Went to both this Subway and the Outbound one on the other side to see the difference seeing as this one is almost half a star better than the other… Definitely think this place deserves at least 4 stars, maybe more considering I now have to drive here to get Subway since the one/s in Sunbury are both terrible and just always seem to give me problems unfortunately. Maybe that will change once the renovations are over? But this place was great! Especially for a gas station located store. All the ingredients looked fresh and I came late in the day, the staff were very friendly and practically polar opposite of the staff on the Inbound side and the sub was made with care and tasted how it should especially when I am comparing with many other Subways I have been to. Apart from this Bacchus Marsh is my go to choice at the moment but I was very satisfied.

Get a chicken teriyaki roll with cheese and get it toasted, not left in long enough so cheese not melted and it’s stone cold, then ask for a small amount of red onion, and piles a heaps right in the middle of the roll. So when you go to eat it the whole thing is disgusting so you just throw it out. I also grabbed 6 cookies which were so over cooked they just crumbled as they were so dry. Think they need to train the staff on how to make a roll and how to cook their cookies.

It was yum, but the guy wasn't very good at stacking it neatly and half of it went everywhere. I took off 1 star because they only had macadamia cookies and none of the other types. I went at lunchtime so you kinda expect them to actually have stock.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. On 24.May.2020, 2pm ish I got a tuna&salad 6inch rye roll. If it wasn't bad enough that the girl was rude but then I found a bug in it.. They didn't give money back saying i was out side could have been from that and that it was half eaten.

Horrible customer service. Tried to charge me extra meat after putting 2 scoops of meat on a foot long. Didn't have my bread. Bread they had look burnt and hard.

Rudest service from a Subway EVER. I understand that the young bloke was working alone and under the pump a bit, but that's no excuse. Sunday 12th of Oct 7:40pm.

I got food posioning and it was horrible I got the pizza sub and then I went to go get my money back extremely rude and not understanding very pathic service

Not many fast foods are considered to be healthy but subway is the exception and they offered great service.
