Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, or should I say lack there of!! The way a customer was spoken to was disgraceful, telling them to ‘move’ is not appropriate when they were obviously helping a young man place his order. The young mans order was given not once, not twice but three times and was STILL made up wrong. Who would have thought a wrap with 2 chicken schnitzels with egg and tomato sauce would have been so hard !!! If I could give no or negative stars I would !! Was a disgrace !!

Shocking experience of customer service. Was standing behind a customer to be told then they where closed 10 mins before closing time. I was there at 4:48 I then told the staff member your still open ? It’s ten to five and I was laughed at and asked what I wanted to order. As a restaurant manager myself if this was how my team where operating my store I would not be happy. All I wanted was a kids pack for my daughter as she loves subway. Even she (who is 3) thought the staff member was rude.

Honestly the very best customer service I ever experienced from a fast food place. Not sure the man's name. But approximately 3pm 23rd May 2023. This man should be awarded by Subway. A shining example of customer service..

Should have checked the subway location before ordering. Order was wrong. Wrong bread. Wrong sauces. One sub over toasted and difficult to eat. Cookies are wrong flavour and hard like rocks. Will be checking where it comes from before I order delivery again!

I give this reveiw a 1 because thats the lowest star you could give. Was standing around ready to order for 8 minutes with no one out the front. The lady comes out with a mouth full of food. No apologies just got told to ring the bell. The same thing happened to the next customer. This is a disgrace, will not be returning.

Food is standard, but as I do not regularly buy this food, I found it difficult to determine price for food as specials do not appear to be for items you want. Service is ok.

First complaint I've ever made in my life. The care factor was non existent and customer service was shameful. The young girl was okay but the older lady who I'm assuming is the frachisee or manager just did not want to be there. Worst Subway I've ever had and close to the worst fast food I've ever had.

Subway is my Go-To for workday lunches! Usually i have nothing but praise, but the Greensborough store i have tried a few times and each time they have been super tight on their fillings.

Always closes early. Way too early. One time they shut 1 hour early. Right now they are so closed, no one there. 13 minutes early. Why are they like this?

It's alright but the service was a little trash and was not run very well, food was ok but I don't really recommend only get if despite for subway.

Amazing sandwiches with a good selection quick service and fresh ingredients. I did leave my card there once but it was quickly found.

Quality has gone down, staff don't seem very motivated and lack enthusiasm. Staff turnover seems to be very high here also.
