Service was really ordinary despite the store not being busy. 3 customers, 3 staff, 2 of them serving one customer ordering one Sub. I ordered a six inch and anyone that orders meatballs knows it usually fits/comes with 4 meatballs. Since the sub was obviously cut short, it barely fit 3 so the 4th was just shoved in there and basically fell out whilst eating. I might be picky but I wasn't impressed; Ive been to many Subways and will continue to do so, just not this one. Disappointing

As it's next to Shell service station, it's usually busy so parking is inadequate and/or usually full. Another reason I'll not be returning.

Terrible sandwich making. Literally everytime I go to this subway they mess up my sub. From the beginning of my order they make it pretty standard as I request each item. But they cannot close the sub to save their lives! Wrapping it up and folding the paper over seems to be the most difficult task they have ever come across. Half of my sub is falling out while they close it, then they use the paper to just shove it all over the sub when they seal it up. So when i come to unwrap the paper to eat my sub, half the contents have either fallen out or are on the bread! Terrible sandwich making skills!

One of the worst subways I've been to. Considering how easy it is to slap together a subway sandwich I was surprised to have a poor experience from here, let alone any subway. My sub was thrown together without much care and wasn't even cut properly. When I opened it up, half of the ingredients fell out and as I was eating it, the integrity of the sub diminished until the thing had fallen apart in my hands before I could attempt my third bite. To add to this, I think the salami/pepperoni was bad because it didn't taste quite right. Will definitely avoid this location like the plague.

Worst subway in Melbourne, I lived around the corner till just recently and would fill up there (as it’s next to shell) pretty regularly, and everytime I’ve ever decided to concede and give them another go the same result. The most lacklustre minimal subway you will find in Melbourne, on my last visit I was given literally 3 pieces of onion and when I politely asked for a little more (on a foot long mind you) I was charged for double onion! In a nutshell, Rude inattentive staff and if you want the most scarcely filled subway in Melbourne head down to Heatherton

I come into this subway regularly but the last few times it's been disgraceful mainly because it's been the same person serving me now I don't know the name of the employee as they don't wear name tags but it was the youngest Indian there if she serves you I recommend just leaving she doesn't make the food correctly talked about you in there own language not knowing it speak it if I decide to enter that store again and and see her I will be turning around it's disgraceful cheers

To be honest, if you want to enjoy your meal visit this SUBWAY, you won't regret it. I have visited many subway and I am big fan of subway among those I reckon this subway as a... Great Customer Service, Always use Fresh Bread Great Communication Customer Handling very well,✌️ Always Smile on their face. Even though in busy time, they prepared my sub in 5 mins moreover, the Dine in Place also Clean especially in rainy weather. I must visit again and again.

Workes barely know how to make sandwiches properly, two Indian lady’s keep talking in their own language In front of customers which is very rude. No hair nets in sight with long hair, never seeing anyone change their gloves after handling food going around cleaning or using the register very very appalling behaviour should definitely get an inspection done and some proper training for this franchise.

Stale bread served. It was falling apart in the ladies hands serving and she got out another one that was the same. Maybe they are trying to sell old bread to save on throwing out loaves before serving fresh ones. I ordered a foot long and the Indian lady serving me was schingy on the ingredients despite paying $12 for a sandwich. You expect to get a decent meal. Lettuce was also brown and I came in to eat at 12pm lunchtime. - Eat Fresh -

We went to place an order on Sunday morning. We ordered 2 footlongs and the girl who took our order kept us waiting for almost 10 minutes and didn’t care about the order. The food was so disappointed and the amount of salad and sauces was so less which is just enough for 6-inch sub. She didn’t even bother to ask if we want salt and pepper and just wrapped our footlongs. Never had such a disappointing experience with Subway before

I ordered a egg and cheese sub .they served me frozen egg ,I understand they freeze their eggs before being served but this one wasn’t thawed before serving,it was served rock solid frozen.upon pointing that I was told off.sub was not properly wrapped.not cut in properly.very poor service and not at all happy.

I went to this place asking for the floating toy, waited for long time and there was only one customer ordering. the staff doesn’t really know the promotion. After I checked online and figured out I need to get two footling, 2 cookies and 2 drinks, she told me that I cannot order double meat for my foot long. The roast oven was not working. Didn’t have good experience there.

After a disappointing first visit, decided to give them another try and could not have been more disappointed. The lady again showed she has no customer service skills, they put my chicken in the microwave that long it came out like a dried piece of toast and then jammed all my fillings in the middle of the foot long leaving each end filling-less. Hopeless, don’t bother.

I was a great experience to be at this subway station. Meera has served me well enough and would like to get sub from this branch, even though I lived at Howthorn East. Its deep satisfaction to be served by her. We have been feeding us at various station but this one was like our best one and all the credit goees to Meera. Thanks a lot for your service.

I have been very sick with food poisoning all I can say is do not trust that these people handle or keep any of there products fresh. This subway is disgusting!! Seriously get proper staff that know basic hospitality skills before you make more people sick

Server wanted to do anything other than be here. Got a salad, at other Subways they cut the tomatoes and cucumbers so they are more easily consumed and palatable in a salad. Not here. Also a pitiful amount of lettuce.

I must say been coming here for 3 years almost every lunch. The energy and warmth by the team and especially the manager never changes. Subs are always fresh and never stingy on anything I ask for. Veggies are there for plenty along with smiles. Big shout for the great work

What you'd expect from a subway. Fresh, healthy and wholesome. However plenty parking, conveniently right next to a Coles Express and enough indoor tables makes this one a favourite stop for me.

I asked for cookies in the meal got no cookies cause there still cooking happens every morning's finnaly decided to review it if you want cookies never go early cause they wont have any.

Friendly and efficient staff. The area is always clean and tidy. Generous with toppings. Highly recommended! Always enjoy having a quick chat with the manager whenever hes around!

Sandwich making is a skill. It is not about just stuffing lettuce and some meat etc in a wrap or bread. Staff also need training in customer service. Otherwise, it is a subway.
