers treated very rude by this guy named dylan. He was talking bad things about me (calling me stupid) with a co worker that is red hair girl with glasses on. Have been here so many times and this time was the worse customer service ever! He acted like he is the owner’s son. Please check the security camera of how rude and ugly he is. I’ve never had a bad experience at this shoppers until now but I don’t think I’ll be able to come back. One of the cashiers last Saturday checked me out and everything was fine, until he later on starting messaging me on Instagram and followed me. I never gave him any of my info he got my name from my Optimum card. I feel very uncomfortable to come back now as I am scared to see him.
I've used this location for many things, postal, pharmacy etc. No issues, reading some of the reviews y'all need to relax. I've seen plenty of customers acting like entitled jerks. maybe if you didn't act like royalty people would be willing to give you exceptional customer service. Just writing this after seeing some exceptionally rude behaviour from customers in my last visit.
Horrible customer service. This guy working at the front counter named Dylan gave my sister very poor customer treatment, infact, he literally talked bad about her with his co-worker the moment we walked away. We are very dissatisfied on how you treat your customers, and I hope your aware of the bad reviews. I expect better from you guys the next time somebody comes here.
When you come to the pharmacy, you expect to get help, but you get rudeness and unfriendliness. Rude attitude towards the client. This is the second time I come with a question and they answer me rudely, I understand that now is the season of diseases and there are no many medicines, but it is possible to adequately tell a person about it.
Beauty Boutique customer service was horrendous. Most terrible/worst customer service I've had in the past 12 years since moving to Edmonton. Staff so extremely rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this location, just go to shoppers Ellerslie on 111st instead of this location. If I could give it zero stars, I would have done it.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Anytime we fill more than 1 prescription, the additional medications aren’t filled. So we end up waiting 40-60 minutes. When we pick up, they say 5 more minutes and you can see them fill the prescription right then and there. Bad attitudes and poor communication skills all around.
Extremely poor service. I phoned prior to arriving for the vaccine. They said make sure I arrive 10 mins prior to closing (10 pm) I was there at 9.40 pm and I was denied service. They made me rush to reach on time and then denied service. Just simply giving a reason saying come tomorrow or take it from a different pharmacy.
Gift card buyers beware,avoid buying a gift card here unless you want to spend hours on the phone wondering why the $100 you gave shoppers was for a peice of plastic that doesn't work.Shoppers has no liability or responsibility for the gift cards they sell its all up to you if there is a problem. This Pharmacy I had a good experienced they call me if my pills is due for refill and very nice Pharmacist to talk to , if I need to ask questions over the phone she answer all the question I need to know in a polite manner. So far no bad experience at all in this location. You guys are very helpful .
