My partner and I decided to try subway drive through for the first time, and what a mistake that was. Firstly ordered through the machine, was asked to wait. Completed one order then was asked to order at the counter window. Order was repeated and correct. Waited 7 min for food and when opened my partners subway order it had cheese and onions which she didnt order (shes lactose intolerant so lucky she checked). Drove back, explained what happened. Both Sonia who took the order and her colleague Preshka accused her of ordering incorrectly. She asked for avocado for the muck around to compensate, they refused then changed their mind. Refused to give a way to provide feedback (store apparently doesn't have a feedback service), and to top it off the "fresh bread" tasted stale. This feedback is also passed onto the Australian Subway franchise management as this Subway store does not represent the value, quality or service aligned with the Subway brand.

I have been a long term customer of this Subway location, at least 14 months. I cannot account for other negative reviews but felt it necessary to submit this review. All of the staff have been friendly and immediately greet you upon entering. Their service is quick, attentive, professional. The food is fresh and well served to my requirements. They also have customer favorites memorized, for myself and as I witnessed, others. The store is impeccably clean and organized and welcoming. Once in an infrequent while there is a mistake but they immediately make it right. I will continue to come to this location. It is close to my work and worth stopping for a quality meal. My thanks to Kamal and the rest of the staff for always providing me a tasty meal, consistently; every time.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Worst and rudest two girls that work the night shift. Take your money elsewhere! They have so much attitude like you’re an inconvenience trying to order some food. They deliberately tear the bread when you ask for something to be slightly changed. When my partner asked for extra sauce, the girl looked her in the eye and then continued to drench the sandwich with sauce until it was unbeatable. I hope management do something about the staff and their attitudes. Before that, the staff were lovely a few months ago

You guys really need to get some staff in. Drive through should be closed, long wait. Waited for 5 mins and then I asked the operator to tell me how long it will take, he answered back saying another 5-10mins as there were 5 customers in front of him and he is the only staff member available. Fact of convenience and saving time like how usually a drive through concept works doesn’t apply here. I was there 2-3 weeks ago and waited for 15 mins to get my sub however staff was apologetic so it was fine. It’s not there problem, it’s management who needs to improve. Don’t open on public holiday if wages are an issue.

I would perhaps pin the good point first which is veggies and bread I found here is fresh and that made me order thrice veggie sub on three consecutive day. On each order on menu-log they missed out to deliver my complete order.on first, they missed out to deliver me apple juice, on second order they missed out pineapple and on third order, they missed out Avocado. Not to sure whether they are doing deliberately to rip customers, because they know one is ordering online wouldn’t take hassle to reach them or they all are just careless!! Wouldn’t go here again who cannot provide quality to customers!!

I visited the store recently. Very happy with my experience. I was with a couple of friends who were being jerks to the server. Their employee was very patient with them which I really appreciated. First the man who rang us up, I can only assume is the manager, was very kind. I have never come to Subway when they smiled so much and had a great deal of patience. Great job Subway. I was really impressed. I also tried their drive-thru, it was such a great experience. The person on the other side made sure he got everything in my sub and gave his 100%. Thank you Subway.

Huge props to Pat for not just making my night but for making me some glorious subs. Pat's unrivaled resilience was admirable and inspiring. Pat made subs so good, it made me forget about the sadness in my heart that makes me feel empty and dreamless, my life has taken a positive turn for the good and although my heart is still empty, my stomach no longer is and I now have beautiful subs to dream of. I never had any complaint ever for this subway but there’s some lady working there with glasses..she was so rude while taking order and I ordered a toastie, first she overcooked it and when I told her she savagely replied to me don’t you want overcooked? Who would ever want their food overcooked. I would not recommend coming here after what happened today because you expect good customer service but how she treats the customers I would never like to come back to this store again.

Pathetic way of packing subway delivery services, subway food delivered without any carry bag and left on the floor in a half opened state, staff least bothered when complained to and blamed the Uber drivers. Couldn’t care less and when asked for the manager or the owner , said not available and call back later. This is a serious breach of hygiene. I would seriously warn people not to order from subway craigieburn if this is the state of affairs of hygiene and bad attitude of staff to resolve it.

This is a Subway restaurant, the food is exactly the same as any other Subway restaurant. Ordinarily there would be no reason to review this store however... This one has a drive thru. A novelty, yes, is it necessary, no. Subway food in general is way overpriced for what it is which is always a hard thing to get my head around. On the occasion that I visited this establishment, it seemed clean, the sandwich was acceptable as most Subway subs are.

We ordered ham footlong that had technically nothing in it, no salad, no sauce, very dry and garlic cheese toasty that was the worst one we ever had, it was so dry and had no cheese or sauce. The staff was not friendly at all. Worst experience, never ever ordering from this store. It was just a rip-off!

Food portions are horrible any other subway gives you double the protein service is below average and they really need to work on there sanitation I seen a sandwich preparation employee sneeze into there hand and still use it to put food on a sub just after I'm suprised more people haven't had food posioning from this place. Management you really need to look at this restraunt and make some improvements

Wastage of money for going there. Staff doesn't put enough salad into subs. Just put 1-2 slice of tomatoes, 1-2 slice of cucumber etc.. in the footlong. This is not the company policy. I am having subway from 3-4 years never had this type of bad subs. They doesn't know that customer notice everything & customer knows that how the sub should be. So don't cheat with the customers

The owner of this franchise is very rude and unprofessional. While we were on the phone I was enquiring about their complaint department (not sure if they have one or not) the owner kept yelling at me instead of helping to solve the problem and hung up on my face. People like him should not be allowed to run a restaurant with that manner and temper.

Good staff, respectful, professional and have really good service for their customers. When I come around to Craigieburn and feel like a subway I always choose this location. It taste how subway should, they care about the quality for the customers and give good compliments to their customers. Highly recommend and would comeback again.

I did order food on 14/10/22 at around 8;40am and a girl served me. Her sweater was touching the food that she was preparing for me. So I informed her gently that her sweater touching my food but she did not appolized nor she removed her sweater.

What a disgusting meal. 15$ for a sub. Chicken, cheese and lettuce. The bread was a few days old. Chicken tasted nasty and old. A tiny amount of lettuce. I didn’t ask for garlic but it comes with the sub without them informing you. Never again.

Asked to use the bathrooms, after purchasing food. Staff member said " ill ask my manager " then came back to say they are not working, pathetic. Why would you need to ask manager to know that they are not working ? and to top it off, we then saw another customer go into the bathrooms after we had left.

The staff is very passionate about everything and also suggest good options. Besides they stuff the sub very well. Keep up the good work guys. And on top of it, they welcome you with a big smile - especially the staff working on 26th Jan night

I ordered chicken schnitzel foot long sub, Staff Tried to charge me for 2 six inch sub separately because I ask to put no salad on half side. When I ask why you charging extra, he said it is considered as 2 different salad. I explained it’s not different salad it’s no salad.

Every single time we come in here we get the same two girls who don't listen properly and don't know how to keep the area clean, don't change gloves often enough and use dirty water to clean knives they're cutting our subs with. Won't be returning to this particular subway.

A bit stingy with fillings. Asked for extra olives but was told that subway allows 4-5 olives per sandwich. Was absolutely appalled and I only order from here if I have to. That said, they offer drive through, plenty of seating area and the place is generally clean

This is my first time using the subway drive through and first impressions are what stand out no matter what or who you are. I will not be using the drive through ever again. User experience is lacking here. Save yourself the time and go inside, much quicker.

Service really bad. Even staff has no manner i waited long and staff was on the phone chatting. Ask for toasties staff says cannot give only toasties and have to buy more. Making Excuses drive through waiting someone. Completely unhappy never go again.

Very rude customer service. Very lazy approach to take and customise order, even when we offered to pay for extra sauce. The time was Saturday 11am 24/04/2021 at the drive through. I’ve been here thrice and the customer toilets always out of order.

No comment needed, they got a 5 star from me for a reason. Highly recommend this subway as they good people and so friendly to their customers. Food taste great and they even didn’t charge me for extra toppings because I looked like Roger Federer.

Waited in drive through for 5 mins at 9:30pm last night and didn't receive service. I then had to park the car to walk in the store the store. No point in having a drive through if it's not manned. Don't waste your time like I did.

Great store. One of the best subway meals I've ever had. Italian herbs and cheese BLT. Clean store. Polite staff. Only reason it loses a star is due to parking restrictions. Ultimately prefer this store over other local subways.

Went to this Subway today 10th May 2020 and had the worst experience of my life. The girl on the counter have no manners how to talk to a customer. I believe her manager should give her extra customer service training.

Wanted to charge extra for wrapping a foot long sub into 2 separate pieces. Subway has increased their prices recently to adjust for increase in other cost this basic request should not cost the customer extra!
