Honestly.. I never expect customer service at a worldwide franchised business to be stellar so with the right expectations you'll get what you need here and this woman everyone seems to be referring to is actually great. I love her energy! Customers honestly need to be less entitled. She.is.making.you a.sandwich. not a multilayer cake, not a farmers breakfast, not even pancakes so take a chill pill and get your choice of filling in your choice of bread and stop getting so heated, like honestly, what do people want from someone making your sandwich.. Sunshine? Bright + intense personalities? Someone constantly smiling and treating you as if you're a multimillionaire and the person behind the counter is your personal chef? Wth is wrong with you people. She will ask question, she will make sandwich, she will wrap sandwich, she will get you to pay for sandwich... am I missing something You people are too acidic, lost the base of your wholeness

Very rude service. I asked for 1 footlong, half without salad and they tried charging me for 2 six inches. This is the 1st time that's happened to me at a subway. Every other one understands. I wasn't ordering 2 seperate salads. I wanted half without salad. Should be reasonable but they were extremely rude about it. The food was inedible anyway. Worst subway I have ever been to and will definitely never go back.

He doesn’t know how to treat he is very very rude and he is not eligible for customer service. I’m giving this 1 star rating only the least one is available here this below zero service. Never ever don’t go here he talk with customers in disrespectful way when we ask him why he is talking like he will that he don’t bother do what ever we want he said he doesn’t care worst experience in life remember his name is aagam

Severe food poisoning with a fever of 42.2 after chicken wrap. Will be reporting. Have called store 3 times to tell them. First time some rude Indian lady answered and said ok and hung up, second time I thought I was getting somewhere and said they would get the manager to call me, nothing. Third time no response. What a professional business who really puts customers first. I have reported this place to subway head office and the health department, DO NOT eat from here. They have no customer service nor care about food safety given the previous reviews about cockroaches! Absolutely disgusting!

I go here because it's a cheap, reasonably healthy lunch. But the customer service is terrible. I blame the training not the staff. THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS, UNORGANISED PLACE EVER!!! Get it together!!!!! Terrible. Terrible. Never, ever again!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER COMES BEFORE MAKING BREAD, CLEANING OR OTHER ACTIVITIES. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I don't believe that I made the mistake of coming here again!!! They have run out of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles ..... but I still can't have any of the extra salad for free.

Wish I could add 0 stars the Indian girl is such a rude member we ordered on deliveroo about 20 mins before closing ( plenty of time to make a sub) and they sat there with the order on the screen not accepting it. Then when we called and asked what's going on she was snarky and replied with " if you ordered it 10 minutes ago why isn't it on my screen" " the last order was about 15 minutes ago" do not eat here do not order from here unless you want large amount of snarkyness from a rude employee

the Indian male serving me on his night shift on the 20/8/23 was very rude and had given me a disrespectful attitude when I had asked him for the cookies on display. He replied to me in an angry matter and told me they were not available, when I asked why he gave me a rude response. I don’t recommend anyone coming here because of the terrible customer service.

Cheapskate owner needs to employee more workers !!! Poor guy working the evening/night was responsible for preparing endless Uber/doordash/menulog orders and also serve the Walk-in customers. He was trying his best to cope up with the chaos but clearly needed help given the rush. There needs to be atleast 2 people serving customers during each shift given how unsafe Footscray is. Owner is not creating a safe work environment for these poor employees. Do better Subway.

Such a rude staff ( indian girl, feels sad to say but truth is truth). She tried to be over smart. Looking at all other reviews and all says samething. I dont know why OWNER not getting rid of her. Looks like she is owner herself so dont care how to talk and serve customers. Not a great experience and wish to have some type of authority to close this type of businesses. Unfortunately we can give feedback here only and in that too, there is no option to give zero.

when I was eating in this subway there always a junky or homeless person coming up to me when while I'm eating and they would ask for money or food the Asian worker here doesmt give a good portion of salads onto the subs I do not recommend this place to sit an eat here and even to order BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

Asked for one six inch but they gave two and charged as two six inches even though I clearly stated one repeatedly. A ridiculous price for two half rolls. Could have bought from the bakeries nearby instead. First time at a Subway and surely would be the last. Food was bland, barely edible and not the "fresh" food I thought I would be getting here. Service was mediocre at best. Only highlight was that my roll didn't fall apart.

Ordered a six inch chicken classic from this franchise tonight, tasted amazing and generous with the sauce too. The downside was that the guy serving didn't remove his gloves when on the till. Then after he was done serving me he straight away went to serve the next customer with the same gloves on! Please don't do this guys hygiene matters in the hospitality industry. Apart from that good service

When i tried to bring this up with him at 9.50pm he said it doesnt matter because its a night shift i was expecting to pay 13.50 but due him not saying what was extra it was $18. I would not have this person working nightshift if they cant advise as per subway standards

The quality of the Sub varies due to the experience and passion of the staff making it. I've had really bad experiences here but now only buy when Aagam is working as he makes the Sub appreciating the fact that this is someone's meal (and not just a sandwich/roll that you stuff salad, protein, sauce and it's ready).

The 2 women working at subway were arrogant and rude, i was only one standing in line to order they were in no rush to serve just chat amongst themselves, when make order barely any customer service just act like statue don't ask u what salad u want just throws stuff on the bread, don't ask sauces or anything once pay for food no thx or nothing . This subway is the closet and it is always short staffed. Staff is good and approachable but they are always stressed because of busy nature but sometimes they are rude and make poor quality food. It can clearly be seen because of the pressure they have.

Indian Girl with glasses such a rude staff and at this unprecedented covid time she didn't take off , change her gloves before she made my sandwich while touching online orders on IPad screen with the same gloves. She has no knowledge of infection control. In addition she didn't change it either for the following customer.

The cookies taste better than any other Subway store I have been to and the Subs are also of a high standard. Most preferred store in Melbourne, Victoria. :)

So there was a girl named Merirana ig. She was a rude towards brown customers. It’s okay if you’re racist but take our orders na! She was welcoming every other person with smile but not the brown guys. Even she doesn’t reply to her indian coworker. Such a shame.

Ordered from Uber Eats - bread was stale and chewy AF. Sub missing the mozzarella cheese. Packed in a narrow paper bag next to a cold 600ml coke even though the sub was toasted (not toasted long enough either) the sub had gone cold. Staff are as intelligent as Patrick Star and care as much as Squidward. Avoid.

Seriously the worst subway I got in my delivery tonight and I have no idea why people even do this if u can’t toast atleast call the customer and let them know not jus microvawe the whole sub including veggies and pineapple too . Worse customer service Girl at the front counter was very rude to us we asked for wrap and She gave us a mess. It wasn't properly wrapped and patty was coming out yet she served us like that. Manager needs to teach them proper customer service nobody wants to be badly treated. I would never visit there again.

Have had the best service here out of any Subway. The guy that just served me took the effort to smooth the avocado out with a knife so it was perfectly even and made sure all the meat was evenly placed, instead of just dumping it like what usually happens.

Couldn’t actually get any food. Hours on Google say close at 9, on the door closes at 10. At about 8.16, door shut and staff simply ignored me. Best you update your hours so people know when they can actually get food.
